Amazing customer service as always! Today Sam (I believe) was my point of contact and he provided me with wonderful customer service. I had a screw in my tire and he explained to me, in a way I understood, on why patching it is not safe and the hazards that would come along with patching my tire in that specific spot. He was also able to cut me an amazing deal! I have never left a DT feeling disappointed with my service, they always take the most outstanding care of me and my car they new lobby is also very nice!!

We've gone to discount tire several times to get rotations done and new tires. The gentlemen that work there are very attentive and vigilant with their work. They're also helpful with any questions you may have and will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. GREAT PLACE!

This is the best tire place I have ever been too. Everyone was fantastic and efficient. I had bought new tires and rims and was in and out in 30 minutes. I recommend making an appointment for it to be as quick as possible. Shout out to Mason for making everything go as smooth as possible and the rest of the team! I would recommend their services to anyone I know! Thank you!

Best customer service i ve seen in any tire shop I have been too. Bought 2 new tires for less than the price of 1 tire at my dealership. Won t go anywhere else for tires from now on.

Dear Discount Tire, Don t advertise free tire pressure checks and fill if you are going to ignore customers sitting in line for 20 minutes while multiple employees walk by and make eye contact but do nothing. Will NOT be buying tires here ever!! Taking my business where customer service is a priority and advertised services are provided!!

I will always Love Discount Tire, And You Will Love it too as long as you Purchase Road Hazard with your Tire's.I drive Less than 1,800 Miles a Year, And I Bought my set of 4 Tire's @ Discount Tire 4 Years Ago & I have had to use Road Hazard 4 times since then. To Repair & Replace Tire's, I have 1 tire left of my Original 4 Tire's.It's been patched 2 times & it's wear is obvious now, but the other 3 tires were Replaced by my Road Hazard over the last 4 year's & the oldest of those 3 tires is 18 Month's & the youngest is 6 weeks.You have to pay to Renew or Turn Road Hazard On when it Replace's a Tire due to it being to damaged to Repair, when I bought these tires they were 135.00 pre Tire & the total cost was $797.80 with Road Hazard and each road hazard replacement tire has cost $31.00 to buy Road Hazard for the Replacement Tire so I know Road Hazard is always buy.Their Tire's Are Awesome & Road Hazard is always a Necessity for me wherever I buy Tire's.

I bought and made an appointment online. It was very easy. They got me right in and it only took around 15 to 20 minutes! I was expecting a wait but that s not the case if you make an appointment in advance! You also get a text when they check you in that lets you track your vehicle status. Waiting for service, I m the bay, and done. The man that checked me in , Todd was very nice and polite. I plan to come here again when I need tires again!

Fast and friendly service. Bought my tires and rims at DT in McKinney TX in Febuary '23. Had a tire going flat so I took it in at FSM. No hassel, they fixed it, rotated the tires, and gave me updates on the wear.

Came here needing a new set of tires. Bought a set of Westlakes. Drove for about a week and noticing severe vibration. Contacted discount tire. Well, this set was terrible quality. Hard to balance and determined one tire was out of round. Went with a different set of Mohave. Drove about a week and same situation. Contacted discount tire and same story. This time, bump up to a better quality set of Yokohama. Problem solved. Thanks to the discount tire team.Shout out to Ross, Sam, Austin, Alex, and Todd. And any others I m forgetting.

Took care of me quickly and told me who to call for a tow. (Very happy with T Wrecks BTW.) Discount tire was recommended by a local car dealership when I had a flat on Saturday afternoon. Service was fast, friendly and excellent. I very highly recommend this tire store!

On 8/28/23 we discovered both tires on our travel trailer were severely damaged. We were 6+ hours from home and they had to be replaced. I searched for the nearest tire dealer that had what we needed in stock. The following day we arrived at this store 20 minutes before open and was able to speak with a manager. He assured us that they would help. At 8:00 a.m. they installed our new tires in the parking lot, and we were on our way by 8:25.This was far and away the best service we have ever received at any automotive type service shop.If I could I would give the entire staff 50 stars.Thank you so much!!

I bought 4 brand new tires in mid Novem Of this year. They were just barely over a month old. We have never had low tire pressure. We have never run over anything. All tires only had 1,000 miles of wear and tear on them. I thought when I bought them I would have a great experience with this location. Well you can see this tear which had to be due to faulty tire. The representative and manager Austin insisted that it was due to the tire having been used with low pressure. I figured it would be a simple swap out, but no they insisted it must have been my fault and they would give me a discounted price. I guess I m appreciative they didn t charge me full price (this would have been way more intense if they did)But how can they charge anything when this is clearly a faulty tire and only a month old!

Austin was very helpful with our tire needs. Very professional and very happy with the new tires. All the employees were very polite and helpful as well. This store seemed very efficient and well run. Will definitely use them again

Mason and the entire team at the Fort Smith Discount Tire location were absolutely amazing. My wife and I ran into an unfortunate flat tire situation on our way to Fayetteville and were luckily able to make it to Discount Tire in Fort Smith.They were EXTREMELY busy and explained that the wait times could be upwards of two hours. I asked if there was any way possible to get the tire fixed early but they stood firm on their time schedule and honored their customers that were already there and who had appointments. I found that to be admirable and respectable. Unfortunately I didn't have time to wait so I rented a car and told them that I would pick the vehicle up after hours.They were concerned about leaving the vehicle and did not want me to leave it unattended without a way to securely lock it after hours. Again, Mason and his team went above and beyond to find a solution for me and we were able to work out a way to leave the vehicle, get the tire fixed, and securely lock it without compromising the safety of the vehicle or belongings.I would recommend this location, this team, and really any Discount Tire location any time. I'm truly thankful for all that they did for me and my wife!

First visit here after moving from another state. It was busy but well handled. Customer service and quality of work are impeccable. Because I originally purchased tires with DT I only had to pay a $40 fee for a replacement tire. I'll be a lifetime customer. Well done, keep it up!

The manager here, Ross, was very professional. Austin was outstanding and very knowledgeable. The entire team was efficient, professional and very polite. Every time we come to get tires we are amazed at their professionalism. We highly recommend the Fort Smith Store!! Jerry and Cheryl Schultz

Went to discount tire on Thursday July 6. Sam is absolutely amazingHe is such a hard worker. He did 2 -3 vehicles compared to the other workers. So nice and polite. Because of Sam you have earned my business again. Please make sure you treat him well because he is an asset to your company.

They got me in early and fixed me up with 4 new tires at a very reasonable price. Reasonable for me is a lot lower than some, I am on a very fixed income. They were so sweet too! Definitely earned my future business.

Just had a great experience with Luke and the whole team at this Discount Tire location. Set an appointment for four new tires and I was in and out in just under an hour. Well run and super helpful staff. Been using discount tire all over the nation for 30+ years and this locations s staff was top notch and deserve recognition for being on point and beyond!! Nice job!!

We stopped in here to replace the tire we had blown on the fwy while driving through an accident scene. They had the size we needed and the price was right. They were quick to help us out. The reason for only 3 stars was they had the wrong tire mounted on our wheel and didnt notice til we mentioned it and they weren't able to accurately measure our tire pressure, we had to use our own gauge.

I have always had a positive experience with the workers. They are kind and considerate of their customers. The quality of the tires is acceptable, but certainly not the best on the market. This is fine with me as the prices are more considerate for my budget, and they re better quality than Walmart.

From start to finish this is one of the best experiences I've had with a tire shop. Wish I could remember there names. He was training a guy while he took good care of me. A1 experience!! I'll be back. ( Arnold schwarzenegger voice)
