Truck looks great, sorry I have no before pictures. But they vacuumed out the interior. Let me tell you, I use it to feed horses on muddy days so the truck was pretty dirty. 10 out of 10 would recommend

These guys are awesome!! Car looked like a golf ball after hail storm, looks good as new now! Great job! Onnly sad thing was cowl not replaced as promised, part is ordered, told will call when it comes in and they'll replace right there on the spot, we'll see. This is the first bad review I ve ever done but it needs to be said. This company has had my truck for months now. Yes MONTHS almost 3. I did tons of research to find someone to fix it after the hailstorm. They advertise quick turn around and all these loaner vehicles. I was told by Jake the manager that was at this location 2-3 weeks max. Nothing has been done to help me and my situation. I ve asked to speak to someone above the managers of this location and was told no one is above them except for the owner and they can t be contacted due to traveling. All smoke and mirrors. Find a true local company to fix your vehicle. Trust me this isn t anyone local. In the owners defense how can they fix something people keep from them . The Dent Source in Fort Smith did a fabulous job with the hail dents on my truck! Jake and the crew were polite and helpful. They provided a loaner car during the repair which was clean and appeared well maintained. They were very patient waiting for my insurance company get their assessment done and payment approved. They also accepted what my insurance paid so I didn t have to ante up with my deductible. My truck was returned clean and even vacuumed out. Very satisfied and would recommend!Service: Body & Trim

DO NOT USE THEM. They are con artists, and will try to get more money from insurance companies. State Farm being one of them. This is from personal experience, when my car got hail damage over a year , they fixed it, wasn t even done correctly told them about it and they said it was fixed correctly , now are coming back to the insurance company stating we know it s been over a year, but we feel this claim should ve been more . Oh how convenient. There s been no hail storms or anything come through ,so I guess they re hurting for money, join the club! But don t be lying and conning people!! Please be vigilant if you choose to use these people. Do not like dishonesty. Shame on them.

This is the most professional company I've ever worked with, and hands down had the best customer service I've experienced in any industry. My insurance company was awful and making this difficult and refusing to work with the company, but Justice and Jake at the fort Smith branch never gave up, leaving voicemail after voicemail trying to help us, and in the end the company took a $4000 dollar loss so they could get out car fixed with no extra cost to us as the customer. I will never go anywhere else again, I've never met a team so friendly and phenomenal to work with. 1000000% recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I cannot say enough about Dent Source and everyone who works there! They were informative, helpful and on top of everything. I called these guys multiple times with questions and concerns and they were more than helpful. I had 100% peace of mind handing over my keys and getting into one of their courtesy cars (which was nice, clean and well maintained). They handled my insurance and called me when my car was ready. 10 out of 10!!!Service: Body & Trim

Everyone here is super nice. They go above and beyond to make sure the job gets done and it gets done right. Jake is the guy we dealt with and he's a super nice guy and will be there to tell you everything that is involved to getting your vehicle fixed!! I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Jake was very helpful with our car hail damage. Even though the insurance company considered the car a total loss Jake went above and beyond helping with everything thing we needed.

I took my 2012 acadia denali to Dent Source. My insurance company wanted to claim my car as a total loss. Kenny call my insurance agent and talk with them and got them not to claim as a total loss. LOVED THE WORK THEY DID GOT A CALL FROM MY INSURANCE WHERE THEY TRIED TO MAKE ANOTHER CLAIM ON MY TRUCK AFTER I JUST HAD A WRECK AND IT WAS DEAMED TOTAL LOSS, THEY TRIED TO CLAIM THEY NEEDED TO CALIBRATE SENSORS IN MY TRUCK WHICH WAS A 04 RAM THAT DIDNT EVEN HAVE SENSORS.
