Erica was the best! Great communication with me over the phone. Very pleasant person and super easy to deal with. Worked very hard for my wife and I to find and meet our needs. Great experience! Krystal took great care of us, got the color and interior we were looking for from another store, showed us around the dealership, and went over the features at delivery. Paperwork was ready quickly and signing process was very efficient. Love my new Telluride!

I had an appointment, but the repairs took longer than was allotted. I spent 4 hours in the waiting room before I was told it needed to be finished the next day. I was taken home, and was offered a ride back the next morning.That said, I was offered a ride earlier but the estimated time to complete was such that it didn t make sense. I understand estimates are just that, so I am not upset.Savannah was my point of contact, and she was pleasant and kept me informed.

I had such an easy hassle free experience dropping my car off to be serviced today I called yesterday and was able to get in the very next day!! I m so grateful they even vacuumed and washed my car complementary! Really appreciate the friendly, helpful staff. They answered every question I had and more. Thank you!

I made my appointment online, which was quite easy. The service advisor was ready for me with the paperwork when I arrived. After confirming the service requested she escorted me to the customer waiting area, which was spacious and clean. Very pleasant. The service advisor did a great job explaining what the tech had found andkeeping me informed about the progress of the service being done. Cost was about what I expected, and less than what an independent mechanic had quoted. Insofar as having your car worked on can be an enjoyable experience, this was it. 10/10 would recommend.

Ericka was the best sales person I've ever had to deal with! She's honest and very helpful. She got my husband and I into a new vehicle and did not mind the time crunch we had that day. She was patient and understanding. Thank you Crain kia!

I went to Crain Kia this morning set on buying a new vehicle. I told them what I wanted and what payment I needed and that s exactly what I got. Bailey Jinks was my salesman, and he was amazing. I was in and out in less than two hours with a brand new 2024 Kia Sportage! The service was outstanding and the finance department was also one of the best! Thank you so much for my beautiful new car!!!

Krsti ,service advisor was very good and Chelsea ,service technician did a great job on my service. I had an 8:30 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took a little over 3 hours , way too long!! .Something to do with customer online scheduling service, I had made my appointment over the phone several days before. I understand that the online scheduling is 15 minutes apart. Sounds like a doctor's appointment scheduling and we all know how that works. No way can you schedule a car service every 15 minutes just like your doctor's appointment. If this is accurate, you might want to work on the scheduling and have it match the good service I received from Kristi and Chelsea!.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I went to the appointment and they got my car in very quickly even though they were busy. They did a thorough job of getting it done. The service was spot on as well. The even vacuumed and washed my car after. I d definitely recommend going to them.

We actually didn t make it through the whole process due to some personal decisions, however the time and attentiveness that Kaitlin put into listening and understanding what we wanted was great. Would recommend her to anyone, thank you ma am. Johnny also was great in her absences.

Elizabeth took the time to listen and took great care of me and helped me to understand what each charge was for and even got the recalls that I had missed taken care of for me. The mechanic that worked on my car also took the time to help me to understand what all was worked on and even allowed me to see the parts when I was confused about them. Both of these woman were so caring and kind! I m very thankful for the whole service department! They were awesome!!

I took my car for its first oil change, and I was surprised to see that they vacuumed the inside. They were apologetic for not washing the outside because their car wash is broken. I ve never had my car cleaned when I take it for a service, but this is just another way Crain Kia goes above and beyond. Every interaction I ve had with them has been a pleasant experience, and if Kia made a pickup, I d be having my husband make the switch too!

Crain Kia of Fort Smith service is absolutely amazing! Elizabeth, who was my service advisor went far and beyond to help me. With no hesitation she assisted with my insurance claim, having not done one prior, I had no idea what I was doing. She even went as far to personally get on the phone with my insurance company multiple times and to ensure things would flow quickly and smoothly. I had NO CAR rental on my insurance and Elizabeth worked her magic and Crain Kia loaned me a car rental for the few days until my vehicle was ready. Which relieved me from that stress! She kept me informed at all times and made sure I had a good experience. The total labor timeline was less than a full week, and I was back in my car in no time. I felt very taken care of and I appreciate the kindness of All THE EMPLOYEES at Crain Kia of Fort Smith.

We recently purchased a used car at Crain and were very pleased with our entire experience. From the salesperson to the general manager, we were treated with respect and courtesy. We conversed mainly over the phone to make the deal which went smoothly when we arrived. We would certainly return to buy from them again even though we live 3 hours away.

I love my new car! I got a 2022 Kia Sportage, and the performance was amazing as well as it being very nice on the inside with alot of the extra bells and whistles. Great price and great service, Krystal was amazing and definitely works with you to the best of her ability!

I like the people who work here mainly. They were very kind when I was dealing with buying my first car (of course my dad helped me in that situation). It s important that whatever you buy or wherever place you buy product from or whatever services you are ordering from that place, that the people are as kind there as they are good at what they do.No one wants to deal with arrogance and rudeness when they are paying so much money or trading in so much of their hard-work into affording these types of services or products.And I think the majority of the people I ve met at this place seem to respect that.That in itself means a lot to me.The ones who meet you to service your vehicle are super kind.The woman who sold me a car was also awesome!I was so happy buying my Kia Rio 2023 here; thank you!!!!!!

I was 100% satisfied with the service department. It was my first time taking my car in since purchasing it last summer. The gentleman who checked me in was excellent at explaining everything to me, going over what options I had, answering my questions, and looking up what I needed to know. I also go to a Chevrolet dealership for my other vehicle and I do not get the same level of service I got at Kia today. The fact that they vacuumed and washed my car after the service was a shock and huge bonus to me. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Michael, Service Liason informed me of the repair process (which is very important to me), kept me up dated on the status, & communicated well with my insurance, and on the day the repairs were complete, I thought of an oil change, and Michael saw that it was done also by pick up time. I was taken to, and picked up from the rental company. Frank, Master Mechanic was informative & courteous. Parts/Accessory representative walked me out in the bitter cold to make sure the accessory would fit. Overall exemplary service!

Wow, what a enjoyable experience my better half and I had this last Monday (6/20/22). As many places were closed for the holiday we thought we would go and look around at cars . CINDY had stopped by a few different places In the Last few days but wanted to show me a particular Vehicle At Crane Kia in Fort Smith. It was a very warm day But Katlin Our sales consultant Was able to help us not think about the heat but how we could get into this beautiful new 2023 sportage. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. While I was going over paperwork with Jesse the finance manager, Katlin Took great pains to help Cindy learner how to set up her new car.( New cars have lots of Bells and whistles to set up if you didn't know). I highly recommend if you're in the market For a new or used car, Take the time to stop by Crane Kia of Fort Smith. They may not have what you want right then and there but they'll do everything they can to see to it that they find what you're looking for. I am truly glad that we stopped in, No regrets at all.

We purchased a new 2023 Kia K5 yesterday and had a great experience! The car I wanted to see wasn t on the lot, and Michael Bruce jumped through hoops to find me what I wanted.
