Martha provides excellent service. Her window tint comes with a lifetime warranty. She does automotive window tinting as well as commercial window tinting. Trust me, even if you dont think you need it, you do. I will be returning to do my back windows!

Did an alright job on my truck. The eyebrow was cut to short though and they went ahead and left it that way. Also there was a few spots on my drivers window that had fuz under the tint. Other than that they did a good job

WARNING!There are small bubbles but it s not horrible. Then there are pieces cut choppy and a little short. But worst of all when I got my car back it was filthy. It smelled like wet dog and cigarettes and was COVERED in animal hair. I found a cigarette butt in my floor and there was mention of if the things in your trunk look rifled through because apparently they misplaced a tool in my trunk. Take that as you will. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Unprofessional at best. Smoking and drinking beer in the office with customers present isn t what I would call professional. While the tint job was good.. the service was not. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed change on the ground by the door and when I opened my car there was change in my seat. I looked in my change can (the can that comes inside of a Yeti can cooler) I keep in my door pocket and what had been COMPLETELY full when I dropped my car off was now 3/4 s gone. Now some would say, it s just change.. fact is stealing is stealing, period. Will never use again.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I had my windows tinted here in April. Everything was perfect when I picked up my car. There were bubbles in the tint, but that went away after a few days. I didn t put my windows down for 3 days as instructed. But the day before I moved to Florida the back passenger window started peeling in the bottom left corner. Everything else looks good on the other windows. Maybe this window was done last and rushed or something. But now I have to put more money out of pocket to have it done right. Also, they left trash in my car and a metal ruler as well. They have the warranty, but I can t see driving from Florida to Arkansas to have it fixed if that warranty would even be honored. Go to them only if you don t plan on moving out of state. Lol. Other than the back window peeling and the things left in my car, everything else was good as far as customer service and accuracy of the time I was told it would take to complete the job.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Brought my wife s brand new Jeep Cherokee in for a tint job. Less than 700 miles on it. I go back where they are tinting the window s and there is a lady not far away just smoking away with no care in the world. I am sorry but if I wanted my wife s car to smell like cigarettes I would get in and light one up but this just hit me the wrong way.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I have used this place for four of my vehicles now. All of them have been a great job. The only reason I only gave 4 out of 5 stars is one of my vehicles back glass started pealing after one month. They said they would fix it but I never got time to get it to them to redo it.

Terrible tint job. There were bubbles throughout every window and in the eyebrow, and told my girlfriend (who took our car there while I was at work) that the bubbles would disappear on their own. That was four months ago and they still haven t gone completely away, even thought they shouldn t have been there in the first place. Unfortunately we moved states away right after the tint job, so I couldn t take it back. Now, as of two weeks ago, one of the back windows started peeling up from the corner. Awful job, awful business.

These two people who work here are ignorant, unprofessional, inconsiderate and bad communicators. I was scheduled to get my windows tinted yesterday and one of the ladies was going to call me and she never did. I tried calling twice to see if it was even going to happen and they didn t answer. I was scheduled to get them tinted today and instead of them informing me the person had to go out of town, I called and found out hearing the pathetic excuse I meant to call and tell you. Their loss. They re not getting my money and shouldn t be getting anybody else s. Do not get these degenerates!

The quality of the tint job on my car was good and the price was very reasonable and competitive. The employees were friendly. I dropped my car off at 10 and it was done around 1.A couple of things to know:If you're asthmatic or sensitive to smoke, do not go inside of this business. It's like walking in to a giant enclosed ash tray.If you do not have cash or check, there is a 3% charge tacked on to your total for processing credit or debit cards.

I have always brought my vehicles here for tint. Unfortunately I will not anymore. Bubbles and dust galore in my tint. I took it back to her and she tinted it again, but now I have more bubbles than last time. I would take it back to her again, but I cannot afford the hours it takes every time this happens.

Picked my brand new car up from here smelling like a huge ashtray! Looking like one as well! There were ashes in my door panels, ac vents, carpet. She offers a lifetime warranty, but I can't trust my car to go back there. Now if anything goes wrong with my tint im now out money to have her tint job removed and new tint added, plus the money I wasted on this. Plus the time I now have to take out of my day to have it detailed. I dropped my car off with the new car smell and picked up an ashtray.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with Classic Tint USA in Fort Smith. They have done a few vehicles of mine, and I ve never had a bad experience. Plus they have always been the best price around.

When the mother run this business it was great now that the kids have it drugs are more important appointments don't mean nothing and will never use them again third time trying to use them and they don't show appointment for 9 930 nobody here shut the business down

Done an awesome job, FYI.... follow the after care instructions to a T and you wont have a problem! I seen people complain about bubbles in the Tint, you will have, for weeks sometimes, i thought she messed up and was gona have to take back, but i waited like she said and they all disappeared! Took a few weeks... dont mess with the bubbles yourself or you will mess it up!

Terrible !! RUN do not come here! Took 13 hours to get my car back and only one side was done with bubbles! Please do not waste your money! Also smoked in car as well! If I could zero stars I would!

Misunderstanding. Was under impression that all of my windows would be tinted. After leaving I discovered that the front 2 were tinted. Nothing in back. She wouldn't make it right. Also water stains on mydoor panels, ran my battery down and car smelled like cigarette smoke. Make sure you know what your gettimg.

There were scratches on my back windows and they fixed it and put new scratches on them and the back windows weren t even sticking on to my window and they refused to fix it. They said that s how the window is Service: Vehicle window tintingService: Vehicle window tinting

Poor quality work. Had bubbles in it. Had to take it back 2 weeks later to have it redone. Lacked attention to detail. May be cheaper but do not recommend.

called to get an estimate. a kid answered the phone not helpful and cussing at me for the questions. didn't even know what the browbar was. not good customer service
