I went to byrider and saw Brian in hopes of getting a car or next steps. Brian was able to do even more, he helped me find a car I was comfortable in, was happy with and explained everything very thoroughly and patiently. I defiantly would recommend coming down to see them, especially if you haven t had luck anywhere else. 10/10 would come again!!! -Jenna M

I stopped by Byrider with a friend and was considering purchasing a vehicle. Brian was being very helpful explaining the process got me to come inside for an application. I stepped into what I believe was a manager and Byrider employees where talking so badly about a customer that just stood up and left. Not a place I want to be in business with for 4 years.

Bryan is a great person as well as salesperson. Everyone that I got the honor of meeting there were so kind and accepting. I was in a tough situation with no car and they really helped me out. Great place to go get a used car.

Jesus was phenomenal at his job. He lead me thru everything very clearly and had a pleasant upbeat attitude. Very personable. Definitely would recommend him and your company to everyone needing a car. The finance department was amazing as well. Jami and Olivia made the whole process very easy

Brian in Ft Smith was my salesman and he was AWESOME! He made the process easy and moved it along probably as fast as possibly possible! I literally came in and bought my vehicle and went back to work just like that. If you need a good vehicle go see Brian!!! Thanks Brian!!!!!!

BEWARE I'M AMENDING MY REVIEW. VETERANS BEWARE DISABLED PEOPLE BEWARE Being disabled I had a friend help me from time to time. She gave my vehicle to her boyfriend who was a felon who then stole it. After speaking with the police they said it would be a month before they could get involved as a felony. I called by Byrider to have it low Jack and returned to me. I was told there would be a fee but that would be all. When calling before picking it up I was told they voided my contract & took the car. I had made all payments on time and done nothing wrong. I'm disabled as well as my mother and in a month they got three grand for me and I got nothing in return. I intend to have this establishment put on the no useless for the VA as well as the local military base. I cannot believe this has happened.

Worthless car dealership in Fort Smith Arkansas. We bought a 2012 Ford Fusion from them. Within the first month of having the car the control arms went out. They did fix that. Couple months later the AC compressor went out. We obviously had too pay for that. And the AC didn t blow cold after that worked great before they put one in. Couple months after that car broke down again would die go a couple feet & die again we told them they wouldn t help us wouldn t even help us get a tow to even get the car too there lot didn t even give a single care. Wouldnot recommend this place too my worst enemy. Tons more problems but wouldn t recommend this place

I took my truck in for for oil change and tire rotation. Service was fast very friendly . I like the way the do business It has been a great experience from when I bought the truck to getting truck serviced . I would highly recommend these people

Brian did an awesome job getting me into a new vehicle. He helped me with a low down payment and he helped with low monthly cost payments so I could afford to live comfortably. However I have had problems with my Hyundai Santa Fe ever since I got my vehicle and I take it to them and the replace only parts not covered by warranty and my vehicle is still not running right. I would not prefer this company at all. They are a scam. You are better off going to car mart it's the same down payment of 500.00

Amazing! Angie is amazing! She was super sweet! Got us figured out quickly and easy! After only an hour we were set off in our new car! They ve also done our oil changed and taken care of any issues we ve had!! Definitely recommend!!

I really had a great experience at Byrider I took my truck for what I thought were major issues but the diagnosed the problem and was right on it also it was very impressive the way they all worked together thanks guys and ladies great job

HORRIBLE experience. My mother got a car from them 1 month ago took it out of town once and it completely broke down,had it checked the engine head is cracked, everything that can leak is leaking etc. She's having to spend a ridiculous amount of money for a rental that she shouldn't need.
