Brad is a stand up guy! Not once have I had an issue. They shoot you straight and tell you how it is. If you have a HD, pass the stealership and go see the guys at BRC!

BRC Bike Works is the best motorcycle shop I've ever delt with. Brad and his wife Bryanna truly care about their customers. I was able to sit down and talk to Brad about what I was looking for out of my bike. He didn't try and sell me stuff I didn't want. We talked about how I ride and what I was looking for and he suggested the parts for my build. Not only did my bike turn out how I wanted it but way way better. BRC turned my bike into a complete dream to ride and at a price that was half what I was quoted from some other main stream dealers. BRC is the only shop that will ever touch my bike I'll be back again and again.

Brad at brc did a amazing job on my 2015 breakout! Took it in for him to dyno tune my bike (tuned it myself ) and he made it perform exactly how I wanted . Runs cooler,more power, crisper throttle response, and safe in all parameters.

Went their for a rear tire replacement the shop drops a screw off my belt guard instead of finding it they zip tie the belt guard in place the screw fell into my drive belt and the next day I lose my drive belt the shop tells me,we didn't do that..very dishonest..do not recommend anyone go there they are not honest people..only giving one star like the other guy wouldn't give any if I could negative rate I would

Always great work at a fair price. Zac and Brad have worked on my black Street Glide from front to back. Air ride, stretched bags, powder coat, you name it they have probably done it on my bike. If you are looking for someone to build your bike the way YOU want it and don't want to pay dealership prices only to have them push the brands they want, then look no further.

These guys are for real! My custom chopper was running rough and several high end shops between Fort Smith and Wisconsin told me it was fixed. The only thing they fixed was a huge bill. I met the pro's at BRC on a holiday when the shop was closed. When I asked why they were at work, they said that being at the shop was the best holiday they could have. They love motorcycles. I was sold right then. Before meeting these guys, I was seriously considering selling my bike because of all of the down time. They took it and have it running like new. It is fantastic! No way I'd sell it now. They were fair on pricing and back up what they fix. I am a BRC customer for life.

I had them to put rear belt on my custom bike. Bike has a 3" open BDL primary, and looks like they used something to pry off inner primary. Didn't tighten up bolt to starter jackshaft, and had to push start it when I picked it up. Got home and removed starter cover, and head of bolt had backed out, and ground off some of end of bolt.Clutch adjuster was supposed to have a lock nut on it, and if they put it back on, they didn't tighten it down. Ended up broke down on side of road with no clutch, and oil slung all over bike from broken O ring on adjuster.I'll NOT be taking my bike back to them for any reason, and will not be telling anyone I know to take theirs to them either.They did get rear belt, and new pulley on, but not worth the damage that was done to my bike. 1 star is worst I can give on this site, but deserve a -9. I spent around $600 in parts, and labor. Ended up with around $800 in damage. Other review gives them 5 stars, but probably works there.
