Got there early due to living out of town and was allowing extra time for any road construction. They were able to get me in quickly and also took care of issue with my tire being a little out of alignment. With the price of tires, I really appreciate this. Also, they were able to help me understand more on how to work the computer in my car. I'm not computer savvy and they were so nice to take the extra time to help me understand it better. You have great office and service workers.

Bought a 2016 Expedition. Sales people were great. However within 45 days the compressor needed replaced. Ok, it s a used car, understood. But then the top level Warranty I paid for denied my claim. Endurance warranties have a lot of red tape and I am convinced they are a rip off and Bill White should not be pushing their product. Highly disappointed

Great experience all around. Staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered my car before it was released to the shipping company and was updated anytime something changed. Management was really helpful and worked with me through the process and with a loaner car. Probably the best dealership experience I've had buying a car.

After hearing and seeing Bill White name plastered all over this town for nearly 30 years.. I hate to say it but these are not good people.Look past all the blank 5 star reviews with no words.Sadly there is not a 0 star option. Absolutely do not buy an vehicle from this dealership. There are a dozen within an hour from here if you really think you need a brand new VW. There is no reason to buy here unless you break down in the lot with a vehicle you bought from them.Bill, you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself for allowing the sale a vehicle with an active class action lawsuit for life-threatening transmission problems without even disclosing this to the customer. Used or not, a vehicle should not be completely un-drivable less than a month from purchase.Unfortunately, I will have to reach out to the Arkansas Attorney General about this matter, as well as the auditors from Ally Financial.

I took my 2023 VW Taos in because of rear brake issues. Teri, Dave and the whole service team were absolutely the best. They took video and pictures of the wear and tear on the brakes which was excessive for a new vehicle with only 26,000 miles. They graciously put me in a loaner car during the 3 days they were working on the vehicle. When all was said and done, the repairs were covered 100% by my vehicle warranty.

Shawn H. Sold us a Jetta in 2020. The process was so smooth and didn t take all day! We have enjoyed the Jetta, so we knew we would be buying another VW when it was time for another car. Of course we came back to Bill White and to Shawn. They offered a repeat performance and we couldn t be happier with the Arteon. I will always recommend the entire team at Bill White. Shawn, Jason in finance and the folks in the service department.

10/10 recommend using Bill White Volkswagen when purchasing a new (or pre-owned) vehicle!! We had such a great experience with the whole team. Christopher Koop (Salesman) is a great guy and he worked hard to make sure we were happy with everything and got what we wanted. We will never buy another vehicle from anyone else besides Bill White Volkswagen!! Trust me you will not be disappointed!

I chose 5 star because the people at Bill White VW were seriously awesome. Super kind and helpful, knew everything about the Atlas, didn't mind me putting my child's carseat in the car to determine if it was right for me, found the right color for me, and even delivered it to my work once they picked it up. They went above and beyond to make a great sales experience.

Salesman Chris was great gave us all the information on our trade in and for the vehicle we were thinking about buying. No high pressure sales. Michael Justice, General Manager, gave fair market value for trade. This is 5th Volkswagen we have purchased at Bill White. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Shawnn Howeton was AMAZING. The main reason I (1) chose to purchase a VW for my mom (I was looking at other makes/models) and (2) chose to purchase from this dealership. He went above and beyond for my mother and I. I cannot say enough nice things about him - definitely a keeper - you guys are fortunate to have him.
