Aftermarket Parts, while typically cheaper on the wallet, usually don't uphold the same quality of OEM. That said, Auto parts stores are great for older vehicles that no longer have OEM replacement parts available or the most common case, to get products or to fix something that broke with no warning that would otherwise leave you stranded. If You have to get aftermarket parts, Acdelco Gold has always been a good alternative for vehicles that have limited OEM part availability.

Had our car stall at the light to pull in and get gas. Decided to stop by Autozone since they were next door. They were very helpful and diagnosed our problem as an old battery and air filter. They changed it out for us quickly and even got us a discount that paid for the filter cost. We were in the middle of a road trip, so they really saved us. So grateful for their excellent service!

The guy work with me was Carlos. He was amazing guy. He helped me get a new battery. We was going through some things because I had a buy a battery from a third party. He has a great attitude, very persistent, and just treating me all so well

They need better communication at this store.. maybe if they had better communication they would have gotten 5 stars from me... I did get compensated for the issue buy I just feel that there could have not been an issue in the first place

I went by to buy some windshield wipers for my Mom s car (2011 GMC Terrain). Carlos was my salesman and asked me if he could put them on for me (me being a dude, I told him no) he said these are different and kind of a pain to put on . Not being familiar with this style, I agreed to let him install them. Let s just say, I was glad I let him do it. After watching him install them I realized I would have needed to pray for forgiveness for the things I would have said. Carlos probably prevented a stroke.

My factory battery died on my 2017 Pathfinder. Stopped in and Carlos jumped in to test out my current battery situation. Battery tested bad and Carlos took care of me. He installed the replacement and did a fantastic job. It's great when you can trust your local auto parts crew! Definitely would recommend stopping by this location!

My alternator went out so I gave Autozone on hwy 71 a call. Carlos McDaniel answered the phone and was kind, knowledgeable and helped diagnose the problem. He put the part I needed on hold. When I got there to pick it up the staff even went the extra mile and printed off a belt diagram to help me out. They made a problem into an adventure and helped me out tremendously. Their staff is better than any auto parts store I ve been to Made me a loyal customer. 10/10 recommend.

This store price matched as they said they would. The one on Towson lied and wldnt honor it so I waisted time on Towson and cldnhave already had my van back together. This store on 71 rocks! And super nice to boot

Older gentleman was very rude disrespectful and insulting about me not being able to read to ask questions for him to help me the younger guy that works there is great but I will not be giving them my business ever again so if you do not want to be disrespected or basically made fun of do not go there
