Customer service is terrible, techs should have to go thru actual training to be allowed to even look at a vehicle let alone touch one. The manager on duty today 1/19/24 needs some coaching as well, if you can't take a little criticism get a new job.

It was amazing..I called,had it ordered and it was on the car next day. While waiting I did grocery shopping instead of sitting in tire store.

Thay are good for tires that's about it .. anything else your better off talking to a monkey at the zoo.. plan Thay suck ..

Very friendly people, and my husband and I were very happy with our oil change and service. Takes a little time, but there only seems to be a couple guys up front running around doing everything for customers, so we understand why it took a bit. Showing up first thing when they open is the best idea if you're in a hurry to have it done. The workers are professional and polite, overall a pleasant experience.

I previously had reviewed this right after my oil change; but I was a little surprised that there was nothing that they mentioned about the car although they said they had checked everything including the air filter when I reviewed my receipt. There is no way they checked the air filter it was filthy and I replaced it myself; Also even though that s what they do at the store is tires, they made no mention at all other than they put air in my tires, but my tires are needing to be replaced so badly there s very little tread left on them. I would ve gone back for tires but now I can t trust anything there so I will not be getting tires there. I can t even trust the other things they said they checked including the wiper blades which also need to be replaced but they did not say that; apparently they thought they were fine leaving big water streaks on the windshield. A 3 rating is probably generous.Service: Oil change

Got my oil changed and tires rotated. In and out fairly quickly even as busy as they were. My new go to place

Flippin Walmart is just awesome! Great staff highly knowledgeable. There's no other place I would trust with my automotive service needs. The tire warranty is top notch and they are always willing to meet or beat their own standards. If you need a fuel injection service for sluggish engines that have lost power they offer a system cleaner that works amazing. I got my headlights restored for 25 bucks! They came out so pristine as to be compared with brand new.

They had great prices on a synthetic oil change, they were polite, personable and professional. The customer waiting area could use some work, it's pretty rough.Also, I had to go asking my car was ready, no one came and told me, and it was finished and sitting outside, so I wonder how long I sat after it was already done?

All my experiences with Walmart auto care centers. They have been polite and helpful. Even tho they have to tell you stuff you really don't want to hear. They are just doing their best to serve you the right and safe way.

service was great but one of the mechanics attending to my car today literally stole my pods out of a of menthol vuse pods pack i had gotten last night which is totally not cool. Definitely never coming back to this auto center since they think robbing young girls is hip and cool or something. So if you don t like getting robbed i guess just do not come here,, everything else was chill though.Service: Oil change

We can not praise the Tire and Auto crews performance, compassion, and overall great work and customer service. We called and gave them our information first. They explained that we would have to wait based on the new covid practices/Holiday weekend but they had in stock what we needed and would be happy to work is in since we were stranded. Their performance was worthy of much more than this review!

My husband took my truck in to have new tires and oil changed and was told it would take an hour. 4 1/2 hrs later finely getting my truck back and take off didn't even make it out of flippin and my console above my head fell off. When I called up there they told me to Shish Shish Shish on the phone and it wasn't there fault that my husband probably did it when he left. Why would he do it... No responsibility for THEIR actions. Will NEVER take any of my Vehicles there again

Broke one of my TPMS, they are on order. The next day we were going on a 2500 mile trip. My light would flash then stay one then go out then repete

Lark and Collin were amazing. Very thorough and patient with me. They worked with me to order tires next day. Great experience. Wasnt expecting that out of Walmart.

They do great, very friendly, and they inform me if I should change tires, wipers, or if I should see a certified mechanic!!

I have had ex walmart employee harrass me over something that was never said!!! Corporate walmart doesnt listen to customers and will never again go to another automotive center in any walmart!!!

They claimed they could not touch my tires could sell them to But my husband had to mount them because of a broken stud. Did not want to be sued.

Will never get anything done to my vehicle here again, Went and had them do an oil change they checked everything bulbs etc. Now mysteriously my vehicle gas gauge started reading empty before I got out of the parking lot, then went back to full now it just stays at empty, this has never happened before.

If in a hurry prepare to spend time if car goes onto a bay. Might be a while otherwise good place to get stuff done right.

They do reasonably good work at a reasonable price, however, they are annoyingly slow.
