If I could give more stars I would. I was stranded with a husband in the hospital I needed to see. My car battery was shot and she took it out, went and got a new one and installed all within an hour!! Reasonable prices, knowledgeable and fast, you can't beat this service. She even checked many other things on the car to ensure I was safe. Wow. So thankful to find Steven's.Pam K. Fayetteville

We had had our car at the mechanic and told the head gasket was bad. I suspected that was not true and worked on the car myself. But I got in over my head...Stevens was amazing! They were there the next day. Resolved the issues I created, resolved the prior issues, and fixed the actual problem for the actual reasonable price. They even stayed and helped check more things at the end, just to be helpful to me.Honestly, I could not recommend them enough!

I had the best experience with Stevie. She communicated everything very clearly prior to, during, and after the repair. She went above and beyond to help me with my car despite the cold weather. I especially love that I don t have to leave my car at a shop since she comes to me! I will continue to use her for future repairs and I have already shared my experience and her info with my family, friends, and coworkers.

Our 2004 Trail Blazer needed a new water pump, the A/C died and the serpentine belt had to be replaced. Stevens auto repair arranged a mutually convenient time, and arrived promptly. They explained everything, gave a very reasonable cost estimate and after our approval proceeded with the work. All work was completed in record time and with high quality (and I am hard to please :-)). In addition they diagnosed and quickly fixed the heat shield vibration issue, cleared the codes and checked the car operation. I am very happy with the results and will not hesitate to recommend Stevens Auto Repair. A+ job.

My daughter s car needed repair on a late Friday afternoon and I m 3 1/2 hours away. Found Stevens and they came to the car on Saturday, diagnosed problems and got it repaired same day. Sent me pics along the way of problem parts and sent me pricing for replacement parts to get my ok. I m impressed with their service and costs to do the work. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Stevie is great! My car battery completely died and couldn t even be jumped. It was very corroded and had no chance of revival. She came out almost immediately after I texted her and explained what happened and quickly replaced it at a reasonable price. She was very kind and helpful and I definitely recommend using her!

My car broke down and I thought that my alternator needed changing, but thanks to Stevies experience she was able to diagnose the problems in my car pretty quickly (alternator was not the problem) and was able to have my car running back again. Sean was also a great help and taught me how to change my air filter. I definitely recommend!! 100/10

Definitely recommend! They replaced my brake pads and rotors after someone else messed it up. They were efficient and very nice. They gave me lots of tips and even showed me how to put lug nuts on my tire!

My daughter is a UARK student and her car broke down. I was unable to get there to help. Stevens came out the same day and replaced the starter. My daughter said they were super nice and did a good job. Grateful I did not have to have her car towed to a shop. Stevie did a great job! saved me hundreds on a tow by coming to where my car broke down. Had my car fixed in less than a couple hours after diagnosis that my tire rod ends had broke.

Had them do a pre purchase inspection of three cars. They were really helpful, went all the way out and researched market prices, dealer s reputation and helped me rule out cars and realize some of them were sketchy or hiding something. Very detailed inspection and very kind, nice service 10/10 recommend :)

Stevie and Shawn both are incredibly kind and mindful of their work. I am not from around here and I was in need of a CV-axel repair on my Honda. They both were considerate of time, consistent, and all around did the job perfectly. Payment was simple. They do take card payments. They also reached out and responded in a timely manner. I'm so grateful for them both and would recommend Stevens Auto Repair to anyone!!!

My car has been making this rusty and cranky sound for quite some time now, and it seems like no shop could tell me as to why, and diagnosis it with something else . Luckily I've found Stevens Auto Repair in time before my car died. They found the problem. Not only that helped me save more. This was my only car and it was scary knowing it could die anywhere. And since I have no family here, its even more scarier. They came out to my workplace, checked the car, and even gave me a quote on it the same week they came to my place to work on it as well.(Since parts needs to be ordered.) I am very grateful to have found them. If you want to save money (they're willing to help you find parts and save more), professionalism, knowledgeable - very thorough, good communication, and someone who cares for you and your car. Very convenient! Thank you Stevens Auto Repair! I will continue using them in the future. My car wasn t driving like it should and I called on Saturday and they showed on Saturday afternoon. They checked out my car and even followed me to the O Reileys to get the part and put it on! Highly recommended. She was patient with me with all my questions I had. She even asked me to follow up with her after driving my car the next day. Stevie went way beyond the call of duty. Our vehicle had a relatively simple problem to fix, but I was out of town and unable to help my stranded wife. I explained the problem to her by text, and she knew exactly what was needed. Stevie came after hours on a Friday night and had it fixed in minutes. She had the right part on hand, and her all-in costs to us were more than fair. I appreciated her willingness to help us in a bind. Highly recommend!Service: Installation

My daughter, who lives 6 hours away needed a new alternator. Luckily we happened to find Stevens when doing a Google search and saw their good reviews. Had no idea why my car would not start, they responded to my text quickly and kept me updated until they diagnosed my car. They even followed me to O'Rileys to get parts to ensure my safety. Wonderful duo and I am so glad that they were able to get me back on the road.

I don't leave reviews very often but when I do it's for a reason. Stevie helped us out last minute twice and went up and beyond with her assistance. We learned a lot from her in that short time. I highly recommend them for any repair needs on your vehicle.

My fiance had her starter go out at 12pm on a Saturday. We texted and they responded almost immediately saying that they could slot us in for a same day repair if we wanted. They drove all the way to Siloam Springs to diagnose and fix the problem. Not only did they tell us exactly what parts we needed and placed calls to local auto parts stores to ensure parts were there, but they also gave us multiple cheaper alternatives and explained the pros and cons for all of them. They got the old starter off a 2006 Honda Accord within 20 minutes and had the new one on within 60! We were thrilled! As a bonus, they helped us get a stuck oil filter off our car. I couldn't recommend their service enough! My fiance has their number permanently saved in their phone. Definitely repeat customers from now on!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had such a great experience. I m a middle-aged single woman who knows nothing about cars. It was Memorial Day weekend and I was stranded w a bad battery and other stuff shorting out. Stevie was timely, communicated every step of the way, and made me feel so comfortable. She went above and beyond to explain everything and show me how to do stuff myself. I now feel so much more confident about what to do if something goes wrong w my car. I also loved that I was dealing with a woman - I just felt like the conversation and approach was more relatable. I didn t feel talked down to or like I was being taken care of. It was actually pretty empowering. Price was also reasonable, especially for a holiday weekend. Will definitely call her again if things go awry.

I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone. I called them Saturday afternoon and they came to my house on sunday morning. They were super knowledgeable and upfront with pricing. My car was fixed and running in under an hour. Not only did they fix my car, they answered all of my questions about other issues id like to see fixed in the future. They even cleaned my headlights. Once they heard i had kids, they gave me hotwheel cars for them. I will 100% be going back to Stevens Auto repair for all my future repairs! Stevie and Shawn were prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. Shawn had to crawl under my car in the freezing weather with ice dripping on his face from the chassis, but he persevered and repaired a broken shift linkage on my transmission. Stevie and Shawn was very knowledgeable! As soon as I reached out on a Sunday morning, Stevie responded almost immediately! They arrived that day and once they arrived it was within minutes that they found my issue! Not only did they find my issue, but Stevie explained everything that I needed to know and how to prevent further issues!She managed to look up all my recalls, tell me my issue, and even screenshot and sent my parts over text to make it more affordable on my end! From my experience it's hard to find a good/honest mechanic, but Stevie lets you watch the entire time and coaches you through everything and she's just so knowledgeable with her craft!Thank you for all your help! I cannot say enough good things about this business! I requested service and they came the next day, prompt and so helpful. I love that this is a woman owned business, Stevie, you rock!She was so thorough, took pictures of old parts and new parts to explain things super clearly to me.
