I brought in my Infiniti QX 80 for a starter in September 2023. I am back March 2024 to replace it again. $1200 each time. The first one lasted nearly 10 years and the second one didn t last a year and they will not warrant it.The service manager, and the service writer are both good people & have tried to help.

Mason took very good care of my wife s Murano today. The driver-side door handle wouldn t work properly, so she couldn t get in or out easily or consistently. They fixed it in an hour and didn t charge us a dime. I ve worked at and been at many dealerships, and I don t know of many who operate like that. Mason deserves a raise, and we will definitely be back.

Everyone here is always super kind and helpful! Great customer service and experience every time I bring my car in. The shuttle is an awesome plus! Makes life a lot easier and car troubles less stressful. Julius was a great shuttle driver. He provided excellent service and conversation. :)

Service was good and time was good. Was a little surprised as the cost, thought it was high. Disappointed my vehicle was not washed as part of the service. It may be the same as other dealerships in the area, my first time in NW Arkansas. But, it isn't what I am accustomed to.
