A+ experience. They were ready for me on my appointment time and were running on time upon arrival. Completion of service was also on time. Greeted with a smile in a clean and comfortable environment. Plenty of parking and conveniently close to Penquin Eds to eat while I waited. Highly recommended!

Set up an appointment for Friday at 11:00a.m. I got here 10 minutes early and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I've been sitting here for 30+ minutes and they haven't even started with my car. Will not be coming back.Edit: An hour later I was just informed they don't even have both tires that I had bought online 2 days ago. 1 is in the shop, and the other is in Bella Vista.Terrible business

This is the absolute worst Firestone I ve ever been to. The guy who works up front in the glasses and a mask is incompetent. They are not time efficient in any manner and lack communication skills like I ve never seen before. They messed up my truck a month ago and I brought it back for them still not to have fixed a damn thing. My personal favorite story is how I sat in the waiting room for 8 whole hours after being told they would get to and finish my truck that day. At 5pm I get told that they don t have the right part and I didn t get it back until the following week. I mean it s just funny how ridiculous and what a pain in the butt this place is. I took my car somewhere else last week just to be told that Firestone is responsible for damage and that I should take it right back. That s what I did and I still have a truck that doesn t work right. I wouldn t even trust this place with an oil change unless you can give up your car for 5 days and not be called once when it s done. Go somewhere else.

Staff was incredibly helpful and service was efficient and thorough. This was a great experience from the beginning. I called to inquire about pricing, and the guy I spoke to took the time to help me diagnose the issue I was having and helped me book the right service. Booking online was very easy, and when I arrived for my appointment, Aaron was prepared, friendly, and efficient in servicing my car despite being the only staff member there. He went above and beyond by showing me signs of wear on my tires so that I had it on my radar to replace them soon. I typically dread servicing my car because I am almost always met with some level of rudeness, but Firestone showed the opposite and have definitely earned my future business.

Refused to look at my vehicle because I didn't want to pay for a complete vehicle inspection when they could visibly see that I needed new cv axles and an alignment, along with new brakes/rotors.Service manager was rude about it when I said I didn't want to pay for the 'cvi' and told me I should just go somewhere else of I didn't want to pay that bc they can't visually inspect a vehicle. The local shop across the street visually inspected it for FREE, and then fixed the issues WITH NO PROBLEM.I knew better than to go there again. The last time I was there they left my radiator cap off after doing work and let me drive off, causing more issues that they refused to pay for.

Because I have been going there,( same one) for years, of course only two guys there that has been there, that is still there, but they keep my car in great shape! Jason and Daniel are the two in the shop area. Never have disappointed me. Always leave a happy camper! Love those guys! Thank you!!

1 star because they did fix my cousins alignment. I'd give 0 if I could. These guys tried upselling a $200 wheel bearing, which is more than I priced one, that takes a maximum of 45 mins to replace, $800 plus the cost for a part. The bad thing is, im a mechanic. That wheel bearing had nothing wrong with it.

Service is fast and friendly. Aaron explains things in a clear and concise way with just enough details to make me feel like I understand what s going on and not confuse me. I would highly recommend this location

Didn't have the tires i preferred in stock and couldnt get them. The tires they recommended also werent in stock, but it was only a days wait.. They were short handed so I had to wait quite a while just to be told my tire couldn't be fixed. The staff was knowledgeable about their inventory and proffessional

Awful, little to no help and $500 they did damage to my wheels while "fixing" a brake sensor. Nothing was fixed and manager refused to be remotely helpful or cooperative after I called to question the damage done by techs. Ended up taking car to a certify dealer after my money was essentially stolen from me. Avoid their service, these mechanics are clearly inept.

I visited Firestone today for a scheduled tire rotation appointment, only to find out upon arrival that they had me down for a full vehicle inspection. Despite clarifying the error, the employee informed me that the tire rotation couldn't be done as the tire guy was absent. How does Firestone only have a single tire specialist?

Nice welcoming place for tires and general auto care. I have gotten at least three sets of tires there and other than the normal post-covid delays in 2021, each visit has gone well. More recently, I had a trailer tire where the bead had broken and I swung by to see it they could blow it back on for me, they came out and took care of it right away and didn't charge me, which I really appriciated (notably, they did not even know I was a routine customer).

The techs are professional front of house management is not. If you call them on the phone, they will tell you one thing then when you show up in person, tell you something different And say that you never called that location or spoke to them. Do yourself a favor and spend Your money at someplace local

I've had very good luck here, the past year or so especially. I know that there have been different managers over the years of varying quality. But Jason has been very good to work with recently -- honest, prompt, polite, and effective.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Auto engine diagnosticServices: Electrical repair, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

I hate leaving bad reviews but my experience was just so silly. I ordered tires online then was given the option to use a local vender through CarAdvise to have them installed. I thought "hey this is cool and extremely easy" so I get the tires set up to be delivered to Firestone on Mission because it's on my way to work. I schedule the date and time to have them installed, I called just to check on my reservation a few days before and was told "we don't put on any tires due to we do not have a tire tech" I thought that was strange having a tire business but no one there to put them on. Then was advised to call the Rogers location, so I did and they said "sure bring them in". I go to pick up my tires and there's four cars having tires put on..... I ask to pick up the tires and was told "I don't think they're here" I received an email the day before saying they were there along with a picture of a signature showing they were received. Dude found them within 30 seconds.I understand maybe not wanting to install the tires at what I'm assuming is a discounted rate through CarAdvise but don't sign up for it and offer it if you don't want to do it. I don't really care what the price was I just wanted it done.

They don't keep or honor appointments at all. Don't waste your time here. Discount Tire is a lot better.

This place used to kinda suck. They've gotten in a new manager though, Nick. He's freaking awesome. Really seems like he genuinely cares about his customers and doing right by them. I went in to buy new tires. Rather than let me waste my money on an unnecessary purchase he showed me how to check my tires and said I would probably need new ones by mid fall, but right now I'm good. That's the kind of service we should get everywhere.

NEVER going back! Very disappointed! Needed brakes replaced and figured I d get an oil change while I was there. Set up an appointment online, which apparently, didn t go through since I called to verify the night before and they had no record of it. Rescheduled for a drop off at 8 am Saturday. Decided to try and take the car up before close on Friday only to find they closed an hour earlier than their online schedule said, so I did the 24 hour key drop.Saturday rolls around, and they were supposed to check the brakes, call me with a quote and get it fixed. Well, needless to say, it didn t happen. I hadn t heard anything about my car by late afternoon. After multiple call attempts, and 15 minutes on hold, I was finally able to find out that they changed the oil and were not going to be able to fix my brakes that day. The whole point of scheduling an 8 am Saturday appointment was that they d have all weekend to work. They said they had a quote they could give me, but I d have to reschedule for a later date. On top of that, because they never reached out, I was unable to pick my car up until Sunday. So, essentially, I spent the weekend on an oil change that I honestly didn t truly need in the first place and I have to drive my car around grinding brakes until I find a new shop that can actually get it done as promised. There is no way I d trust that even if I did schedule another service appointment that they d hold to it and actually get the work done Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

They quickly repaired my low profile sensor having tire, with a sheared off valve stem, on Labor Day and I was a walk in. They were fantastic.

My thanks to the team at Firestone on Mission Blvd. Even though they were short-handed, they completed the work in a timely manner. Special thanks to Jason for taking the time to explain the wheel alignment results and recommended tire rotation schedule. If you are a service technician in need of a job, they are hiring!Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

I would give zero stars if I could but I can't. I came in an hour and 15 minutes before the closing time posted on their website. Asked for a new tire as mine was too dangerous to drive on. Explained that to the man up front, didn't get a name but he was wearing thick black glasses and long hair. He rudely told me no because they close soon and the website wasn't accurate (should probably change that as I had driven 15 minutes across town to that location).I begged just to have them put one tire on and I would be back in two days to get a full set of tires. I desperately needed something to safely drive home. I am new to the area and have no one up here to help. He rudely stated I could leave my car and get it tomorrow--if they could even get to it.I would have spent over a thousand dollars this week in their shop had they just helped me out so I could drive safely. I HIGHLY suggest you avoid this location.

Chaotic energy! The manager talks too much about whatever, not really keeping on topic of your car or any questions that you have asked. I went in for an assignment and I asked about pricing on air & cabin filters and he talked about pricing on one but not the other. He said he would order the cabin filter and it would be here later and then I told him I could come back the next day to do it. After the signee was done, the ticket showed charges for both air and cabin filter. The mechanic in the back didn't put in the cabin filter because it wasn't on his ticket but yet it was on the ticket that I was being charged for. He said he going to put it in real quick, so I ended up getting both my air and cabin filters. The alignment, and putting in both filters took a total of two and a half hours. During that time many customers came in and left out of frustration. They either over booked people or took in people when they knew that they were already booked. Either way, the shop was not run very smoothly. I'm not doubting the mechanics ability, I'm calling out the manager's inability to fix his business into a better place of service. Focus on work and the task at hand, professionalism is more than just making pleasant conversation with customers, it's about treating the customer on the customer's level of what they are asking or needing. I didn't want my cabin and air filter replaced today. I wanted to do it tomorrow but I got pushed into doing it today because the manager didn't fill out the tickets correctly. He just assumed he knew what I wanted. From now on I'm going to a different location.

Before the manager left i never had any problems. Took my car in for an oil change and the following day my oil light had came on saying low oil pressure I checked the dipstick and it was bone dry they didn't tighten the oil filter and they didn't have the drain plug tightened all the way up I had to take it to the Dodge dealership and have another oil change done which cost me $300 had to present that paperwork to Firestone the following business day the guy couldn't even look me in my face to talk to me rude customer service all the way around will not go back to Springdale Firestone

bro every time i go to this location they overcharge me or try to upsell me. today they quoted me OVER $500 for a tire that just needed to be patched because i ~obviously~ needed a second rear tire! he said he couldn t patch due to policy, which okay valid- but then tried to upsell me another tire priced around $200? that s literally not even a year old? i told them to fill my tire up and i went to tire tracks. tire tracks charged me $28 . scary to think if i wasn t educated enough on my specific car that i would ve ended up spending close to $600 instead of $28 THE WEEK OF CHRISTMAS!!!!!!

Went in on a Friday and they were busy. Store manager told me to come back on Tuesday. He did not give me an ETA (my fault as well for not asking). Tan some errands then came back and sat in the lobby and waited. I figured they weren t gonna get to my car so I tried to wait for the store manager to get my keys back. Found out he left so had to wait for another employee go my car back. Waste hours of my day there. Had the store manager been honest with me I would have went somewhere else or left it there and found a way home. I won t even call it unprofessional but it s disrespectful. The store manager saw me in the lobby before he left and didn t even give me an update. Thankfully didn t spend any money but wasted way too much time and nothing to show for it.

I ve taken my vehicle to this location twice for separate issues and both times I left with my car worse off than it was when I brought it in. The first time I returned it and they repaired the problem for free. The second time they damaged my vehicle to the point that the scope of work was beyond their capabilities and they had me drive it to the Ford dealership with the promise that they would pay for repairs. Of course $2300 later they won t respond to my letters. Nick in particular promised to reimburse me and has not. I never write reviews but hopefully I can help someone else avoid the issues I ve had.

I believe I had a very good experience with Firestone I got an alignment and two new tires and the tires are great!! The service was great! Very friendly guy named Jason working at the Fayetteville location got me taken care of and actually gave me some honest opinions and some very good explanation as to what the problem was. This was my first time going to Firestone and I didn t have any issues at all. Made it home just fine. The car was driving straight as it should. No complaints from me other than the wait time but if I have work to do than more than likely I have time to kill so it wasn t a big issue. I had someone to grab me and my family while we waited. Very good job guys! Keep up the good work
