Giving two stars because the bulk of the repairs were completed (for a collision in October 2023). However, upon inspection at pickup I discovered there were parts under the hood that had not been secured. There was also a chip in the headlight housing. They secured the pieces under the hood on site but had to order a new headlight. It is March 2024 and I have not received the headlight replacement. Throughout this entire process there has been zero communication. Zero status updates whatsoever just me and my husband calling periodically to check on things. They are supposed to guarantee their repairs. So far that guarantee remains to be seen.

I took my vehicle here to fix my front bumper. They are getting a three because they repaired vehicle phenomenally. However, insurance paid me out 1600 but they estimated the fix to be twice that. They lost two stars because communication with from in regards to the status of the repair was awful. I received more updates about my vehicle from enterprise. I did receive occasional texts with language that I don't understand and they never provided a estimated completion time. They can definitely work on their communication.

We do a lot of work with the AutoPark Collision Center and have always been pleased. Jeff is wonderful to work with and is very thoughtful about the work that is done. I did have a minor issue this last visit with the shop not completing the job 100% before handing over the vehicle, but I noticed the issue and Jeff got it taken care of ASAP and immediately addressed the issue with his team. Thanks Jeff!

They handled every detail back and forth with insurance company and kept me informed all along the way. After all repairs made, truly looks like accident never happened. No surprises just listened to my wishes and made it happen.

Had the best experience with these folks when my Subaru was involved in an accident. Kept me up to date through the entire process (even tho parts took forever to come in) and returned my car to me better than new. Huge thanks to Mark and the whole team for getting me back on the road!

Both friendly and professional!! They were so thorough, that I had absolute confidence that my new vehicle would be like new again. Quick responses to my questions, and always happy to help. I ve used other shops in the past, and this was definitely a better experience.

We had our Hybrid Toyota Highlander detailed at the Collision Center. The cloth seats were a mess because we ate in the car . The inside and out look brand new! I highly recommend them! In addition to doing a great job, they were cheaper than other places we checked out. All around, a great deal!

I ran over retread on the highway. They did a good repair job. There was some damage to my windshield that I feel happened while it was there in the shop, it was minor, and I asked for repair and they did the repair without any trouble. Car looks good, nice repair job. Would recommend. I also recommend Farmer's Insurance. They give you a daily allowance for time your car is in the shop.

Juvon was very courteous and helpful after I had a collision with a deer. The parts for my Tacoma were ordered and came in in a timely manner. Took my WRX in for a window tint and it came out great! Had to drop her off and get to work and they had a valet on staff to take me and pick me up if I needed it (got a ride back from a friend). The tint looks amazing!!! and I can tell they treated my car well. Super friendly staff, too.

Follow up:After reaching out to the Collision Center after leaving the review provided below they replaced the rearview mirror and did so in a very timely manner. I am pleased with the customer service given and will recommend a place that is going to be proactive in the services that were initially not satisfactory to the customer.Thank you for fixing the issue and maintaining quality care to your customers!I was scheduled for an appointment on aThursday. Dropped my vehicle off when they opened and was told a windshield replacement would take about 4 hours. I had never heard back from the collision center so I proceeded to call at 3 pm that day. I was told the service department was not going to get to it that day. I proceed to bring my vehicle back the next day and have the windshield repaired. Dropped it off at opening hour and by 2 o clock still no word on the status of the repair. After calling I received word my vehicle was was able to be picked up. Windshield looked great! Began to drive and my rear view mirror shakes at all times. Take the vehicle back after the weekend and I get told they tightened the screw and it should help. My only other option is to buy a new one for $700.No luck with the tightened screw. A shaking windshield and one move of the rear view and pieces start to break off the mirror. My fourth visit and I am told there is no screw in the style of mirror I have?? That a spacer must be used. Seems like a quick easy fix to me .The problem is still not fixed and I feel as if the punctuality and quality of the collision center is very poor for the ratings and service they pride themselves by.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Repair work was good and done on time which was important. When my wife picked up her Outback she noticed a little dust on the info screen and dash not realizing that her car was dusty and dirty from front to back. When she got home we both spent over an hour cleaning the inside of the car. It should have been detailed/cleaned up before she picked it up.Service: Body & Trim

I had a slow-motion accident in December. No one was injured - just the car s front left panel and door. They were recommended by Subaru and their service was outstanding. The desk people were friendly and helpful, Jeff was spot-on with his estimate and kept me informed all along the process. They did a great job color matching the rear bumper cover of my WRX. The Plasma Blue Pearl mix they used is incredibly close to matching factory paint. A few hiccups along the way, they were addressed. Excellent plastic welding service too! I had a rear mud guard torn off, the screws ripped out two sections of the bumper cover. That plastic welding repair cost $150, versus $600-$700. That saved me the cost of replacing the entire rear bumper cover again, plus much less down time for the car!

I have gone here twice to have a bucket seat cleaned and then to have a bench seat cleaned. Both times they did a shampooing and it came out great. Both times I had vomit on the seats and you'd never know. I called some mobile detailing place and other businesses around the area but those other businesses wanted WAY too much for a small cleaning job let alone a full detailing. I got super reasonable pricing from the detailing manager Brian I thought why not give them a shot. Very glad I did. Excuse the photos but dang look at those results!

Staff was very cooperative and service oriented. Could have been better at communicating delays in completion dates. There was an issue upon pick up with some scratches on the hood but staff immediately took care it. Have used Fayetteville collision center before for a windshield replacement and will not hesitate to use them again if needed.Service: Body & Trim

I went in for an estimate on a broken window that I thought might also require body work. I was seen, seated, and serviced in less than 15mins. I was given an estimate and told that a window/windshield specialist could do it for drastically cheaper. Obviously I can t speak to the quality of their work, but their communication and integrity in my case were top notch.

after taking a month plus to even get a date to bring the car in because of an unresponsive service rep, it took 31 days to fix a cracked bumper. Juvon, our service rep, was unresponsive and unhelpful, no explanation was given for delays and a claim was placed on my behalf for an unnecessary repair (scraped muffler, purely cosmetic). overall, by far the worst experience possible, you guys are terrible at your jobs. if anyone is thinking about sending their car here, trust me, don t. there are so many other great places that won t shaft you at every turn.Service: Body & Trim

Bad service, extremely long wait and they use old parts for your car so they can keep more of the insurance money. Very poor communication and they take forever to finish a job. I strongly DON'T recommend this place.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Had my windows tinted. I ve had several windows tinted over the years but this was the best quality I ve ever had.Ask for Brandon, he will take good care of you. Great experience and great quality

I had a windshield replaced which so far appears to be done correctly.....HOWEVER when I called to see if my vehicle was ready I was told that a call would have to be made and that they would get with me in a few minutes. I did not receive a call until the next day. I believe this would make any customer feel disrespected. It also made me feel I couldn't trust what they were telling me. I questioned this service man as to why he didn't call as he said he would. His response was that he was busy and didn't leave until late. This was not true. I called back before the end of the day-the day he said he would call back in a few minutes. I was informed that this service writer was already gone, which was before the end of business hours. If you can't do what you say, DON'T SAY IT!!!Service: Body & Trim

I would not take my vehicle there again. I took it for a quote and they didn't include a damage on my truck, I would assume they would check any hail damage correctly and now the insurance doesn't want to pay it, they realized it was damaged when I pointed it out to them. They had told me it was going to take a week to get it done and it took them 3 weeks to get my truck ready. And that was because we had to be calling them all the time. I was disappointed.
