I had the best car buying experience I have ever had purchasing from here! We needed a second car to drive back and forth to work and put miles on. Darren in sales was great he listened to our needs and put us in the perfect car. JT in finance was fantastic. He explained everything every step of the way to make us feel comfortable! Very good no pressure dealership with NO hidden fees! I will only buy from here from here on out!

We had the best experience! We called ahead of time, about a week before, to discuss a car. I received a text prior to arrival, and I decided to add another car to test drive. When we got there our rep was beyond personable and professional. She had both cars ready for us to test drive. There was no pressure to buy. When we decided on a car, she answered all questions. I can t say enough about this place, and mainly our rep Haley. She stayed late with us to make sure we were ready to go and went over everything. She never seemed rushed or eager to leave. Go. See. Haley. She s your girl.

Julian, Service Manager, at Adventure Subaru told me, "I had a likely blown head gasket, My Outback was knocking and wasn't worth fixing." ( MY 2011 Outback wasn't purchased at Adventure Subaru) They would have to take it to auction Because it wasn't repairable. They quoted me eight thousand to repair my motor!!! Went to a different mechanic and he had MyCar running In one day, with a new radiator!!!REPAIRED AND OIL CHANGE $500!DONT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!! I also want to mention that this dealership told me that, in TIP-TOP SHAPE, my Outback was only worth $3400 !!! ADVENTURE SUBARU - WHY do you have a 2010 Outback on your lot FOR SALE for $12,000???My Car is running GREAT now after taking it to another mechanic. NO problems whatsoever! IT NEEDED THE RADIATOR REPLACE, HAD A CRACK IN IT) THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEMwas that Adventure Subaru Didn't want to fix my car. THEY WANTED TO SELL ME A CAR, THERE IS NOT an underlying problem. My motor is fine. Apples to Oranges??? I don't think so. I WAS TOLD IN TIP TOP SHAPE MY SUBARU WAS WORTH $3400. TIP TOP SHAPE !!! The Outback you have for sale for $12000, Which is one year older than mine, Is significantly overpriced, According to your Calculations. DONT TRUST

Best sales and after-sales experience every. I can't say enough about my experience at Adventure Subaru. I had been shopping at another brand's dealership and was about to purchase but I decided to stop in to look at an Ascent. I'm so glad I did. Not only did I like the Ascent better but the sales process was much smoother. The sales rep took care of my every need and answered all my questions. If you're looking for a vehicle, this is the place to buy one.

Had an excellent experience at Adventure Subaru working with Josh. I really like the no-commission, no-hassle business model here. Other dealers had been pushy and tried to rush me into a purchase I didn t really want or a bad deal. Adventure worked with me and helped me get the right car at a great price. They quickly arranged dealer trade for the requested model and the purchase process was easy. Extremely pleased with my 2024 Outback Wilderness!

We went to this Subaru Dealer looking for an SUV for our granddaughter. the folks that work there were all very pleasant to work with. our Salesmen Stephan was great he was never the least bit pushy. He found a car for her but she wanted to shop around. we went to several more dealers but ended up going back to Subaru to make the purchase. they did a great job getting us on the road would definitely recommend this dealership

We needed the car checked out after a coolant leak the next scheduled appointment was not available for 3 weeks! I dropped the car off and was told it could be three days; after three days I was told it could be two more before someone can take a look - for a diagnosis, never mind a repair. I picked the car up and had it fixed at an independent shop in a day. The service manager did apologize and pointed to an expansion which is under way. Until that is complete their growing sales volume far outpaces their service capacity. What s the point of dealer service when the wait is three weeks?

I recently purchased a car from this Subaru dealership, and I had an excellent experience. Stefan, our sales associate, and Chris, our finance manager, were both wonderful. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process enjoyable. I really like the no-pressure approach they have to the whole experience. I highly recommend this dealership for their exceptional service. 5 stars!

A great dealership with a no hassle, no pressure to buy policy. I test drove a outback wilderness edition and I have to say that it was a big surprise on how well this drove and how comfortable it was. My ONLY regret was not shopping here first as I was already financially invested at another vehicle/dealership.

My experience's with Adventure have been excellent! Over the past 3 or so years I have purchased 2 used vehicles, and now 1 new from this dealership. All three purchases were the smoothest, easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. Even the trade-in process was great and I was offered a little more than I was expecting for my trade-ins each time. Michael T. was my salesman for all 3, and he was awesome for each. No pressure, no hassle, very straightforward and very accommodating. Michael, Heather M., and Chad G. could not have made doing business there any easier. This is how the car buying experience should be! Kudo's to Michael, Chad, Heather, Ian, and whoever (owner?) is responsible for implementing such a great and customer friendly business model!

I have had five oil links out of my very first Subaru purchase a 2022 Ascent. It has had the same repair done twice already and went back in for another repair. The small drop of oil prompted the third visit. Upon returning home I discovered the other issues in the photos. No follow up from the service manager as to cause of this mess. Not sure if this car quality or poor repair technicians.

I just purchased my second Outback from Adventure Subaru. Anthony Gibson was EXCELLENT! He didn't pressure, but was ready to help at a moments notice. He made the purchase of my car an outstanding experience. Chris Vore, the business manager who took me through all of the financial aspects, also happens to be the person who sold me my first Outback a few years ago. Both of them are very personable representatives of Adventure Subaru and Don Nelms should be proud of having these two people on his staff.Also, I just recommended my son to Anthony and now he has driven away in his first Outback. I'd be willing to bet it won't be his last. Thank you Anthony, Chris and the entire team at Adventure Subaru.

Adventure subaru is awesome! I have never had such a smooth no pressure purchase in my time buying cars. They treat you like family and are upfront with pricing. Heather was an awesome salesperson and Mike was the nicest finance advisor I have dealt with. They don't try to force you to buy extended warranties or add ons. I'll definitely be using adventure subaru for my future purchases.

Just bought my first Subaru. There are no words that could describe the amazing team that works at Adventure Subaru. I didnt feel any pressure to buy a vehicle from them at all. My salesperson Dee Gardner and the business manager Mike Murphy, they are just amazing people. Ian, the ladies at the front desk, the rest of the staff...wow...everyone was so kind, helpful, welcoming, I mean...plus, I bought a great car from a great manufacturer...100% recommend!

Adventure Subaru and Shannon Boyett my sales person - Best price in 4 state area. Shannon made the experience wonderful! I truly appreciate her quick response to my web inquiry, getting my deal, prepping the auto with a trailer hitch in one day and getting us out the door and back on the road with another new Subaru vehicle. They also provide the first 24 months of service, in Fayetteville, for free! It is marvelous! I hope Adventure management and anyone looking to purchase a new Subaru hear my appreciation! Absolutely don't purchase without talking to Shannon first!

Adventure Subaru is my Go To dealership. I have purchased 3 new cars from them. Would have bought more if I had known about them and believe it or not I drive 100 miles to give them my business. Their prices are fair for both vehicles and maintenance. I bought my first car from Johnathan Volger ( he is now a sales manager), bought my second & third car from Heather (a sales lady that knows her product), my service rep in the service department is Brandon (an excellent service writer) .all the employees are great. I have not been disappointed and I m confident you will be happy with Adventure Subaru. Give them a call.

A no pressure dealership, which sounds like a conflict of terms. But the entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help with your purchase to make the transaction as pleasant as possible. Even the finance manager was great! I will definitely recommend them to others

I can t imagine a better experience buying from Adventure Subaru over the weekend. Excellent service, we had a recall appointment for our CrossTeck, simple lamp issue. We got right in, enjoyed the snack bar, coffee and great seats. The multi point inspection caught the rear breaks needing serviced. We are exceptionally happy with the service.
