They would probably not want me write this because they are not in this business, but I was there and happened to mention I needed some welding done to fix our fence. Within 24 hours Chris prefabricated what I needed and it looked so professionally done and impressive. Thank You.

Had these guys put an exhaust system on a truck I rebuilt around 1-2 years ago. It was a 4wd truck and did not have the front driveshaft in for the 4wd. Around a month ago, I decided to put the 4wd back into the truck as I was going to need it over this last month. Come to find out that the exhaust was routed through where the front driveshaft was supposed to go, so would have to be rerouted or I would not be able to use the 4wd. So I disconnected the exhaust from the headers, put the front drive shaft in, and contacted Razorback Muffler to explain the situation and see if they would be willing to work with me.After explaining the situation and despite already paying north of 600$ for this whole exhaust system, I was quoted 60$ to cut the drivers side exhaust pipe and weld another on that would not interfere with the front driveshaft. The only reason I was ok with that was because of the amount of time it had been since the original work, so I bit the bullet and said that sounded fair.So the next morning I drove the truck (sounding like a tractor as there was nothing attached after the headers) to the shop. Explained the whole deal again to the guy that was actually doing the work, and was requoted 120$. When I objected they came down to 90$, which I still didn't appreciate as 1. They did all the original work and 2. They had quoted me 60$ less than 24 hrs prior. Whatever, just do it, I needed the truck.My main request was that I did not want any exhaust leaks... I had trouble with leaks after they worked on it the first time and ended up getting that resolved by taking the exhaust apart and coating with some copper exhaust seal before reassembling. I asked if we could do that this time since they already had it pulled apart and on a lift instead of on my cold outdoor carport. But that was an unreasonable request, as they typically "only do things a certain way." He also said the only way to guarantee no leaks was to weld the exhaust all the way from the headers to the tail pipes. I was not interested in that as 1. They didn't do that last time 2. They would want more money 3. Exhaust systems come bolted together from the factory with no leaks 4. I had it sealed and not leaking before I discovered this issue.So I said "ok, whatever, I just don't want it to leak." They do the work, I pay my 90$ plus tax and go on my way with a leaking and rattling exhaust. Not a minor leak and rattle, but bad enough that people riding with me are asking what is wrong with my truck. I call the next day as a last ditch effort to see if they were interested in making it right, but no such luck. They insist it needs welded and that anything else is just a temporary fix. I voiced my dissatisfaction with the whole ordeal and as I don't like to argue and didn't have anything to gain, threw in the towel and decided I would just fix it myself when I had time.So last night, after a month of driving around the deer woods listening to a 3rd muffler under my driver door and an obnoxious rattle, I crawled under the truck on my cold arse carport, disconnected the pipes from the headers, coated both sides in copper seal, reconnected and tightened down the clamps, one of which was dangling and causing the rattle. And lo and behold, there are no leaks.So moral of the story: Don't expect Razorback Muffler to stand behind their work, or work with you on what I feel like was a reasonable request. I will say that I appreciated them working me in on the day they did the work, I was expecting to have to sit at their shop most of the day but they had me out of there within a couple of hours. But after freezing my arse off last night and getting a good look at the work that was performed, I can't really give anything but a 1 star..

I love these guys. They did a custom header back on my LS swapped BMW for an amazing price. Quality was great and sounded incredible. They also took care of a rattling catalytic converter on my father's Benz. Couldn't be happier with their work. Husband and I took my 2004 Ford Expedition in for an exhaust leak, that was filling the cabin of the vehicle with exhaust and was a potential fatal problem. They fixed it and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Great communication with their findings and advised us of the situation and let us decide the course of action. I appreciate that aspect of communication. It gives the customer an idea of what's wrong and a worse case scenario for pricing so the customer is prepared to pay for the resolution, given they choose to go forward. I do highly recommend Razorback Muffler.

I recently had some exhaust work done on my '64 C10 by Ethan and the crew at Razorback Muffler and can't say overstate how positive the experience was. They were quick, fair on price, and provided a fantastic final product. I will no longer have exhaust work done by anyone else!

Let me just start with this: I highly recommend this shop. They replaced my stolen catalytic converter, and the sensors on my Honda Element. It was still leaking exhaust a little bit after the replacement, so I took it back for them to check out. They went way above and beyond to fix the problem to make it right, and were extremely cool and kind. Absolutely EXEMPLARY customer service and quality work. Too expensive for what you get. I didn't even get what I asked for. Make sure you go down there, draw some pictures, and get something in writing before they start. I could have bought a welder and materials cheaper than paying these guys.

Former customer that was super pleased with entire experience. Until I came in with a different vehicle this afternoon. I will say it was a bit busy. I arrived, and had one customer in front of me. Once their employee had dealt with them, he informed me he d come right back to help me after he pulled their vehicle around, and that I was also welcome to take a seat and wait. He never came back as he decided to diagnose the vehicle in the spot it was parked the entire time. Following going to pull it around a customer entered the lobby and then requested/received help from the shop area. A new employee comes in and asked me if I had been helped which I said no The employee tells me he d be with me once he was done with ringing up that customer that walked in. Which I was fine with. About 15 seconds later another existing customer walks in. The employee completes the first transaction, then continues to deal with customer who walked in.. employee ignores me as I approach the counter and deals with a second customer who arrived after me. Not only unprofessional, but disrespectful. I will not take my things to a business who doesn t value and respect their customers.

Guy totally ignored me as I came in to explain my situation with my truck, I mean Walked right passed me like I was nothing to get under my truck without even calling me out to have a look with him and I had pictures of the damage already i could have went over with him and let him know what I was willing to spend my money on, all I was looking for was a little patch work to make it home he was very rude and unprofessional I was not paying upwards of 400 dollars for something I fixed myself for 25 bucks. I was not from the city I felt judged by looks and very unwelcome at this place I advise people not to do business here they will over charge and treat you like trash at this place the guy I bought my part from even told me this place was a rip off so I knew I made the right decision by leaving this place!!

Ethan (hope I got that right) and team were awesome to deal with. Ethan fixed a problem that I couldn't do myself and his finished work is far better than anything I could've ever done. I really can't explain how happy I am with the service and the price was very fair, not to mention they were able to work me in without scheduling an appointment. Of course, everyone's situation is unique but talk to these guys and they will work with you. I'm very skeptical with shops but these guys are first rate, no doubt.

Incredible team with great prices! I came in for a muffler repair, and Budgy and his team quickly examined the issue and completed the job within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this shop, especially to those with quotes from other mechanics. I will definitely come back if the need were to arise!

They worked me in between appointments and I couldn t be happier with the work. Chris even let me come out into the shop while my van was on the lift to show him exactly how I wanted the exhaust ran. I was in and out in 30 minutes. All the guys at the shop are friendly and easy going. Oh, and they did my exhaust for quite a bit less than other estimates I got here locally. I would highly recommend this Business if your needing any kind of exhaust work, from a simple repair to a full out custom exhaust, these are your guys.Service: Exhaust

I was pleasantly surprised to have them find a solution to fix my muffler that was affordable and done so quickly (the work was done within about 25 minutes). They were kind and chatted with my young boys. We were made to feel welcome and well taken care of-I highly recommend them!

I went to Razorback Muffler for some work on my car. They directed me to their Auto Repair side which is Dominion. Explained my issue & they got me in pretty quick & diagnosed the problem. They gave me a quote for repairs. I checked around on prices & found their price to be the best. Got my car serviced & what a great job they did!!!! Top of the line service for sure. I will be bringing all my family vehicles to them. 5* rating to me. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used Razorback muffler several times in the last 10 to 15 years. They ve always done a great job and are easy to deal with. The last muffler they put on my Land Cruiser was a great price but it was a little louder than I had hoped. I brought it back in and they managed to fit a slightly bigger muffler on it. They swapped it out for me and only charged me the difference in the price of the muffler. Solid work. Awesome service!

Great service and quality work! Before getting an aftermarket muffler for my truck I called the shop several times and Ethan was very helpful and didn t get annoyed by all my questions. Upon arriving to the shop I was greeted and my truck was taken into the shop immediately. Once they put my truck on the lift Ethan let me come into the shop and explain exactly what I wanted done and how I wanted it to look. I am very happy I chose Razorback muffler to work on my truck as they did an amazing job and it looks perfect! I will be using them again in the future and will recommend them to all of my buddies!

We stopped here because we needed a piece of pipe my husband was going to fix the exhaust himself. They made us such a great deal we just let them do the work. Almost the end of the day, they got us in and out quickly and took a lot of worries away! Very Grateful Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust
