I do not recommend taking your Mopar to this shop. Lack of communication for a major issue that was caused at the shop and was turned around and blamed on me. Little did they know I am knowledgeable about vehicles especially my car. I was doing you all a favor with giving you my business.Towed my Challenger out of there to reduce further damages and got it fixed the same day. Thank you Faithful Auto for being our one stop shop for all our personal and company vehicles! Nice to drop a vehicle off and get multiple things fixed at one time plus trust it s fixed the right way the first time!

I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE THEY HAVE A PERSON NAMED MIKE S GRINDSTAFF THAT WORKS AS A MECHANIC .HE IS VERY CROOKED AND DISHONEST HE HAS SEVERAL JUDGMENTS AGAINST HIM HE EVEN HAS 2 JUDGMENTS AGAINST HIM FROM ARKANSA TOWING COMMISSION ANY PLACE THAT WOULD HIRE A PERSON LIKE THIS IS NOT A RELIABLE BUSINESS

DO NOT TRUST! I am very disappointed with Faithful Auto and do not/will not ever recommend them to anyone. We took our Expedition in on May 19th and was told the fuse box needed replaced. Was quoted 1,000 dollars. We asked them to look over the vehicle for any other major issues before spending the money to fix the fuse box. They called us back with a few things they saw may need fixed soon such as the brakes. We told them to just fix the fuse box at this time as my husband would fix the brakes himself. We were told The vehicle would be finished May 24th or 25th. When checking on the vehicle status we could never get a call back. June 4th we reached an answering service letting us know the shop was closed for vacation and no one would be back until the following Monday. Yesterday, June 12th I call to check on the vehicle and informed it was finished. I asked for the total and was told it was 1,500 dollars. When asked why the price went up I was told they replaced the fuse box and the brakes. I told them we did not ask for the brakes to be fixed. The shop continued to say someone called and said to go ahead and fix everything . When I asked for a name of the person, they couldn t provide me with a name or a date or any information whatsoever. We ended up having to pay for a service they performed without permission and continued to then say it was my husband who called. Very poor business ethics. Nothing Faithful about this shop.

I am very disappointed in faithful auto. I had my 06 jeep rubicon in for an outer seal leak on the rear-end right side (dana 44). After a few weeks I noticed that it was still leaking. I wasn't too worried about that because I have had previous issues with it. But a little while later I needed to replace the shocks and when I removed my tire I saw the damage they caused by pure negligence. They bent my lug studs and stripped out my lugs so bad that I couldn't get my tire to seat on the rotor all the way and my lugs would not tighten. What really bothers me is if they are that careless with the studs did they also damage my gear splines? If so I am going to be out hundreds.

Had issues with my car they were able to get my vehicle back up and going. The folks there called me let me know what they found and let me know how much it would cost. This group of individuals are fair and honest and their prices. Are fair.

Honest mechanic. I was getting some bad advice from another shop and Darrion saved me over $500 from getting a part I didn't need. My best friend reccomend him to me and it was definitely a good call. I'll be using this shop for all my automotive needs from now on.

Great help would definitely recommend to go here they will figure out the problem an try not to take every dime you own they got my truck going again a year ago and I haven't needed to go back since only for an oil changeEdit I just took my truck back up there because I believed the transmission was going out I even told them replace the transmission it's most likely time and they looked at it and found the real issue fixed it and saved me alot of money knowing that I would have payed for a new transmission they are honest good mechanics and as long as I need one these guys will be it

They didnt know what they were talking about and rudely ignored me while I waited for service. Then answered with "what do you need ma'am." Dont come here for your car getting fixed. My car costs 500 dollars at a different shop. My hub and strut was broken. Faithful auto was telling me it was my rear Adel and sway bar and that nothing was wrong with my strut that was very clearly touching my tire. They have no clue what they are talking about and try to upcharge if they think you are incompetent.

Not only did they botch our head gasket job but they refused to give us a quote in writing. Sure enough they tow my truck to this deceitful place, verbal quote of $650 head gasket replacement only to wait a week and a half for repair and now my entire engine is seized up. DO NOT USE FAITHFUL AUTOMOTIVE!!! They hide behind that cross and deceive people. If you do use them ask for quotes in writing.
