I arrived to have tires checked. Service was fast and friendly. No appointment was needed, and atmosphere very quiet.

Bought a new set of tires there one month ago and upon driving the car it was noticeable that it was a balance problem on the tires. So to make sure it wasn't what I thought it was all along I decided to first get a front end alignment at another shop in Monroe LA...Still vibration.... Gave VanHook manager a call to correct the problem a week ago and we schedule to bring it back in today and after they did another balance today the problem got worst . Took the vehicle to a local dealer in Smackover and they could see it was way to many weights on tires. They balance the tires and now driving smooth as it should.

Tire was supposed to be serviced. Flat tire next morning. Took somewhere else and found out patch was not properly on. I missed a very important appointment. Basically I was charged $28 for air. Very disappointing. Will not visit place on North West Avenue, El Dorado, AR again. The one on Lorene St. Is very good. They are very honest people

I took my truck in because it had 81k miles and the original brakes. I also scheduled an allignment. They called me and said I had still 75% on my brakes and my truck was in perfect allignment. I was shocked. I went to pick it up and Jeremy said no charge. This speaks a lot to the integrity of this company. They will have all my future business.

Had a nail in my tire. Call Van Hook for a quick fix. Took my car to them. They fixed/repaired said tire. I paid and left.The End.Service here is usually pretty good. I'd recommend.

They were great and even saved me a trip by finding a knot in the side of another tire while changing the one i came for. Sorry about being an a-hole at first. Thank you so much for being patient and finding that messed up other tire.

They open at 7:30am... really nice polite, professional staff!! I knew my alternator was bad and when they noticed I needed a belt as well, they told me quickly, got it there quickly, and the only extra charge was for the belt! The waiting area was clean and my truck wasn't dirty or greasy when I got it back! Awesome service!!!

These guys are great! Service is fast and staff was friendly. The atmosphere in the lobby was super chill and relaxing. it wasn't my vehicle being worked on but I was impressed with the lobby and staff for sure.

I had to back a trailer up to their bay to work on my lawnmower. I am inexperienced to say the least, and told them so (reluctantly), not only did the attendant guide me, he reassured me that I could do it! And I did! I was in and out in thirty minutes. The entire staff was professional and very helpful.

They have done great work at a fair price but I did ask to have my tires rotated since they had already took them off to do some brake work but it didn't happen I know people forget but it shouldn't happen for something that simple at a business. Write a post-it note on the steering wheel. I have to do that sometimes.

I got a flat tire while traveling through El Dorado about a week ago. I had been on the road for six hours and had three more hours ahead of me to go. My roadside assistance fellow recommended I go to Van Hook Tire Center and I m so glad he did! Here it was almost 5 o clock when tire shops close and as I pull up the employees are already driving off to go home. The manager saw me and came out to visit. He and the other employees went back inside and fixed my tire! They didn t have to do that but I could tell they were genuinely nice people who care about their business and others. This female traveling alone in an unknown area is beyond thankful!

Third in line to get my oil changed.2 &1/2 hours later everyone else has their oil changed and I'm still waiting. I call BS.Will never come here again...

Good service , we thank them for all there hard work , we're getting new tires and oil pan ..I'm not putting the blame on no one but look yall have always done every oil change , sense this car was bought ..I'm hoping yall take that in consideration while billing a life long customer..9years now check the records ..ty for all yall do Angie and frank

These Van Hook Folks will go 200% out of their way to help you. I just had a tire blowout and they came and put air in my tire for free... Who does that these days anymore. So after I changed my tire I went there to buy a tire. The price was verry reasonable cheaper than Walmart... Service was fast... I mean does it get any better than this... Merry Christmas

These guys have always taken care of me. Knowledgeable staff and competitive pricing. They can get tires overnight if they don't have them in stock. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Best tire place I've ever used in many decades of having cars with tires. They don't over charge, they are friendly, they are quick, they do great work and most of all they go above and beyond what is expected.

They dont tighten up lugnuts for sure iv heard nothinh but horror stories about tires falling off after going here one didnt even make it out of their lot dont know how they are not shut down really need to do better b4 yall cause someones death. I wouldnt recomend ANYONE go here.

I spent a $1700 in tires and alignment. 3 months later, I came back to spend another $1800 on a new set of tires for my truck. I spend $7,000 to 9,000 a year because of the mileage I put on my truck. When I returned to buy more tires, I asked about free rotations on my truck. I could hear him in his office, calling me stupid for asking such a thing. I walked out with my business and went to Avo's Tire shop right down the road. I guess he turned out to be the stupid one.

For a 10 minute oil change and no other customers, you'll be there for 3 hrs.

This has to be not only the worst tire shop, but a very bad business as well. The shop not only replaced the wrong tire, but said they couldn't find the tire they took off. So now my sister has to buy a brand new tire to replace the tire that was bad in the first place. To make matters worse, the owner tells my mother to either shoot him or sue him.

They was very helpful and got me right in. Gonna cost over thousand to get the joints done but the young lady was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed. When I get back down that away and need help I know where to go.
