My turbo went out in my truck on Friday afternoon. It was towed to S&R around 10:30 Monday morning. We got a call from Chris early that afternoon. He got the part brought to him from Louisiana and had us back on the road by 10:30 Tuesday morning. They were friendly and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone around El Dorado!

I love them cause I took my car to Karl Malone Chevrolet El Dorado MULTIPLE TIMES !!! I was so frustrated so I took it to these awesome people to fix the damageS that they caused and it took one time. i really appreciate them so much. Thank you soooo much

I took my car in for a pretty big transmission job. They got it ordered, installed and even fixed the small stuff afterwards for much cheaper than anywhere else we looked. On top of that, the mechanics and staff let you know everything they're doing and did. Amazing work and I'm really glad I took my car here.

I took my truck there to have a intake leak and Valve cover leak fixed i show up to get my truck and they have the engine pulled out and disable no one has called to let me know what's going on there mechanic had dropped a piece of metal down inside my motor and let it run completely destroyed the in side of my engine my truck had under 100,000 miles they let me know that they ware only liable for a certain amount instead of replacing it with a motor of same value they put a autozone special in it and ware rude the hole time. would not recommend this shop to anyone do not go there

This is one great place! We were passing through on our way from GA to CA. We stopped in town for gas and lunch. Tried to start the van and leave, and the starter had shorted out. They came and towed us to their shop and had us back on our way in no time. Thank you all very much for everything!!!

Great service. Worked me in cause I was out of town trying to make it back to my family. Once they got the part it was only a few hours before I was happy and driving home to TN!

Great place to bring your car for repair or simple oil change. Been changing my oil here for the last 3 times and these people are awesome.Bring your own oil and filter and they only charge you $20 for the labor.

10 out of 10 would never go back. Guy charged me $1,380 to get a few things fixed mainly my upper control arms and wouldn't you know they just broke. He took my money and didn't fix anything. Thanks.

These people are about the only ones in town that can fix or find you auto problemsThey have fixed my autos anytime something went wrong. On my truck took it to other shops no one could figure out the issue took it to S&R Auto couple days later it was solved and fixed. Love this place.
