I am 100% happy with my experience at Mallard Motors. Ashley McElwee is better then any car dealership sales person i have ever made contact with. She is very helpful and makes you feel like family. She went out of her way to make me satisfied. I am a Mallard customer for life.

Love the service, love the people, LOVE MY CAR.Update: Employees are still just as friendly and treat you like nothing less than family. It's been almost 2 years since I bought my Altima, and although I no longer have that car, I can still drop in just to browse or even chat and it reminds me of grocery shopping with my mom back in the day when everyone knew you and weren't just acting like they were glad to see you. They really were glad to see you. That's how Ashley and Clay always make me feel. The service is extraordinary for this day and age. Thank you Ashley and Clay and all the mechanics and service providers of Mallard Motors. Y'all make me feel like I'm at grandmas house for Sunday dinner.

We drove in from Bossier Parish, LA to look at a vehicle. Ashley was on point. She didn't waste our time and disclosed the vehicles shortcomings that would be of particular interest to us and our use case.She did not waste our time selling us the wrong vehicle for us. THAT is big in my book.I feel confident that if we were local, she would find us the vehicle WE need at a fair price.Selling used cars honestly and not starving is hard work. Ashley works hard!!We would buy a car from her. :)

Ashley is a great sale person .they have a lot of great inventory.I said I would never buy a Ford again because I love gmc truck but what happen Ashley sold me a good Ford truck . I recommend mallard motors to everyone

Ashley, Ashley, Ashley.. I'm here to kinda give you a reminder into being professional. When two people come in, you shake both hands & make introductions. It's not wise to be what they call "triffling" at work, you leave yourself vulnerable in so many ways- i walked away with enough information about you to do damage. I'm not one to make idle threats, and by no means is this that- it's really just to help you in your future decisions when you may happen upon a female that will.Edited to add- I even had to blurt out "I'm Natalie" she didn't acknowledge my presence or even LOOK at me. I'm not threatening- I'm making you aware of what can be done/how crazy people can be & I'm happy to never return! I could honestly careless. You have over priced trash vehicles.Funny how you have only SOME of the video After I made it aware that my presence wouldn't be ignored. Tsk tsk. Get more professional employees lol someone's feelings got hurt.

I absolutely loved shopping with Ashley @Mallard! She got me in a vehicle I m going to love for a long time! I would approve anyone to goto deal with Ashley at mallard she will do what ever to get you approved too!

I purchased a 2008 Nissan Titan. The first day I got it I found out that the gas meter doesn't work,only way I found that out was when I ran out of gas. Now it won't crank at all. It has plenty of gas in it but will not start. Was told that there was nothing wrong with it and that they would have not sold it to me if they knew something was wrong with it. They can come get it now but will not get one red cent of my money. What good of itwhen I can't even drive it!!! Buy at your own risk! If I could give them a zero star I would.

Sales person was excellent, and the office was very nice and welcoming. However, The car we came to see after a 75 mile drive had major gaps in terms of maintenance per Carfax and not what it appeared in video. The Driver side seat had dump in it, emergency brake cable was hanging and not working, paint overlayed with aftermarket spray that was chipping, wipers were torn, ants crawling inside the under carriage of the truck parts, brakes were spongy, plastic parts missing inside center console, tons of leaf's in truck bed, and grossly overpriced. Same truck in good order with less milage averaged 1K cheaper and with 50K less miles on average. When I offered cash for above it's value the owner rejected it. Car has been on their lot of several months. I feel like they are waiting for uneducated buyer to buy a car that needs a lot of work and overpriced. Despite being a 2008 truck, it should be road ready and lower priced. Strange for a dealer to offered a truck in such below average condition at price which is likely 3K over priced. Although a mechanic stated they are pretty good, they suggested to pass on it.

My experience at Mallard Motors was fantastic. The staff is fun and made me feel right at home. The selection was best in town and They worked with me to make sure I got a deal I was comfortable with. That s amazing customer service. I will definitely be back. I spoke with Isaac, and he was awesome! Very friendly, and a very honest straight talker. Definitely knows his products, and was very informative and professional. Focused on helping me without any pressure, which to me, is a huge bonus. Later I asked some questions on their Facebook page and got a reply within minutes! I really appreciate their focus on being friendly and helpful, rather than sales, and would definitely go back again.

So you like getting public screwed while buying a used car?. this place is the right place for you. For a limited time only we will take your deposit sell you a bad car and when you come back when you have issues shun you and ignore your phone calls ..# freebrentsdeposit.You guys need to figure this out with him . The car did not make 24 hours. Then lying and saying it was the finance company wont let you out of the agreement Sounds like a call to the bbb to me. Do not buy from these people

Was pushed to pre apply for credit 6 times and each time I declined to pre apply as I haven t even seen vehicle in person. Showed up, vehicle needed work just needed regular maintenance on ware items but wouldn t budge on price and blamed it on age, and I was not impressed with two of the employees attitudes.

They made the process, painless and I got the truck wanted and at a great price. They mean what they say, and are honest about the whole process Ashley got me the deal that works for me. Great people and a very clean and well running truck for a great price. #trusttheduck

Came 3 hours away and it was well worth itClay and his team works very hard making sure you get the vehicle you want he also handle most of the paperwork over the phone even got me a rate, down payment and monthly payments sent to my phone before I even came so there were absolutely no surprises

I just bought a truck from Mallard Motors. I was provided with personal service and attention. The owner cares about his trucks, his customers, and the customer experience. Definitely some of the best local prices for trucks. Will definitely continue doing business with Mallard Motors.

Horrible experience, negligence on behalf of the sale team and owner. They have NO idea what they are doing and should be educated on the products they sale do NOT waste the money or be talked inflating a commission by buying a extended warranty, for sure are heavy on the con sweet talking side until you need them the fix something they have done wrong.

Recently - I had the pleasure of referring a friend to Mallard Motors and even though I am in Texas - I knew that the service and loyalty would absolutely be spot on! Isaac Wardell represents integrity and character in all of his endeavors. Honesty about a vehicle's history and mechanical condition is paramount to your family's safety. Know that your well cared for here at Mallard Motors! Just like they say "Trust the Duck". My friend is a happy camper indeed!

I've not purchased from Mallard but I would for one simple reason. I know Mr. Wardell and I know he has God in his heart, and does God's work in his life. The guy would rather not sell you anything if it takes being dishonest. Assured honesty, what more do you need.
