Service was very fast and very friendly.My lights were left on which was no big deal since it was parked just outside the service door.Making a service appointment here is extremely simple a they worked with me on the time and date.It s always been a pleasure dealing with Karl Malone in ElDorado.

Pleasant staff. We were thankful to get the recall work done. The Mailman s service department delivered a new driver s side airbag now dating myself like Dinah Shore said in a commercial from the Swinging Sixties: See the USA in your Chevrolet! .

Ms Kayla was awesome!!!! I couldn t have gotten my truck back without her. She has all the tools you need to get the job done and some! If you ever have an issue I would recommend her.

1st time customer here. Made an appointment online, but there was something wrong with it, so they called me to schedule my services. They woman I spoke with was amazing. She was very polite and got me scheduled. Since I'm new to the area, I had to Google the directions coming from Camden. Very easy to get too. I go I and was immediately treated, and got to see their funny sides bc when the woman was about to take care of me, the gentleman said he already had my stuff ready for me. They joking made mean remarks towards each other which had myselfand theres laughing. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean and homey feeling. Less than 30 minutes later my SUV was done. Full services done.Do I recommend this place..... that's a BIG yes from me. They treat you right. I'll be going there from now on.

They seem to have a good range of vehicles to choose from in their inventory. I am happy to have purchased my vehicle from them at this point after one month of search. Overall great experience, excellent customer service and highly experienced financial team. Jimmy a nice bloke who assisted me during the whole buying process, took good care and was thoroughly professional.

Our sales lady was amazing and friendly . We love our new ( used) vehicle. The main complaint I have is that when it came to making the deal, y'all wouldn't honor YOUR OWN $1000 DISCOUNT COUPON THAT IS ON YOUR WEB SITE! SERIOUSLY . WHY EVEN OFFER THE DISCOUNT IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF GIVING IT TO THE CUSTOMER.

My truck was broke down during GM Strike and Shop could not get parts. Karl Malone Chevrolet did everything possible to get the truck repaired and as soon as parts were delivered they repaired as quick as possible. This is a good team and do great work. The problem was on GM. I recommend Karl Malones service department.

The worst service I ever had. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. They told me one that my brakes is bad and that why im was experincing the issue i had. Charge me 165 for a diagnostic test which didnt have anyting to do with brakes, as they say. I know it wasnt my brake because I gotten my brakes done by on March 2023, took it back to the place that put the brakes on, they ran a test on them and looked at my vechile and determined it wasnt the brake. It was something to do with a tire seperation. You see this chevrolet dealership was trying to charge me for something they mis diagnost on. I dont advice no one to go here.

Worst experience ever!!! Admitted to my face that they sold me a car that had a bad motor and the car is still having mechanical issues and they refuse to fix it and they refuse to rectify the situation by putting me in a better comparable vehicle. Now for the time being I m stuck paying for a vehicle that s not safe and keeps putting me down. I will never do business with this dealership again

Great customer service. The lady who keeps working with me has always done her best to get my vehicle serviced as fast as possible and if any mistakes took place she did her best to correct it. I will continue to keep coming here.

I appreciate the quickness at which they work. The staff was friendly and kept me updated throughout them having my vehicle. I didn't have to call, they reached out. The price was better than what I had imagined it would be. The warranty it comes with is a plus as well. They had to have parts ordered in, so understandably it took a few days. Once the parts came, they were done within a few hours. Again, the staff was so friendly.

Always considerate, pleasant, and seem to do a good job on maintenance items. We have also traded in a car and felt they gave the best value and experience. No car dealer or service is perfect, but they always seem to go above and beyond with their customer service. Prices even seem low to moderate on maintenance related items.

Every dealer under Karl Malone is a joke.. they re way over charging! Everytime I call in parts that have to be ordered through GM they double the price! I always end up ordering on my own and waiting the extra few days.. called to get a hitch installed on my car one week they told me $500 I said I d call next week to schedule the appointment called And then they said $1100! I mean $500 was bad enough.. ended up taking it to uhaul and paid $180 total with lifetime warranty! Always look at other options DO NOT GO TO THIS MANS DEALERSHIPS! They re scam artists.. get yourself a fix scanner tool if you re not car savvy! It will literally tell you the price range you should be paying for parts and service! Just because I m a woman calling for parts doesn t make me stupid about cars and y all should be ashamed of yourselves! I grew up around cars and working on them my whole life.. managed plenty of parts stores and garages! Place is a joke!

I always go back to Karl Malone for my oil changes and tire rotations. They have always done a good job and been very fair dealing with me. I purchased my car there when it was Teague Chevrolet. Good place.

Whom ever rotated my tires left the lug nuts loose on the back passenger side. By the time me and another employee got back to your dealership 3 lugs nuts had come off. I travel a lot, I'm going to have someone else to look at the lugs and my rim to make sure they are not damaged . If they are you will be hearing from me. Sandra Haynes

Wasn't even sure if I was gonna buy but then we found something that checked all the boxes for what I was looking for and it was priced within my budget. Austin was super nice and helpful; I can't brag on him enough. Mr. Webb is a finance guru and made the paperwork a breeze. Really, I couldn't be happier.
