Their customer service is outstanding. They're honest and upfront about how much it'll cost you. They are high but when you buy your tires from them you get free rotation and balanced service for free and flats are fixed for free.

I was very disappointed with discount. In November we took my daughter's car to be serviced, and 3 days later had to put the car in the shop because they tightened something to much and caused an oil leak. I figured mistakes happen... well Monday we yet again had it serviced, and this time she didn't make it 30 miles before the entire skid plate fell. All because they NEVER PUT THE BOLTS BACK IN!!! I will not be going back!

These guys are awesome!! I barely made it, came rolling in right before 6:00 pm (closing time). They not only fixed my flat tire, they did it with smiles and friendly service!!! (They could have acted tired and grouchy!) Thanks gentlemen!!!! (Heroes for the day!!!)

I would have given 5 stars but the last time my dad dropped my tire off, they forgot about it. I mean it happens. They have very speedy service and accommodate your wait. Decent price as well.

We were coming through town on Saturday, headed to Mena, AR & had two trailer tires that were almost flat. We stopped here at 1:30 & went in to find out they had actually closed at 1:00. They asked if we were broke down & told us to pull around. They went ahead & put two new tires on for us. They could have told us no & we would have been in a bind. But they chose to help, instead. Good people & I highly recommend this place!

Fast. Professional. HelpfulI was helped by "Shorty" friendly, great customer service. Speaks Spanish and I thought that it was very helpful since Spanish is my first language. Will be a repeat customer.

My favorite tire shop so far. They actually work for the money instead of sitting back drinking a soda and smoking a cigarette somewhere. The guy that rated one star has no bad experience posted for the reasoning so makes me wander why he gave it. Is it because he's related to some of the local competition or maybe he's just too lazy to elaborate the specifics?

I'm a critic of most repair shops since I tinker on cars myself. So when I say the only thing I have to complain about is there was no real sugar for my coffee that's a 6 out of five . Excellent.

The men that work the front are amazing and so helpful. Returning customer . Always leave without worrying if the work was done properly .

They do great work but be prepared to wait for it and pay for it. Get there at 7:30 a.m. to get in quickly.

So this place doesn't tell me that they aren't aligning the rear tires of my front wheel drive, which ruined my tires. They then almost double the price of the same tires I bought three months ago, and want full price to fix the alignment problem on the rear end.Screw these guys. I won't be back.
