I am 49 years old and have NEVER seen a dealership this easy to do business with. The sales manager was friendly, informative, and was not going to let me make a bad decision. He either fixed, or addressed every concern I had. Bought a used 2017 Z71, the first and only vehicle he showed me, there was no reason to look any farther. The price was better than fair, and the quality of the vehicle was perfect. Thanks Holt Auto Group. I will be seeing you when I put too many miles on this one!

Jeff was very nice and explained everything to me and was able to answer all my questions. My car was ready a day before they initially told me it would be. I feel the service dept took good care of me and had me back in my car within two days. Excellent Customer Service!

These guys take care of our vehicles. Great service department. That is what we are doing on this most recent trip. But we have purchased two vehicles with these guys in the past few years. I definitely recommend Holt for your vehicles, and their servicing.

This place is very friendly and very politeful and willing to help out with any needs or concerns you may have and their shop has some really good mechanics that are willing to help you with anything you may have trouble with. And once you get to know them they like family. They're there to help you with anything and everything you need help with as far as your vehicle wise and everything so if you or every round Crossett Arkansas stop in by there if you need or want to look or buy a vehicle they will help you out with everything an will go out of there way to make sure you are feeling at home as the old saying is because they treat you like they would want to be treated so go on by Holt auto group and they will take great care of you from the time you walk in the door and even after you leaveOK THANKSJames Williams

Excellent experience. Went in for an oil change and was made of a recall. Jeff in service took care of me quickly and with a smile. While I waited I browsed their inventory where I was approached by a salesman and had a pleasant conversation with no hard pitches or attempts to get me to trade. Very satisfied and let me feeling refreshed to find a dealership so customer oriented.

Purchasing a vehicle online adds some complications to the process. Liegh Carter made the process easy. She worked with my credit union and coordinated shipping my new vehicle from Arkansas to Michigan. The car arrived as described and I couldn't have been happier with Liegh and Holt Auto!

I have been a customer of this dealership since it started. They always pay excellent attention to repair needs and just flat handle all of that. Everyone at the dealership is super friendly and goes out of their way to help me. They have great deals on cars and trucks also.

Just called the service dept to see if they work on older Gmc vehicles going to get am estimate for some repairs. Adam told me " we try not to" work on those. I asked so you're a gmc dealership asks won't work on an old gmc? He said I was correct.... That makes no sense to me I'm sorry. I know it's old and needs a bit done to it but for an actual dealership to say no to working on something that's branded by their brand is just, well, I can't even find the words. By not wanting to work on an older vehicle there i definitely wouldn't buy a new one from them or advise my family to buy from them.

Had my car's AC serviced before my trip to Texas. So glad I did. My only complaint was they don't offer a senior or military discount.
