Pro Auto has the most dedicated and conscientious group of employees that I have ever known. Their work is outstanding and they take pride in it. They keep you up-to-date on things and deliver when promised. All of the staff, from the owners to the front desk help to the guys in the body shop are all very professional and top-notch. Their prices are certainly reasonable and it was a great value for the money. I will proudly post this and encourage anyone who needs their services to reach out. You will be overwhelmingly satisfied, and glad you did!

2 weeks ago I had to have my truck and trailer towed from Conway to home, about a hour drive. Spencer came to the rescue very quick and was extremely professional. Every time I called the office the lady answered quickly and was very respectful. Thank you guys for making my horrible day a little better.

Neal at Pro Auto at the Ranchette location has been amazing! He has gone about and beyond to help us out! Even offering to come in on Thanksgiving so we could get in our car. He was extremely helpful providing the insurance company all of the information they needed and kept in constant contact with me. I highly recommend them! Good old fashioned business!

I had hit some road debris with my Kia Niro and needed a full bumper replacement. Pro Auto got me in for an estimate very quickly and I had my car back within a week of dropping it off for the actual repair. My car was cleaner than when it was dropped off and the exterior looked brand new. Very happy to know there is a body shop in Conway I trust!

Car took longer than stated to repair which resulted in higher car rental fee. I had to return again for minor adjustments. Overall excellent work and very courteous staff. I was disappointed with the original 5-6 business day estimate; which took 18 days total for the job. I would highly recommend Pro Auto to family and friends and I would use them again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This company is above and beyond expectations. Love the communication. Honesty and everyone has integrity to the fullest. I loved going in there at there opening hours,and seeing all staff in the middle of morning prayer.. I wish more businesses were like this company. They do everything to communicate with you and are up front and honest about everything going on..

They were very good to us. I hit a deer and it damaged my front end. The union strike was going on with the car manufacturer. They had problems getting parts. When I got my car back it looked brand new. They even detailed it. Wonderful people, highly recommended.

Very wonderful experience! I dropped my car off and they arranged to drive me to pick up my rental. They kept me informed of progress during the repairs! Very friendly people! They vacuumed my car and washed it. I was able to drop my rental car off at the shop and just leave with my car. Smooth process! Highly recommend Pro Auto!

Pro Auto delivered! If you re local to the area, DO NOT go anywhere else but here for car repairs. I was constantly getting updates without ever having to ask, which made me valued as a customer. You don t get customer service like that these days. My third time using them and I will NEVER go anywhere else. Respectable staff, friendly and my car was in pristine condition as if I just bought it off the lot! Seriously, try pro auto!

We can not thank this company and their drivers enough. Last night about 7:30 I was in Heber Springs headed to my parents house with all my kids in the car when the front differential went out of my yukon. Dustin went above and beyond to get the right truck and make the 50 mile drive to get my yukon and get it back to the shop in Conway. I was terrified and between Dustin and the dispatcher they insured me everything was alright and they would be on their way soon. If you want a towing company that goes above and beyond and truly cares about thier customers this is the one for you!

We were on the way to a funeral Saturday 2/18/23 My truck broke down and we are from Dallas-Fort worth. Called and they had a tow unit to me in 20 minutes. They took it to there yard and then next morning Chris took me the truck and wife all the way to our house in Texas. I appreciate the fact they went above and beyond to get me home. Great service Great prices and professional services . Thank you guys again

Pro auto had my car in the shop for four months after I had a collision incident, let their technician go on vacation as soon as my car hit an open bay, then weeks later with little to no work done to the car they fired my technician which made it take even longer, ordered the wrong wheel twice, didn t have the car painted until 3 months in, finally got my car back after 4 months and looks new (props for the only thing that accommodated was detailing the car) didn t offer a courtesy car after knowing my car was going to be in the shop for that long, gave us multiple false hopes that the car would have been done weeks ago. Wouldn t recommend, sad to see this shop has almost five stars. Had great and high hopes for this shop since everyone that I ve talked to about it says that pro auto is a great place to get work done to your car, disappointed in all honesty.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting
