They pulled my truck in at 4:50 and changed a set of tires for me, quickly. They made sure they fixed a nail in the tire before my truck left the shop. if you re gonna do it, do it right. - Owner of Mack tire and auto told me while fixing my tire. Also no one has been able to balance my wheels correctly and it s the smoothest my vehicles has ever drove down the road!!I ll bring them every vehicle I have forever.

Was visiting Conway for the weekend, when I had a flat late Saturday night. No on was open on Sunday to fix the tire or get a replacement. A couple places were open, but did not have the size in stock. Went to Advanced Auto to see if I could get a temporary fix to get me home to Northwest Arkansas. The guy there called Elmo for me and Elmo met me at his shop and took care of me! Exceptional service and great pricing. Appreciated the fact that he came in on a Sunday morning to get me and my wife back on the road! Definitely treated us like we were family!

We were coming from Louisiana and one of our tires messed up. We called around and no one had the tire we needed. The people at Mack Tire and Auto were so helpful. They drove an hour to pick up a tire for us!! They were friendly and respectful and I highly recommend them.

I'm thankful for Mack Tire and Auto. I've been having problems with my car for about 2 weeks. I was referred to Mack Tire and Auto and I'm glad I went. They were able to tell me immediately what was wrong with my car and had me fixed and on my way quick. I'll definitely be back!!!

This is an amazing company. I had a blow out on the interstate, called Mack & tire and they came, changed my tire and got me going. I was very pleased.

Fairly quick and friendly. However, safety should be the most important aspect of business.Drove down the road after getting a tire replaced and 3 out of 5 lugnuts were loose. I could turn them by hand.Very dangerous and careless. Never again.

Yes they have great deals on New and Used Tires and do other Auto work as well I would recommend them to anyone that's needing tires

They got me right I asked about some issues with my truck and they let me know what it was and got me fixed up now I will be taking ALL MY TRUCKS TO THEM!! They also let me know that they offer SNAP financing so it doesn't all come out at once!
