Has checked two of my vehicles free of charge (do not expect this necessarily, it depends what it is). Gave me great advice. Seems honest and to the point. I plan to come back here to get work done.

Last year (2022) I had to have my air conditioner replaced in my vehicle. Fast forward to 2023 and it quit cooling again. I spoke with Jeff, he got it in the next day. He was honest and said that the compressor failed bc of an internal mechanism. He replaced everything, which was under warranty, with no problems. He was very quick, polite, knowledgeable, and honest. Affordable, Honest, Reliable...everything you want in a company to take your vehicle! If you base your decisions on reviews where to do business or what products to buy then I can relate. Jeff treated me like I was his family. He got my truck in the shop on short notice when he was booked out 3-4 days. I was given updates on the process and when to expect completion. They do not stand behind their work. AC work was done on my uncles truck, and they placed their warranty seals on the ports. Well my uncle passed away before he could get the AC fixed AGAIN. I called and was told that the warranty was void due to my uncles death.

This trip was quite more extensive than my normal service. Even more reason to choose Jeff as the only mechanic to diagnose and fix the issue. He not only fixed the problem but did so by the next day. Time without my truck equals lost opportunities and Jeff gets it!

A hidden gem. Mace goes above and beyond the basics to service my vehicle. I have over 250k miles on my truck. Jeff is always extremely pleasant as well as knowledgeable. He makes recommendations; however, he never forces repairs on you. He educates you as well. I used Mace for repairs on my car after running over a dear. I called and Jeff was able to look at the damage the next day and had my car fixed the next week. He and his team were so friendly! I have been using Maces Garage for regular maintenance, replacement of aging parts, and accident-related repair since December, 2016, when my car was towed there after I drove over an island in the middle of the street. I consider it an ideal service provider -- focusing on quality, breadth, and variety in its services, and allowing lower prices due to the modest (although pleasant) nature of its facility. The owner, Jeff, is a friendly and knowledgeable guide to the workings of automobiles, and service is quick -- turnaround time is phenomenal, as illustrated by my recent need for repair of a broken shaft linkage on the transmission. My daughters car broke down over the weekend and I contacted Maces on following Monday. We were able to get car in that day and Tuesday I was getting updates from Jeff on issues/cost/eta.They were able to quickly fix the issue and have her car back to her that day. Oh my God this place was awesome, I broke down during the 5 p.m. traffic. I called Jeff and ask what should I do? I was on the way home in my work truck. The only vehicle I currently have. He suggested a place to rent a car and he would send a tow truck to pick me up. 2 days later he calls me and tells me my truck is ready fully repaired. It only took him two days to replace my transmission and get my vehicle ready. That is crazy who does that? I tell you who, Jeff mace at mace Garage in Conway Arkansas. Maces Garage was referred to me by a friend after I told them that I took my car to the dealership and they gave me the run around about what was wrong with my car. and once Maces took a look at it and diagnosed the problem same day and had my car back same day. with half the price the dealership was quoting.This was my second Tim using Maces garage and they didn t disappoint! Jeff really cared about getting my car back up and running and also ran a diagnostic to make sure it was in tip top shape !
