Do not bring your vehicle to this location if you expect to be treated like a proper customer or your vehicle to be treated with respect. I brought in my vehicle 4 times to fix their repairs in december of twenty twenty three, and it's currently march of twenty twenty four and i've had to pick my truck up four times when they said it was fixed and it never was. I have actually picked it up and had more problems than before. This last time I went in. They broke my speaker and my passenger door and took the bracket out that holds it in place And I quote, I was told i'm s... out of luck and I was hanged up on. I'm not a person That does reviews or talk negatively about shops But whoever wants to bring their screen needs to know what they possibly will do to them. And also, they take no accountability and do not apologize for their mistakes.. I'm telling you whoever can see this This shop in no way will treat your vehicle respect and fix your vehicle properly at all. I was even told the first time I picked up my vehicle. "We had to meet quota we rushed it,That's why we gave it to you without bein Fully fixed. The manager Joel also will make every excuse for why your vehicle is messed up. And he will only take accountability when you show pictures of their mistakes. He is extremely unprofessional. They will not give you updates on your vehicle at all. This shop Is one of those shops that people worrie about running into.This is literally one of them. But one good thing about the shop is they're paying. Jobs are actually pretty good But they're not that good at masking or preventing another parts of the vehicle being overspayed or painted.
