After they completed the oil change, which was very quick, my truck wouldn't start and drive out of the bay. We tried and tried but it just wouldn't start. Their technician and supervisor checked for any possible reason why it would all of a sudden not start. They concluded that the fuel pump had gone out at that very moment. Now, I was very distraught. I recently had a baby (11/30/22) and have been out of work tending to the child (single father, long story, I do have family helping me) so money at the moment is extremely tight. After all was said and done, they were willing to replace the pump, and cover the labor at no charge to me. I couldn't believe it. God blessed me every day, and the fact they were willing is a blessing. In the end my truck did crank and it wasn't necessary for them to replace the pump but the fact they were willing is truly inspiring. I pray the Lord blessed them and their families.

Marcus was very helpful with it being my first time ever coming to a jiffy lube! He gave thorough directions and was very detailed when telling me the recommendations for my car and what all was done to my vehicle!

This is the worst experience I ve ever had with any kind of work on my truck. First of all, they had to pull my transmission out of my truck to fix my rear main seal and oil pan- they had a leak. When i got the truck back, i immediately could tell my transmission was running terribly. I had zero issues with my transmission before i took it in. I was finally able to get it back over there about a month later and 1,000 miles later. Whenever i took it back in, they claimed that they didnt touch the transmission which was a lie because the day i had to pay for my rear main seal, and oil pan gasket- they explained why it cost so much and that was to take the transmission out. This is just the beginning. So once my transmission fails me and i cant drive my truck over 20 mph, I took it back in to them on a Wednesday. Surely by Friday they can at least let me know if they have at least diagnosed the problem right? Well no nothing, so I go in there Tuesday around 12(still with no updates), and they said they cant find the problem, that theyre going to keep looking at it. They also claimed that they drove it around to try to figure it out and that he drove it up to 50mph - which was a lie because it wouldnt go over 20. Wednesday afternoon rolls around and I m done with them by this point so I call and ask one more time for an update. Now they claim that their system is not big enough and that i should take it somewhere else. So finally after a week of having my truck and communicating with me none, i finally have to call them for them to tell me they cant do anything. You would think that as soon as they figured out they couldnt work on my truck they would let their customer know so they could start to find a legitimate business who knows how to handle their business. Lastly, when I asked them if they had a reccomendation to send it to- they sent me to somewhere that could not help (just a cherry on top). Long story short I would not reccomend using this place, terrible customer service, terrible communication with their customers, along with a pretty high chance they messed up my transmission while working on something else.

Charged me for an air filter but never replaced the old one. Plus there are services included in an oil change that are not being performed. Scam!!!

Changed my oil and then told me my brake pads and rotors were in urgent need of replacing. I asked a few questions because I haven t heard ANY noise. The kid laughs at my question and then tells me nobody turns rotors anymore which I knew wasn t true and I no longer had any faith in him.He shows me my filthy cabin filter, I said yes I would like it replaced.As soon as I m back in my car, I checked the cabin filter and it was not replaced, instead the dirty one is there.I then go buy new brake pads because i was told it was urgent and I m leaving on a 2000 mile road trip.I take an evening off work to change the brake pads. I am so mad! This brake pads still have 50% life left. I put them back on the car- they are still good for a long time! This was my first and last visit to Conway Jiffy Lube.Service: Oil change

The guys were great getting my car in and had it all done in no time. Very professional and they keep you up to speed on what there doing and are not pushy about what you might need only advise and give info. Great place!

The staff at this location is very knowledgeable respectful informative and go above to make a person feel valued. I will use this location for any automotive needs they have won my respect and my business. Real talk they all should get raises that is an awesome crew. Fantastic Oil Change Experience. No lies about pricing or weird hidden fees or costs. They knew i was there for the oil change special and they did a diagnostic anyway to tell me about other things they saw and of course option to replace without any pressure and free of charge which was VERY nice. Great shop so far will continue to give them my business.

This store caused over $33,000 of damagest to my car. The manager is demetrious and when you speak with him he will not assist at all. Do not trust this location. His exact words were "I don't care if you are a veteran, they don't do anything for this country"

It was terrible. I showed the attendant the coupon I was going to use and they checked me in. The coupon was for a 39.99 synthetic blend oil change. After numerous attempts to upsell us on EVERYTHING even saying my BRAND NEW Air filter needed replacing they FINALLY finished the 5 minute (more like thirty minute )oil change.When I went to check out, the attendant said my 39.99 oil change was going to be almost $70!!!!! AND that location didn't honor my coupon even though I got it off of their corporate website. After ALOT of arguing, they gave me a 10$ discount then charged me $10 extra because my suv used 6 quarts of oil instead of 5. I am disgusted by the false advertising and feel that the attendant that checked me in , (who was also the guy checking me out ) should have told me beforehand if they wouldn't accept that coupon.Service: Oil change

I am absolutely certain that I have found the most honest and professional place to have my oil changed. These guys were so awesome and polite. I felt like I was the most important person in the business.The explained exactly what was needed for my oil change and recommended a tire rotation which was perfect because my husband had just told me two weeks prior to this that I needed to go have my tires rotated.Thank you guys so much for all you do.Services: Tires, Oil change

Horrible place. Do not recommend coming here. This shop caused a massive amount of damage to a friend's car and they are trying to sweep it under the rug. This is not a good quality shop by a far stretch. When something does go wrong they will send you to a person by the name of Demitruous haywood, which he will do and say anything to get out of fixing the issue.If there is a problem with your car caused by this jiffy lube and they send him to "fix it" be aware he is not a mechanic and will end up causing even more damage just like he did multiple times before

I went for an oil change and tire rotation (about $90) but one of the guys came back and told me that my a c fan was unhooked (we had a good conversation about that) and that it would not benefit me at this time to rotate my tires as they were worn evenly all the way around (he didn't have to do that!).Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Horrible oil change place. High priced and the "Manager" they send to fix the issue is beyond rude and unhelpful. If they send you the email of their manager Demitruous Haywood don't even bother contacting him just go straight through corporate. He will do nothing about your issue but tell you what you want to hear

I went in for an unscheduled oil change. I was there for almost an hour which is longer than necessary for a place that specializes in oil changes. I did have a coupon for $10 off which brought my total to $93 instead of $103 (THAT'S VERY EXPENSIVE but I blame the price of oil and not the business itself).The staff was very kind and friendly and welcoming, and the inside sitting area was clean and fresh smelling as though they were using chemicals to purify the air, which is good against Covid.My only complaint was that they didn't vacuum my car. The oil change place I normally visit vacuums out my car entirely. This place had it on the paper but didn't complete that portion although they said it was completed.Probably won't visit them again but will stick to the location I normally visit, which ironically is the same franchise, but in a different location in Conway.

They did amazing work on my car when I got a full tune up and oil change in March. I went in again in May to get my oil changed again and they had it done in like 10 minutes. They are very fast and very friendly. I highly recommend.
