I brought my own oil for my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. Purchased a new air filter and new cabin filter. Please explain to me how my total bill ended up being $166.00! For this very reason I would not recommend Jiffy Lube.Also, they did not even bother to update the windshield sticker in my vehicle. It still reflects my oil change received in May, 2023. How am I supposed to know when I need my next oil change.

Was told that my brake pads were thin and it d be $200 to fix and if I didn t fix them that day, that it d be detrimental. Luckily, I didn t pay them. The front desk person was more interested hitting on the girl waiting for her car than work. He tried to sell me the ability to change my filter that he clearly knocked old grass from his "example filter" that was covered in old grass. And they charged me $81 for a frigging oil change, don't think I'll ever go there again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Really lovely staff, very kind :)As a women I m scared to go to car places sometimes and get ripped off but everything was sincere and it felt like they kept me in the know about my vehicle!! They were friendly enough, but it took a long time to get my truck in and then got it to get serviced.When I talked to one person on the phone, they told me all I needed was the special, but when I got there they talked me into going higher up in price for better products. I was on a mini vacation with my family so I didn't feel like going all over to get an oil change .Live and learn. They were nice and polite but I felt a bit too high priced. The service that I had done cost me approximately $30 more then I would have paid at my regular place back home.

They are amazing as well as provision and efficient I really have a hard time being a single mother traveling with a young toddler and Cliff you went above and beyond and they're fast the waiting area is cleanse and all together really put together jiffy lube I think most definitely the jiffy lubes that I've seen in been at a Utah as well as Virginia to take a page from your book

Fast, friendly, and efficient. Their prices on things like air filters are high, compared to if you are going to buy it and replace it yourself, but you are paying for mark up and for them to install it. Definitely will be back.

They are great when giving advice about your vehicle. The sit you down and have one on ones. Which is great for me, because I like to know what's going on and how it's going to get fixed. I'm a hands a person and this advice helps.

I don't know why this place has bad reviews. People who work here are very decent and attentive. I got my timing belt replaced here Mr. Brant took care of everything. Besides him, all employees are very attentive. I was hesitant at first because of reviews but I am satisfied with the service. Had two belts replaced and shortly afterwards, began having issues with steering locking up. Checked the belts and both were too loose. I could twist the belts 180 degrees with my fingers. I tightened the belts myself and have not had issues since.

HORRIBLE!! First I didn t know JIFFY LUBE brought out the oil change place that was there before, I used the those for years never had a complaint! So first they make you get out the vehicle, something I never did before! Then you I watched them jump in and out of my truck several times during this oil change! One guy come in with the oil filter and of course tells me I need another one, and shows me all kind of things Chevrolet requires to be done. That equaled toalmost $200 on top of the $160 they are already charging me for a oil change on a 2020 Tahoe! SMH!! Once they finished the oil change they move my car then comes inside to get me walked outside to my truck the door was left wide open. He told me they have check and refill everything that s included in the oil change, they lied. Once I pulled off my truck started making a loud noise I never heard, tire pressure light was on it wasn t in when I took it so I didn t understand why it was in when they finished. Made it home to check the tires 2 were low and hey didn t but my custom tire valves back on I was missing 2. Those prices are horribleService: Oil change

Do not use this jiffy lube. They will cause massive damage to your car and will not fix it. On top of that, the area manager Demetrius haywood will cuss at you and claim they did nothing wrong. This place hates veterans just like Mr Haywood has told me

Great company but they have their employees standing outside in all black holding a sign. We are under an excessive heat warning 105 degrees. This is extremely dangerous and they should really not make their employees do this in these conditions.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've come here to get my oil change over 3 times and have never had a problem, but this time was different. After my oil change was done the associate comes in to tell me I was finished, then tells me that they had to jump start my car because the battery went dead. This was a very alarming surprise to me because my battery isn't even a year old! The associate then tells me that they usually have to drain the battery right before doing the oil change which I once again found weird! When I was getting ready to leave, the car once again didn't start, so they had to give the car another jump. Before coming this day I had ZERO issues with my car starting! I'm a bit confused as to why they, One- drained the battery before doing the oil change and Two- not keep my car running after giving it a jump the first time so that the battery can reach full charge.I believe they did something wrong and didn't want to admit to it because I went and got my battery looked at and its 100% fine! The guy who checked me out seemed like he didn't know what he was doing... maybe new.And the other associate looked like he was 18 and new also.I'm going to start going back to Meineke because I don't do dishonest business and I don't want to experience this again

I have a lease vehicle and work out of my car everyday. I am always on the go and the guys at Mr. Brake & Lube obviously knows the importance of getting me in and out quickly! Awesome employees! Awesome service! Very professional! I will definitely be back!!

If you want your vehicle damaged, this is the place to come to. They caused over $30,000 in damages to my car and sent a man named Demitruous that is not a mechanic, to tell me that my car isn't damaged.

In and out for my oil change. Knowledgeable staff. A little expensive but worth it, time wise. I came back for an alignment and the price was comparable to others, but super convenient because I didn't need to make an appointment. Keep up the good work guys!

I had the Jiffy Lube guys check my tires because my tire light was on. While checking my tires one guy kept asking me if the light went off yet. It didn't. It never did. Took my car to another shop and was told that one was low on air. 22psi. I don't care how fancy these guys look with their tucked in shirts, screw driver toolbelts, and safety glasses. If you can't even check tires why are you working in the auto industry? If you want McDonald's employees working on your car this is the place to go. 5 stars.Service: Tires

I came in in February to have my oil changed. 2 things lost my skid plate screws, which I have bought new ones. Additionally, I went to change my oil yesterday and discovered that they only hand tightened my oil filter. So all this time, oil was leaking everywhere.
