This place is a joke! This man sold me a tire for $60 that has a plug in it. Then tried to pretend like he speaks no English. I have been getting tired here for over two years and I have never seen this man here. Now he claims to the be owner but he speaks English when he wants. This is not good business for a repeat customer. Look at your tires real good if you come here. If you re a woman I recommend you do somewhere else.And he messed up my sensor. And said I don t know

I bought a tire from this shop and asked if i could bring it back if something happened to it, due to it having a patch in the tire, the worker told me there was no problem, bring it back if something happened to it. it made about 30 miles, and it separated and blew the steel cords out. I went back with the tire, and they told me no receipt, i showed the transition on the card, said it was from a different tire shop, even showed their name on the transaction. i talked with the owner and he said in front of the employees if i showed the receipt i could get another tire, the employees would not complete the transaction, If you plan on doing business with this company be aware, they are dishonest. IB Tires helped my mom when she needed tires fast and without an appointment. Very friendly, fast, and reasonable prices. I definitely recommend them!

The guys up here are super nice. They actually have a good selection of used tires with good tred left on them. Totally worth if your needing a quick and good used tire

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called and said I'm about to be there and he said okay than showed up not even 5 minutes later and nobody was there and he rejected my calls. I will never recommend or do business here.

terrible. my family went here and they got robbed like $75. they asked for used tires 3 times and they gave them new ones. my sister then asked if they were new, he said no. the worker said they were very good used tires. so then they went to go pay and my parents were super mad. definitely dont come here, you will get lied to and theyll prob blame you in the end for "not being clear"

Very friendly very fast service. Always has the tire size I need and they get them put in quickly. I bring my car and truck any time I need to change a tire.

Adam here and the guys takes great care of my tires everytime. No place is perfect but to me ther closer than others. GREAT JOB GUYS I WILL BE BACK

Fixed my tire in under 7 minutes - maybe less even! I was so pleased and happy with the service. Definitely will be going here from now on. Make sure to bring cash, and dont forget to tip because times are hard and he does professional work.

Pushy, overpriced, tries to charge you for extra things that weren t originally discussed to swindle you. I gave them a 2nd chance and had the same experience. Dudes act like pushy used car salesmen. I d definitely steering clear of this place.

After a lengthy exchange, I got a tire replaced on right driver side. I noticed it was taking some time . I asked another worker what was wrong. I was told it was leaking around the rim. I asked them to get another tire. They told me it would be ok with the adhesive he was putting around the rim. I told him I was getting on the freeway and wanted to be safe. Needless to say once I left his shop and drove to nlr . My tire was flat! I could have had an incident on the freeway and not be able to post this review. Please don't buy from them . I lost a son in an accident , I wouldn't want anyone else to get hurt !

Went up there yesterday to get my tire fixed. Left my phone sitting in my car in the seat. He tells me he didn't have a tire my size walks me to the back to show me a tire 5 times small. Get back in my car my Phone was gone. Do not buy tires from them and on top of that sold me a bad tire. Also looked like they were TWEAKING. I will never use them again and I'm telling everyone I know not to use them.

Bought a tire and it had a nail in it, came and told them and they made me pay another 20$ to fix their mistake. Any other tire shop would be a better choice, avoid these guys bc they will do anything to make an extra $ then to want repeat business

The guys were excellent at their job and it didn't take long to change a flat.They are very busy but always seem to have the time to help everyone. I just suggest if you need a tire call. Other than I am a satisfied customer.

My sis drove up with a flat. They couldn't fix it because it was cut. She asked them if they would put her donut spare on and they refused. All they could do was sell her a $100 new tire and + extra for mounting. She took her tire to McKinney and they did her right. Jacklegs work here stay away.

Would not recommend charged me three dollars just to top off my air in my tire, the tire wasn t even flat. I m really surprised they are still open!!!

Second shop we stopped at today. First shop said there was no hole. 3 hours later we stopped here. He found the hole. He fixed the hole. Thank you

Person helping me was very courteous and understanding. I had a nail in my tire and didn't realize. He got me fixed up fast

Wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL for used tires. Bought 3 tires the first time had to go back two weeks later and buy more and they dont help you out if its been over a week btw. After those went out a little over a week later he charged me 30 to change one and now both of the fronts wont hold air. Thanks for wasting my time and money

Listen I m all for helping out local businesses but it s kind a hard to when they give you terrible service like this. I went just to get a alignment and rotation on my tires they ended up selling me a tire that was used and once I got on the freeway the vibrations were so bad I couldn t even go over 65 miles an hour. I came back to have them fix it and I saw that the tire was not even balance when they put it on the machine and they still have the audacity to charge me another $15

I purchased a new set of tires for my 2017 Ford Fusion from this tire shop. They completely ruined my factory rims! The rims cost $189.00 each. The owner and the manager said it was a mistake, however they are refusing to pay for the rims, they are even refusing to give me their insurance information so that I can file a claim. I will be suing them, as well as speaking with the BBB to see what other options are available. I hope this review saves someone from the same issue I am having with them! Horrible business.
