I recently got my car fixed here. I was so happy to have it back and it look so good! Angel Montgomery was amazing and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle repaired here. Bri was always helpful and sweet as well. Everyone here is friendly and my car looks amazing!

Had to get some work done over the holiday while visiting family. I m not from the area but Angel was recommended to me thru FB.The experience was actually really easy. She understood my concerns and worked hard to get my vehicle worked by my tight deadline. My needs weren t all that demanding I feel I need to add that too !If I ever encounter another issue while visiting I m reaching out to them FIRST

Communication skills are terrible. I was told that my documents would be emailed to me within 48 hours, and after a week and a half of failed communication on their end I finally received HALF of the documents I needed, not from the person who initially helped me with my car but from the receptionist. Called again and actually spoke to the person I was trying to reach; I asked them email me the rest of the information and still have received nothing. I would not recommend Crain Collision to anyone.

4 weeks of letting a car sit there with no updates simply because they wanted more insurance money. I would've been on board with that plan if it didn't involve sitting around doing nothing because they sent one email to an insurance agent once upon a time. After calling them and getting their insurance money situated, it only took two weeks to get the car done. 6+ weeks total to have a windshield put in and some dents banged out, coupled with no updates, shady practice, missing items from the car, and a downright filthy vehicle with a scratched up back bumper, the mechanics that actually did the work in a reasonable time is the only reason this isn't one star.Update: Today I learned the passenger door now hits the frame of the car everytime it closes. We're going from 2 stars to 1. Hope they'll reach out and try to fix what they broke.

I had to get quick estimate, they quoted double the price than dealership itself priced for same job. There are few item added to quote that non of the other 5 other places mentioned about in their quote. One of them was reprogramming side mirror, asked dealership they confirmed there no such need.

They have had my Jeep for over a month, never updating me on anything ever time I call it s always Friday well 3 Fridays and 600.00 out of my pocket for a rental my Jeep still isn t ready
