After seeing the great reviews, on Aug. 1st, we went forward and dropped our car off at Conway Glass Tinting Plus for a front windshield replacement. We take great care of our vehicles and had handwashed the car entirely the day before. When we went to pick it up it was crowded with customers, was in the 100s as for heat index, so we paid and left. On the way home we stopped for gas. That is when we saw that a new small gouge type scratch was now in the hood of the car on the passenger side hood. Also, new paint chipped off of the A pillar over the top of the windshield. In addition, all along the top of the hood, over the windshield, and A pillars, they had not bothered to wipe off black smears and some other sticky brown stuff around the car they'd left either. (We took pics of all and emailed them to the company at the address on their website.)We're highly disappointed at this demonstration of workmanship, quality, and care for our car. We were just expecting the car back the way we delivered it, and trusted Conway Glass Tinting Plus to show respect and return it as turned over to them. It's the new scratches that they gave us that are the most disheartening here.So, I called the lady, Jacqueline, about what we'd just discovered.She basically would not respond or offer any solution other than to deny it several times. She surprisingly never asked that we bring the car back to clean it or address the issues either. She acted totally disinterested in helping us, a total 180 degree turnaround from the customer service oriented Jacqueline we'd been dealing with prior! What a trust killer this behavior was to us.I understand that no business is 100% all of the time, but no remedy whatsoever was offered! I would have been open to some attempt at resolution at that point but was left empty handed by Jacqueline's customer service. I finally asked her, "So this is your response to this?" She hurried off the phone only saying she'd 'pass it on to the owner'. That was it.We were trusting and just expected to get the car back in the condition we delivered it to Conway Glass Tinting Plus. Sure, things happen in working on cars, but I think most customers would expect their vehicle to then be cleaned up or repaired as necessary. That's just reasonable. It's just common courtesy and good customer service to do so. We thought by the reviews that we would have a good interaction here, but this is what we experienced at Conway Glass Tinting Plus...new chips, scratches and goo, and getting blown off by the lady at the front. Businesses always treat customers well when there's no problems, but it's when something like this happens that customers get a glimpse of the true culture of the business.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Shane took care of me. I felt it was done quickly. He also honored a quote that was a week old, even though his cost had gone up. Would recommend to anyone needing car window replacement

I was having problems keeping my house cool because I have some very large windows. I called them, and they came by to gave me an estimate. It took a couple of weeks but they came back and finished the job in a few hours. It s helped cool house considerably. While a lot of heat gets in by opening doors, these tinted windows helps cool the house much faster. Also the upstairs was always 3-5 degrees hotter. Now it s 1-2 degrees difference. I m very pleased and would have no problems recommending them to friends and family.

I've been coming here for the past 3 years and every time I am very satisfied. Renee knows the ends and outs of this business and is ALWAYS so nice and professional. Jordan, the tinter, has so much experience, he's fast, and does a WONDERFUL job at everything he does. They're fast, they have great customer service, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs the service!

I went to have my front pair of windows tinted, and an eyebrow on the windshield. I am more than pleased with the quality of the tint and the professionalism of the technicians. From start to finish great friendly customer service from all staff members I encountered on Wed Sep 9th. They are fast and precise, and their work shows it. I highly recommend Conway Glass!!

I've had a couple dozen vehicles customized here over the years and they have always been top notch. They have always done professional work and had great customer service. I definitely would recommend CONWAY GLASS TINTING PLUS to anyone for window tint, spray in bed liners, wheels and tires and all your automotive accessory needs!

I have several vehicles tinted here. I have also had a gooseneck hitch put on my truck here. Renee is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly!! This is the only place to ever get my business!! This is by far the best place in town!!!!

Been going here for years to get my tires. Never had a bad experience. Yesterday I rolled up with worn out tires and they got me in same day with a new set for my truck. Conway Glass is my top pick for window tinting, tires and aftermarket upgrades. They're the best.

These guys are the best! They have done everything from tinting to lifting a truck and installing rims and tires. Renee has always gone over and beyond when getting us the best price! Customer for life!

Unprofessional and lacking customer service. Should have read more online reviews before taking my vehicle to them. While product satisfaction is good, price, install and service not so much. Quotes were not honored and then ultimately not competitive, deadlines not met, and the owner lacks professionalism. Our vehicle was damaged during an install and I was given excuse after excuse with no solution offered and not so much as an apology. I m not easily upset over materialistic things, so an honest apology and small credit/refund would have been enough to satisfy me, but instead they wanted to tell me how I should fix it (to minimize cost, not restore to original condition) and gave excuse after excuse even going so far as to blame the type of paint on my vehicle. Thoroughly offended and disappointed. Would not recommend and will not return.

Went in today to get my Hyundai tinted. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. The job was finished sooner than the estimated time. The lady walked around and inspected the tint with me, before I left. The only con was that they put a sticker in the corner of the windows, to advertise their business. The sticker is only the size of a quarter and is out of the way, so it's not a big deal, I'm just not fond of it.I'll take future vehicles here.

Walked in without an appointment and was taken right in and worked into the schedule. Fast friendly service and great job on the window tint. Definitely give them a call for tint or a large variety of other auto accesories!

I have taken several different cars and trucks to Conway Glass Tinting Plus and every time I have a great experience with the work they do, I have never had a single problem with their window tint, its always perfect!!!!!!!

I have used Conway Glass Tinting Plus for several years. They have taken care of my tinting, chip repair, and window replacement needs. Pricing is hard to beat, workmanship is excellent, and the folks here are honest and nice.

Lock up your stuff! We brought our truck with a camper on it to get the two front TRUCK windows tinted. We stood outside and were watching them through the gate, without them noticing. We witnessed a worker try to open and get in the back of our camper. We yelled through the gate to get the hell out of there, and immediately went inside and told the front desk. Someone came from the back making some bogus excuse why their worker was trying to get in there. No. There was no valid reason. I could have respected an apology and admittance of guilt much more. The things people do when they think no one is watching, pft. Sketchy place, and workers.

I am very particular with my vehicles. I have used them several times for tinting and chrome accessories. You won't find a more professional and quality place for vehicle tinting and accessories! I highly recommend them!!!
