100000% recommend! I don t do reviews but something was pulling me to write this one! I own a 2 year old vehicle and was quoted 5/600 any place I would call and just about gave up looking until I called this place and they were literally HALF the price! The ladies at the front were absolutely amazing, offered her cellular hotspot for me to work on schoolwork while I waited. I was told prior that it would take about an hour to put on so I got comfy and they pulled my car around after 25 minutes or so! Overall amazing experience, not to mention they do offer frequent flyer deals (if you need another windshield in future they will give you a small discount based on current glass prices since you came back to them) AND lifetime warranty on their work!Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Technician damaged my son s car. Ladies up front gave me the run around for weeks. Had to call around to find the contact information to contact the area manager on my own. Took three months to resolve.

Excellent experience. Dropped by later in the afternoon and the team was able to resolve my issue quickly. They were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming here for any auto glass issues I have going forward!

They were great. Came out to my house to replace my son windshield. A big buzzard flew into his windshield. Couldn't drive it to a place. Very affordable.

I had an issue with the window on the shell on the back of my truck coming off while on the highway. I brought my truck in and Richard was able to fix it in a very short period of time while I waited. He even fixed some things on the frame and lock that was broken. He did an amazing job and was very friendly. The woman who runs the front desk I can't remember what her name is or if she told me but she was very nice and friendly too. I wish everyone took care of their customers like they did.Service: Auto windshield repair

AMAZING staff! Very fast like 30 or 40 min! Price was fair job done correctly. Second time I have had glass repaired/replaced and I for sure would recommend this place to a friend. The ONLY place I will get my car glass fixed.

Took my wife s Lexus GX460 in for a windshield repair due to a rock causing a star in the windshield. The ladies up front were nice and they got right in. Came out in about 20 mins and said it s fixed. Go out and it s still plainly visible. Send it back in. Another 30 minutes later it s fixed. Windshield star is mostly gone but now has 4 drill marks in it. It s pretty shabby work. I won t be back.Service: Auto windshield repair

Although the glass supplier was hacked. Once they got the materials they got me fixed up super quick. I had called around they had the best prices around main reason I went to them to get the job done. They did an absolutely amazing job at a fair & reasonable price that I could afford as a low-wage average person who had a little bad luck! They were fast, courteous, & very professional. Without me even discussing it with them they even fixed my rear view mirror. It's the small details that set them apart from everyone else. I hope I do not need to have my window replaced again but if I do I will go back to them no question & I will recommend them to any & all I come across.

Awful! Awful ! customer service along with Terrible installation.I had to make 4 trips to this business and my windshield was still not installed without issues. On the 3rd trip, they had to pull the windshield out and start over with a new one...and the technicians still did not install the trim properly. I lost HOURS of my life going back and forth and waiting at this place, and it looks like I will have to live with flapping windshield trim.Mandie at the front desk was down right nasty to deal with every step of the way. I told her on the first visit after the initial installation that the new windshield was leaking air terribly and she talked over me and simply would not listen and made me return.After that, she would not deal with me on the phone without an invoice number, even though Renae was perfectly fine working with me over the phone by name. Renae was great to work with every step of the way.I knew there would be potential problems when Mandie was openly saying rude things about other customers right in front of me during my first visit.When you step inside the grimey waiting room/office area,� you will get a good idea up front about how this business operates. I had a appointment with Safelite for 2 weeks as I had to take the day off, pulled up and they told me they broke my replacement. Never called, nothing. I thought I would call DAG to see what they could do, asked me what type of vehicle, she told me they happened to have one in stock due to a no-show. A little over an hour later I was leaving with new windshield.These folks went out of their way to help me. They saved me several hundred dollars, even with a OEM replacement over Safelite, AND saved my day off. The facilities are new and clean, the shop guys were great. The two ladies upfront were just plain friendly and helpful. I'd go back.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The people in this place gave us the run around from last week up until today. They replced the windows but my door will not open from the inside nor the outside...same thing that happened last week. I literally have to climb over the driver's seat to get out of my car!! This is so unprofessional and ghetto!! For this to happen for the second time and especially after being told earlier to day that the door has already be fixed! Sick of them and they will be hearing from us tomorrow as soon as they open!Services: Auto side window replacement, Auto rear window replacement

Great work, fast service, friendly staff, they done my first car and I liked it so well I had them to my second car as well. Plus I sent my son there and he too was quite pleased with their work.
