I have been in the industrial maintenance field for over 25 years. The quality of Car Clinic is rare and exceptional! They service Foreign and Domestic vehicles with knowledge and care.They begin with checking- visually and technologically, then they troubleshoot and inform us of every consideration they find. And they are always right on the money! Car Clinics work is Exceptional! Their prices are fantastic!!! Their Customer Service is above and beyond. I recommend them to my family, to my friends and everyone. Neil, Bambi and staff are the best I've ever seen. Absolutely .

BEST MECHANIC EXPERIENCE EVER!I took my recently purchased Porsche 911 4S in to get any shortcomings identified and corrected and Neil did an excellent job of identifying every weakness. His wife was also a big help with prices and priorities. In short they fixed everything and their pricing was way better than expected, even better than non Porsche mechanics. Even met me at the shop on a Saturday so I could pickup my car. To top it off two days after I picked up my (now trusty) car they called to tell me that they had made a mistake in pricing and overcharged me by mistake. They deposited my check for hundreds less than what the check was written for to reflect the new reduced price (I didn t know you could even do that). These guys now have my complete trust and all my car business forever.

From the moment I stopped in to ask if they did ATV repairs and maintenance they were as friendly and professional as could be. They did the inspection on my 4 wheeler and then sent me the diagnosis of what needed done (Starter solenoid failed, battery tests bad, carburetor has old gummed up fuel present and requires a replacement, air filter is missing, oil is dirty so recommend oil and filter, fuel line replacement). I selected what I wanted done and they got right to work. They had an issue with the delivery of a part but got it sorted out with the shipper in a timely manner. They also installed an aftermarket taillight I bought. They tested my 4 wheeler to make sure it was running smooth and the way it should. They even followed up with me on how it is going with the 4 wheeler and if everything was still running fine. To sum it all up for you, they are professional, courteous, timely and Veteran friendly! I love to support local businesses and will continue to have any work on my ATV s done at this shop! I Highly recommend them to anyone!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

VERY OVER PRICE, POOR COMMUNICATION, AND UNDER STAFFED. You can get quicker services and affordable prices somewhere else. When I had left my truck they made it seem like it was going to be very hard to repair and Bambi said I should consider selling it, if I could even sell it at this point. It took 3 weeks for them to communicate with me about what was going on with my truck. After I left, I called 3 times and couldn t get a response. When Neil picked up he said he couldn t get into Bambi s computer and that she would call me that day. Never received a call. I finally received an email saying the repair cost was gonna be over $8000 and they were gonna try to find used parts for me. I waited another week, no communication. I gave up and decided to sell my truck like they had recommended. The day I try to sell my truck, Bambi finally called me because I had so many buyers line up at their shop. This gave me doubt that maybe nothing serious was really wrong with my truck. Again when I talked to Bambi in person she made it felt like the truck was gonna be totaled out, not able to be repaired. so I sold it like that. When Bambi found out I decided to sell it, THEY OFFER TO BUY IT FROM ME. LIKE REALLY. very scammer like. And then they texted me it could of be only $2500 to fix it? What!? What is it 8K or $2500? I felt like Bambi and Neil were very salty that they missed out on a deal from my truck and they loss a potential big sale because I decided not to get it repaired by them. Honestly I would of sell it to them, if someone just did their job and gave me a call earlier.

Who knew getting your car fixed could be so entertaining? I took my car to Cedarville Car Clonic expecting the usual wait and boredom. Boy was I wrong. Not only did they fix the car in record time, but the staff had me laughing the whole way through. They could start a stand up comedy routine between oil changes. Don t let the jokes fool you, we are serious about our work. Clearly my own car has never run better. Highly recommended!!

When was the last time you tried a business out and got a handwritten thank you card in the mail? Not an email or a texted survey (annoyingly) but an honest to goodness pen and paper card with an actual stamp?Why go on about it? For starters, when you're choosing a BMW mechanic you typically want a reputable, competent, detail oriented business operation, right?Not only is this true about the Car Clinic, they're simply downright nice!And... as a bonus, while I was there for scheduled routine maintenance, I walked away with a couple dozen fresh brown eggs from Bambi's hens which she donates the proceeds from those to the animal shelter. What a win!This is a super easy FIVE star review to write! Thanks so much Neal and Bambi!

I finally found a car repair shop that knew what they were doing! Neil and Bambi are professional and care about customers. The old VW Cabriolet I took them had major and hard to find engine problems that had baffled several mechanics. Neil methodically found the problems and the engine now runs. They did a thorough inspection on the entire vehicle and provided a report on items requiring repair. The cost for these services was very reasonable. Brought my jeep here for brakes. It stops much better now. Also, the mechanic is hot. That salt and pepper hair got me pushing it real good.

Very honest and very nice people to work with! They gave me a rundown on everything wrong with my car after inspection, found out my transmission is going out, they were very honest and said it was not worth putting any more money into it. Most places would have done the job I requested and charged me 1100 dollars and not said a word. I am very grateful for the wonderful people who own and work at this business!

This shop is very helpful! You bring your vehicle in for an oil change and they will do a complimentary inspection of everything from brakes, to hoses, to brake fluid, to suspension! These guys here are the go to place! You want your vehicle fixed correctly and want to know your getting a dealership quality job done on your vehicle, take it down there! It s well worth it!

They did a phenomenal job on my Mini Cooper I will not be taking my car anywhere else, Bambi was amazing talking with and guiding me through the mechanical process after a wreck and letting me know what I needed to take care of afterwards! I would give more stars if I could!
