Suppose to repair a/c repair and do transmission fluid change. Had it over a week and then said they could not do a/c. Then wanted to charge way more for fluid change than they had quoted. They lied about everything they had told us when we took the truck in.

Really nice owner, employee, even met the owner s wife! I needed an oil and filter change for my 26 RV. Called everyone in Batesville, AR, and nobody could do it. It was a Friday, one said they were out of town and wouldn t return until Monday. The others said no as the rig wouldn t fit in their garage. Dale said it wouldn t fit, but he can do it in the driveway. He had to run to the parts store to get the proper oil filter and enough quarts of 10w30 oil to fill it. After he was finished, he only charged us $50!!! His employee that was working that day was real good, hard worker. We struck up conversations with both Dale and his wife. He s 64 and is trying to sell his business so he and his wife can retire. Please contact him if you or someone you know may be interested.

Could have gave me a better deal on the tires and I had to haul my old ones off because said they had to pay to get rid of the old tires

I feel I got ripped off. I think he is in cahoots with the local police department. Almost $300 tow for 2 miles and 24 hours storage!!!! I would recommend that you should be investigated.
