I was very disappointed in this shop, while my Yukon was in there shop there was an engine fire caused by not paying attention to details, I wasn't even told there had been a fire until I asked,the worst thing about the fire is a fire extinguisher was used on the fire which is horrible for an engine and all the components in the engine bay I contacted the owner Phillip and told him that he is responsible for all damage and of course he did not take responsibility so I'm now having to take him to small claims court to recoup money for the damages and the deprecation of my Yukon so I would definitely not recommend this shop go anywhere else but here. I even went as far to call other shops and asked what they would have done in this situation, and low and behold they said they would have done what was right , please take your automobile somewhere else.

My Garage goes above and beyond! They have been up front and honest about all issues with my truck and they communicated with me all throughout my repair. They were always polite and easy to work with. Very professional. The repair tech was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job fixing my truck. The lady at the front desk was always friendly and answered all my questions and took all my phones calls. The whole process was easier than I imagined it would be. My Garage identified the problem immediately and had my truck fixed and running in two days. Wonderful experience.** Thank you for fixing my truck! **

Phillip at My Garage Auto Repair is great. He fit us in the schedule and diagnosed the problem and had a solution for us the same day. Great customer service. We will be back!

I took my truck here and they were able to not only get me in last minute but also have the part ordered and put in all within a few hours. The service here was great and the prices are so reasonable. I couldn t be happier or recommend this shop more!

Very friendly staff. I called around to different shops and they all wanted to charge a high diagnostic fee. This shop had the lowest diagnostic fee. When speaking to the lady on the phone she was very helpful and got me in quick with same day service. While waiting for my repair the staff was friendly and shared with me that they are a family owned and operated business. Will definitely be coming back to this shop for repairs. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the repairs and cost.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

My Garage is by far the best mechanic shop I ve been to. Having your vehicle break down and need repairs is so stressful. The guys at My Garage made the process quick and easy. The prices were great and they do exceptional work. They ll be the go to mechanic shop for my family from now on.

I have met all of the employees of My Garage and they are all super kind. The owners treat their mechanics like family which is awesome bc happy mechanics put out the best work they can. They are much cheaper than other shops I've called.

I own Malco Motors in Benton AR, we specialize in helping people with damaged credit get financing. Many of customers work check to check, if their car breaks down, they need it fixed quick. We offer our own extended warranties, so when we have a motor or transmission claim we call My Garage. Philip does a great job at a fair price, but he brings so much more value, getting it done quick. It has been a blessing to find this shop. We have sent a car up there thinking it needed a new motor, they found it was an easy fix and saved us a bundle. We had many mistakes and send backs at the last shop we used, but Phillip takes pride in getting it done right the first time.
