*Update 1 week after the below post. They didn t fix the radiator leak. Coolant is on my driveway leaking from the same lower hose. Total wast of $250. Now back to the Almost got scammed. Be very careful.Mid January '24 I had an overheating dodge with no heat. I could not get it all the way back to little rock to my regular mechanic, so I had to use EADS as it was close. It was my second try as the first try several years before, ended up with an incomplete job and the owner having to come to my home to finish it in my drive way. Took him another 90 minutes to finish.+Here is where the scam comes in to play+My issue was no heat and overheating. All electrical was working fine. I get a quote for $5k to fix all kinds of things but no mention of my issue being resolved. I call and the mechanic states that I was low on coolant due to a leaking hose and this was fixed. But my center console no longer has power and it would be $169.99 to diagnose the issue. I told them that it was working when I dropped it off and all he said was that it is no longer working and it would be $169.99 to diagnose. I told him that I would pick up the car and deal with it.I check the radio's fuse and it is good, so I take the dash apart and check power to the radio and the monitor. I find power to the radio but there is no power to the monitor. So I look at the fuse box harder the second time. What do I find? There is a separate fuse for the monitor and it is missing.So from the time I dropped it off working, till the time the mechanic told me it was not working and it would cost $169.99 to diagnose, someone at EADS intentionally removed the fuse.I attached photos showing the fuse that somehow disappeared from under the dash while in EADS care. I installed a new fuse and bam! Radio, AC, console all working like when I dropped the car off.Shady, shady, shady... Beware of being scammed.

I had the first oil change on the new engine Eads installed for me. It was done in a timely manner with the professionalism I have come to expect. I certainly recommend Eads if you want the work done right the first time.

New to Arkansas and asked friends where to go. They pointed me to Ead s automotive and tire. My Jeep was making a ton of noise and the issue was way more extensive than I had originally thought. However, the individual I spoke with on the phone broke everything down and explained what needed to be fixed as well as recommendations. I felt they were thorough and quicker than I had expected given the snowstorm we experienced. I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future for sure.

I truly wanted to like this business, because I believe in "mom&pop" shops, but not sure how this is a AAA rated mechanic but their criteria might need adjustment....First time I went here for a radiator leak, they fixed the problem, but I asked to see the part that I am being charged for they never showed me...Second time, I had an issue with shifting out of park, they had my car for 4+ days and never even had a part coming to fix the issue. The worst part is they caused damage to my car, and lied that they never caused, which resulted in me paying another $250 to fix. Then they charged me money for "parts" they used to find the problem.In summary, definitely not a honest business, the services are questionable at best, girl at the front desk has phenomenal communication skills, but I suggest you shop around and make this your last resort.Service: Electrical repair

Thorough and fast! EADs took my used jeep patriot and inspected every corner fixing engine, bearings, tires and tons more in a bumper to bumper inspection. Clear info given of all issues as well as estimates. I plan on giving my son this car and it needed overhauled. I was visiting my daughter when my car started dying. I called them up, they got me in within the hour, diagnosed and fixed my car before Labor Day weekend began! When driving along, minding our own business and enjoying the day, a strange icon appeared on the dash, along with the battery symbol. Decided to stop by Eads, as they were near and regularly serviced our car. As we pulled in, many more icons started to appear, quickly. Felt like Will Robinson .... "Danger, Will, Danger ... all systems aborting !!! ".Eads identified the culprit after extensive research. The Alternator was failing.They ordered the new part and had us back on the road within a day.Great service and found way to work us into their full, I mean REAL FULL, work schedule.Fantastic work done by all and the price was very reasonable. There wasn't any delay to our travel plans because of their professionalism. Thank again loads to Josh and his Staff.Ray & Judy Dauterman

I was told battery cable end probably needs replacing. They just bent it to make it work. It of course did not crank again this morning. Very disappointed and will be bringing it back to get it fixed correctly.

Eads has been my go to auto repair and maintenance shop for more than 3 years. I can always get a service appointment within a reasonable time and they re quick and knowledgeable. My car needs a lot of work. Josh broke down the estimate in a way that I can affordably get things done in order of importance over a few appointments.Raelynn was patient with me and all my questions. And Josh and Jay stayed late on a Friday night to get me back in my car for the weekend. I highly recommend.They definitely know what they're doing and have exceptional customer service!

I have been to a EADS AUTOMOTIVE several times with different cars. They have never steered me wrong! They have always given me several options for my repairs and or suggestions on future repairs!
