Their profile says they serve Arkansas, but they would not come to my house because I was 24 minutes from their office in Cabot, AR they need to update their profile to say they only service with 15 minutes of their office. Also after waiting 3 hours for a call back to let me know when a technician would come I finally called them again only to find out they won t come out to help!

Great place, amazing staff. Got 3 key fobs from them 2 for my truck 1 for the wife's care. 10/10 definitely recommend

No point I m having a physical storefront if you can t have it staffed. Thought maybe they were on a call but the van is parked right out front. If I have to call and wait at a storefront I will kindly move along.

Says on the map 11.5 miles away. They transferred me to a technician and he did it would be a hour maybe 2 and he refused to tell me how much it would cost. Stay away from this company

My transaction with doctor lock smith ar was A+++ I had and . He came fast and had a great understanding for what needed to be done. He programmed a push start key for me in under 15 minutes (lost my key) and had us back up and running. Highly recommended if I ever loose it again you know who I m calling!!

I called this company on 4/16 so they could come unlock my moms car. They transferred me to one of the drivers named butch. He told me it would be $100 so I paid over the phone. Well my mom decided 2 seconds later that she wanted to go through her insurance since it was cheaper. So I called butch back to tell him we were canceling which, he had still not left his home just yet. He told me then that I would receive a refund although it would be issued the next day do to him not having the authority to authorize one. I still have yet to receive a refund. Butch will no longer answer my calls. I would not use this company. If I had known they would still charge me for not lifting a finger I would ve not called this place. Don t waste your money.

After waiting for nearly an hour on my insurance's locksmith, I called these guys. The office staff was prompt, took some information and told me a technician would call in about 10 minutes. Cheyenne called in that timeframe and got to me in about 12 minutes. Really happy with this service and would use again!

Beware when you call the company they disclose service charge of $29.99 and not the labor fee. I asked how much the tech would charge and only told 29.99 the techs where great but dispatch was nasty from the moment I said I was upset with the labor charge. 2/2/21 at 1:30. Do not trust the dispatcher when you call

Called these guys after the keys to my car were stolen. A tech named Alex came out to my house and reprogrammed a new set of keys for me (which also locked out the old keys, something I'd been very worried about) which work perfectly. Really friendly, professional guy who did a great job; I would definitely call them again if I needed to.

Fantastic service! They arrived on time and was able to rekey a lock in about 20 minutes, and provide 4 keys onsite. The price was excellent and lower than what other locksmith services providers offered.Very courteous, well mannered and scores a solid 10/10!!

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! We were quoted $70 on the phone, then charged $189 after the work was done. It was unlocked with an airbag and a long rod. Completely unscrupulous. If anyone would like a picture of the card and invoice, let me know.

I called and told them about a problem I was having. I thought perhaps it was a key or program issue and I asked for a quote for a new key or a reprogram. The locksmith I talked to kept insisting that he come and that he would fix the problem. Reluctantly, because I wanted my husband in on the decision, I told him to come check it out. I had two keys an old one and a new one that was programmed to the car. Without asking he reprogrammed the old key, when that didn t work he said it must be a switch or something then told me I owed him $103. I discussed with him that he didn t fix the problem and I still had to pay someone else to do it. After a lot of negotiation I talked him down to $70. I should have only had to pay for the service call but since he came down a little I m giving him a one star. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I felt it was a scheme from the start and should have gone with my gut.

Will NEVER EVER use this company again and will NOT be referring them to anyone. Had to replace the key for our car and they came out and quoted us no more than $180. Guy comes and does some things knowing he was going to have to change out the ignition and then has to leave and come back the next day due to having to order an ignition. Next day he comes and puts in ignition and gives key leaving all the shavings on the floor of our car, the ignition sticks out horribly, and the accessory option does not work. Never communicated with us that we would be charged $250 just does all the work and then charges that amount. So upset right now! Your company sucks!!!!!

$158!!!! They are not located locally at all. The address on google is fake. The tech came from Little Rock to Beebe so I had to wait an hour and half. and was charged $158 dollars for a 5 minute unlock. I called them at 6pm so it wasn't like it was 2 am charge or anything. ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT AND 99 CENTS!!!!!!! I thought I was calling local. I called to inquire the next day and the company told me they have contract employees and are not located in Cabot as advertised and asked me if I asked the tech "if he could do better" on the price. NO I did not because I thought he was doing his job and charging what his company charged. I found out after that had I truly called a local company I would have been charged 80 dollars max for Smith Wrecker or Action Lock and Key.. Buyer Beware!!!!!

dr locksmith was amazing. I was locked out of my vehicle and in a huge rush. I called two companies before getting in touch with this business and the guy showed up almost immediately and got me in my car. He was very fast and efficient. Customer service was top notch! This is the only company I will use from now on.

Five Star Company!!! Locked the keys in my car & it only toke 15 minutes to get to my car. Extremely Cheap and amazing Costumer service! I actually ended repeating business with them & got brand new locks for my entire home plus an amazing keyless entry for my front door!

I googled popalock and this number popped up. I was told there will a 29 charge plus labor. After an hour the tech arrived he quoted me $95 plus tax. I live in Georgia. He charged me $112.50. The email reciept I have says no tax was collected and my order states I paid for "1 item". The charge was processed out of Texas and it looks like the service based out of Arkansas. Which state collects the "tax"? I was grossly overcharged and I doubt any state will collect sales tax that I was charged. I am very dissatisfied with the integrity of this tech, this company, and their practices.

I called, they were there in 11 minutes as promised! It was a chilly night and I had a child with me. They were empathetic, polite and very friendly! I would definitely use them again!

After a bad experience with a technician, the owner made it right. The owner went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was handled better. I'll use them again knowing that the owner stands behind his company and is willing to make any situation right. I'd like to thank him again.

AAA costs 30$ and they'll unlock your car every day of the year. For what Dr. Sleight of hand charges, you could buy a new car and break all your keys off in every lock then light it afire, ride to hospital in three ambulances, then Uber home during the peak of the Covid season. Make sure you know the cost prior to svc rendered. Lesson learned

This Guy is a real professional!My Wife got locked out side of the house because she lost the keys in the park, so i called this fella, and he was there in a jiffy probably about 20 min, he opened the door lickety split and she was back in the house.I hope i dont need to but if i must ill call him again without hesitatingGod BlessMark
