AFTER MUCH PROBLEM SOLVING AND HARD WORK AND COMMUNICATIONS THEY GOT ALL THE PROBLEMS FIXED . THE STAFF THAT I DELT WITH ON THIS VENTURE WAS JUST AWESOME. SO I WOULD LIKE TO RETRACT MY PERVIOUS STATEMENT. I WAS TRULY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS COMPLETED AND MY CAR SOUNDS GREAT . NEXT MY HARLEY THEY WILL INSTALL A NEW SYSTEM ON MY BIKE , THANKS AGAIN GUYS !!!! GREAT WORK !

Will not be going back. They were rude on the phone and even more in person. Did not secure my speaker box to the trunk of my car so it moves around a lot. Mounted my back up camera backwards so it took more time to fix that. Which is understandable and fine but then when I call to ask how much longer it would be gave me attitude for it taking longer for their mess up.

Very informative, knowledgeable, supportive I would recommend any one that wants a car audio system to go there first. They will NOT rip you off like the other car audio store's would do in a hart beat they actually want to be a good business. Also they have good people in there that do work not like the other ones that i have seen in the past.

Hot wired has been around a little while now, and honestly expected more from them when I visited their store. Less than stellar customer service, but did have a pretty good variety of products available. Didn't feel like they really cared if they sold me anything or not.

Didn't need an install was hooking up a amp myself. They were willing to come out and look at what I had set up and offer suggestions, told me exactly what I needed and sold me the bare minimum to accomplish what I wanted, because I was being cheap. Great staff

Wonderful!!!!! Hands down 5 stars. I didnt want to take the chance of snapping any pieces so I took my 2020 jeep cherokee there to have a 1 sub system put in. Normally if I did this if have to go home and rewire things to make it sound right. Not with these guys!!!!!! It sounds soooooooooo good! Everything looks good... nothing broke... I could never ever be any happier. Ill be coming back to get a remote start for sure. Thanks for everything!

I heard great reviews about this place so I Called up there to ask about a amp the guy was disrespectful he was rushing me on the phone and didn t care what I had to ask him he then cut me off on what I was saying and hung the phone up during the conversation. Never will I go here waste of time don t come here.!!

Excellent customer service and technical knowledge. I had to come in last minute to address a wiring issue with my DSP. Blade jumped to it and fixed it no time. I will definitely return.

I will never take anything else to them... I took my truck in to have them put in a new am/FM CD stereo I bought from them brand new and they busted my dash on my truck and denied they did it one of the employees took pictures and even stated you could see where they tried to super glue it and they never fixed it and due to them not hooking it up right burned up the wiring in my truck and they never would return my calls... I called the BBB office and sent them the pictures and all. And they never did do anything about it

I bought a Kenwood stereo with Sirius satellite from Hotwired. The man who installed it did a second rate job. I can not recommend their installation service...I picked up my truck the other day because it was "ready"; the installer neglected to install the external microphone which is used for the hands free telephone. He then installed the microphone and the phone still didn't work. They took the truck back into the stall and the guy said he plugged the mic into the wrong jack.I had to make another appointment to install the satellite receiver because it wasn't in stock(that is no big deal).Picked my truck up this morning and on the drive home I discovered my ash tray would only close half way. The guy that did the installation tried to tell me that the ash tray slid into its own compartment and nothing could block it. I told him it worked fine before his install. He partially pulled my dash off and looked and said nothing was blocking it. He pushed the dash back into place. I insisted that something he did was blocking the tray. He pulled the whole dash off (mind you now, he's not being gentle. These dashes snap together and are easily susceptible to damage) poked his fingers inside and moved a plug from the stereo out of the way. The ash tray now closes like it is supposed to, at least until the first rough road when the plug falls back to where it was.This installer also pulled the weather stripping off my door to run the satellite antenna. Now the weather stripping is hanging off because he did not put it back properly. The manager /owner was not there for me to talk to this morning so I asked the office manager to have him call me. It's now 5pm and I haven't hear a word from them.So much for customer service.

Last December I had new speakers installed in my car. I didn't even get home from the installation, when I had to turn right back around and go back due to a bad speaker connection. I have had to take my car back so many times, I cannot count, due to poor installation. I just recently had to take it back to have the rear speakers re-tightened. And I still have a rattle from the back. It may be because the rear shelf panel has been taken in and out so many times, or the screw holes are stripped out. I would put the factory speakers back in, except for the fact that they cut the factory plugs off of the wires. If I could turn back time, I would have called Crutchfield and did it myself. Beware, and do not use them.

These guys hooked me up. Got way more system than I needed. I couldn't be happier. I now have crystal clear audio in my car that can shake a building off its foundation if I do choose. Thanks guys. You are awesome!

Where do I start I m goin to be short simple straight to the point I paid 560 to get my CD player I purchased from them hooked up by them 2almost 3 months ago and now I have been back 8 times and been out of additional 350 dollars my business with these guys are completely done they rude and don t wanna hear anything u have to say they just want the money baby the lifetime warrant as it says on the site is full of mess it only cover the wires once u pay them the problem is urs u pay them again they fix it and mess something else up along the way keep looking to return to them I was saving money to get complete system $2400 value but they can t do the small stuff

Horrible service, I've been in there twice and they didn't greet me at the door or asked if they could help me. I wanted to buy a remote start for my car and truck. However, I did not speak to anyone while in the store.

Damn good sound at a resonable price. It was not a very professional install. However, in their defense, i was in a hurry and they do stand behind their work and did what they could to fix what was not right.

Good place to go if you have a lower end system that you can't hook up yourself. Plan to go more than once because it won't get done properly the first time.
