HUGE FACILITY! TONS OF INVENTORY UNDER ONE ROOF! Very friendly and professional employees, lots of help with assisting you in any units you may be interested in. Whether it s on the floor or needing to be built they take the best care of their customers in a timely manner. The Bistro House restaurant is absolutely amazing specials every day my favorite are the wings check those out on Thursdays and Saturdays and the staff are so loving, and kind the environment is comforting and clean. Check out the coffee shop located in the sales area the girls there are wonderful lots of options from coffee, shakes, energy drinks etc. also if you ever come across the female sales lady she is super cool find her in the Spyder section. Overall such an amazing experience with Jonesboro Cycle & ATV if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

Seamless Purchase Experience for My MotorcycleMy husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Honda Gold-wing Trike motorcycle from Jonesboro Cycle and I must say, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was really impressed with this business. The store was so large, my salesman; Dalton was driving my wife and I around on a golf cart. There is NO DOUBT that this store has the largest selection of bikes, atvs, sxs, and everything in between. There is even a coffee shop and restaurant inside. Kudos to Dalton for selling me a new Kawasaki Mule. Look Dalton up, and he will take excellent care of you. We had a great experience which made our 3.5-hour drive worth it.

Their sales people are incredibly knowledgeable and personable. The money aspect was fair and negotiable. I gave it 4 stars only because of wait times.The facility was in excellent shape. I'm very happy with my new Polaris Ranger!

I bought my girlfriend a z125pro for late Christmas/ Valentine s Day gift and everything went better than expected I was able to do 90% of the deal over the phone which was nice because I was an hour and a half away when I got there it looked like heaven coolest place by far. ED was awesome got me in and out comfortably all around great experience will definitely be back

Purchased my first bike/scooter (Honda Ruckus) at Jonesboro Cycle. Our sales agent, David, was beyond helpful and guided me through all the questions I had as a first time rider. He also made the entire process incredibly easy, and even helped me load the bike in a pickup truck after completing the sale. The facility is incredible, and the selection is impressive. I ll surely be back to purchase my second bike once I become a proficient rider!

WOW! Surprise, surprise! I drive to a small town and then up to a 186,000 sq foot building ABSOLUTELY packed with motorcycles, atvs and side-by-sides. Every brand seemingly, a coffee bar and even a restaurant onsite. The price on my bike was awesome and dealer charged small doc fee and that was it. Ed (sales), Mark (finance) and everyone else I talked to was informative, nice and a refreshing change from my local 1-star folks in MS. Tons of accessories and parts to boot. Very impressed and wished they were local to me. I'll be back for sure.

*UPDATE*Lee, the manager, called me within 12 hours of this post to offer multiple options to help rectify the situation. Not only did he call, but the salesman Matt called and personally apologized for the misunderstanding and to take accountability. I have purchased many items in my lifetime and have almost never received a follow up quite like this! They have gone above and beyond to do the right thing, and I truly wish more places cared about their customer service and brand integrity the way Lee and Matt did today! Thanks again to the Jonesboro Cycle and ATV folks for reaching out and making it right!Horrible experience! They sold us two bikes that weren t the specifications we were looking for. When working with Matt, the salesman, I was clear I was looking for a 50cc scooter. He showed me the options that fit my size needs and we decided to purchase two. The scooters we were sold are in fact 109cc. I was lead to believe during the entire process that what we picked did fit our needs and upon going to get insurance on my purchase I was shocked to learn the motor size was double what I had asked for. The salesman seemed knowledgeable and we had multiple conversations on what I was looking for, and he assured me the ones purchased fit our size needs. Now we have two bikes that I bought under misguidance, all for the sake of closing a sale and getting commission. Then the financing took forever cause they made mistakes with the paperwork. It s not that I wouldn t recommend purchasing from this dealer but I would make sure to ask questions and read over all paperwork first before making a decision. We trusted our salesperson and were misled during the entire process and ultimately purchased two scooters that don t fit what we needed them for.

Great Service by Cameron.Cameron and his team in the service department took great care of us during the recent breakdown of my son s Kawasaki racing bike. They did their best to finish the repairs in a timely manner and get the bike back into use. All the while, Cameron was always available and very easy to work with and was always respectful and kind.

So disappointed, we live an hour and a half away and we have heard such good things about this place. Ended up buying a motorcycle, we were told the part for the lights (which they were fixing) would be there in a week. We wait and a week goes by and we go up there because no one answer the phone, it had not been touched . We ended up waiting over a month for this motorcycle, after being told 4 different times it would be ready. When we finally got the motorcycle, went to get tags and found out they never signed the bike over to us.. so here we go again. Will never buy from this place again .. so so so disappointed and a lot of wasted gas and money

Tyler is great and took care of me on my purchase. Everything was worked out before I got there and it was extremely quick! They have the best deals on bikes and financing! I recommend this dealership for any of your power sports needs! Ask for Tyler!! You won t be disappointed

Great customer service our salesperson hunter was very helpful and polite same with the other workers. My family is very happy with our new Yamaha Kodiak 700 it s the best 4 wheeler we ve ever owned. The only problem was it took to long to sign the paperwork but otherwise it was great.

Jonesboro Cycle and ATV is the place to go! If they don't have it, you don't need it We were amazed by the showroom size and inventory!Thank you to Ed Seay and everyone we worked with. Went in to purchase a motorcycle and was sold a used unit instead of a new one one the word of the salesman and service manager that the peg bracket was the only problem with the bike. Come to find out the frame is bent and the only want to give me 1400 of the 1829 I paid for the bike back. This people are crooked. Don t visit this place run away as fast as you can.

Great folks! Took care of me and were very accommodating! Amanda Petersen and Tyler Lloyd were very helpful and walked me through each step of the process. They introduced me to everyone there at JCA. Mary Hughes took me to the service department and I met everyone there too. Pleasant experience and they got me all the accessories I wanted for my side x side and Havoc boat. I ve already told all the people that I worked with before I retired. Thank you all so much!

This place is amazing! I felt like a kid in a candy store. The people are very friendly and willing to help at any time. The Bistro was delicious! We drove 2 hours to get here and it was worth it. Thank you all for the awesome customer service. Kevin was very helpful during the decision making and Mary was awesome on her follow up. Great experience!

Kept me waiting 5 hours on a unit that purchased 7 days prior to the date I chose to pick it up. Was told a deposit had to be paid so that the unit would be ready when I got there. I paid the deposit and on the pick up date had to wait 5 hours, after driving 2 hours because the unit hadn t been touched until I arrived. All the salesman could do was shrug his shoulders and send his trainees to tell me they ll have you ready in about 15 minutes for hours. Salesman Ed would not recommend this place or that salesman.

This is one amazing place. Boats, side by sides, motorcycles, ATV's, Spiders, etc... Everyone that we spoke to was accommodating and informative. The food is amazing at the bistro, service was awesome, and the prices are more than fair. 6 adults and 3 kids all are until we were comfortably full for just under $100. I just don't know what else to say to express how impressed I was visiting Jonesboro Cycle. Thank you to everyone for the warmth and hospitality. I speak for our entire group when I say that we can't wait to visit again.

Really wish I could leave a better review. The dealership was fine, the salesman was the issue . I was buying an ATV through my bank , and the salesman would never send me the paperwork on the unit.I ended up purchasing the ATV from somewhere else .

Great place to buy a bike!! Unbeatable deals and there is a tall guy named Keith that fought relentlessly to get me the best deal! He really cares about his customers and put 110percent of his time and effort to get me the bike and deal I wanted! These guys make you feel like family, thanks Keith!!!!! You are awesome
