I have been coming to Legacy Tires for decades and every experience has been great. They care about their customers, they're extremely affordable, and the quality of their products has always been top notch. Any other tire shop in NWA is going to cost you at the very least double what it costs here. And they always get me in and out quickly. I cannot say enough great things about this place. I'd rather drive on my rims than go to a different tire shop.

I couldn't reach my duel back tires on my Class C camper in order to check the pressure before I put the camper away for the winter and Legacy Automotive and Tire was recommended as a place to take it and have them check it.Oh my gosh...service was terrific, very personable owner, he had one of his guys check both the left and right, added air as needed and even replaced a bad tire stem, and then wouldn't even let me pay them for their service! WOW...If I ever need tires, or any service they give, their the 1st place I'm going to, without a doubt! Check them out folks! Wish all businesses had their attitude toward their customers! What a wonderful world it would be.

Great service center! Nothing but honesty and integrity from these guys. Not only did they show me and explain to me the problems with my vehicle, but they have the most fair labor rates in town! My vehicle runs smooth, their smiles and friendliness are sincere, and the price was fair and competitive. So grateful to have these guys in the area!

So very glad I found this place!!! From the owner, to the guys who work here are phenomenal. I will not be going anywhere else after coming here. Shout out to Moses, the owner, the guy who put on my brakes, and great guy behind the desk for giving such awesome service and expert advice. JUST GO THERE... YOU WILL NOT REGRET YOUR DECISION!!!!!

They fit me in quickly even though they were busy. I asked them to check both front and back brakes, and they only needed to do the front. Fair pricing and great people.

They did the job for a tire change and under 15 minutes brand new for over $100 cheaper per tire than anyone else in the area. Simply amazing job and is much appreciated.

This place has amazing service and is so friendly! I had a flat tire, and happened to be close to Legacy, so we got the spare on and went over there. I fully expected to have to wait a while, and spend a fair bit of money based on previous experiences. But when I pulled in and told the guys what had happened, I barely had the words out of my mouth before they told me to go ahead and pull in. They got to work right away, and ended up only needing to patch it. They were finished up in about 15 minutes. What s more, everyone was extremely helpful and cheerful despite the heat and being close to the end of the day. The price was way cheaper than I expected. No one likes a flat tire, but the silver lining is that now I know where to go next time I need tires!

Legacy Tire was amazing. I pulled in and they were extremely busy but they stayed in my flat repair immediately and got me out fast. Thanks for the great customer service.

If your like me you have had enough of Walmart and the terrible customer services. Well this tire shop is refreshing,always greeted with a smile,and they actually listen to what you have to say and your instructions on what you want done. They beat Walmart prices. Just heads up they go thru alot and dont have a large warehouse to store tires and may have to order your tire. Call ahead they are happy to help. Just a side note they are strictly tire shop not a brake shop or engine repair.

Have been going to Legacy for years. They have outstanding service by far. Always friendly and willing to help you out. Will not go anywhere else. In my opinion, no one else compares.

The guys at legacy were so kind and helpful today while we were dealing with a flat tire! Our flat was unrepairable so they sold us a used tire (barely used- basically new) for such a great price!!! Can't recommend them enough. I will absolutely be going back next time I need help with my tires.

We had a large metal shard drive itself into our tire while driving down Walton. Legacy Automotive helped us through the whole situation, identifying and getting us a new tire (that nobody in town had) in under 24 hours, and working with our tow driver to secure drop off at their place over night. They were so quick, responsive, and just awesome all around. They turned around our terrible day faster than we could've imagined. Highly recommend!

I took a road trip to Bentonville to visit family. During the trip my brakes were really started shaking. I took my car to Legacy Automotive. They checked brakes for free. Instead of selling me on something I didn t need, they told me that my pads and rotors were good, but a piece just needed cleaned up from improper lubricant being used by whoever put the brakes in. They cleaned it up, put new lubricant on, and even showed me the problem. Guess how much they charged me? Only $25! They could have charged me four times that and I would have thought it was a decent deal (I don t know much about cars). Anyway, great place. Nice people. They would be my mechanic if I lived in Northwest Arkansas.

The guys at Legacy are great. They have very good customer service. The prices they quote for tires include labor so you don't have to worry about extra fees for mounting, balancing, etc once you pay. They are reasonably priced and they are quick about getting things done.

Very fast service and was one of the best priced places in town. Also very friendly and courteous. I had an unrepairable flat and instead of buying a new tire they sold me a used one to stay with the same thread of my other tires for less than what other places where charging just for a flat repair. Highly recommend.

I asked for recommendations on Facebook and a friend of mine told me about Legacy. I called and talked to a very nice gentleman and told me a price for 2 new tires and it was 100 dollars cheaper than Walmart. I went the next morning and I will never go anywhere else for any tire's again. They we very nice and the price was the same as he told me. Do yourself a favor and go check them out you won't be disappointed. Thanks taking care of my car.

We are here visiting from the Dallas area. I was hearing a semi loud noise under my car by my front left wheel but I was a bit nervous to take it anywhere here in Bentonville because, well, we re not from here and it d be impossible to follow up for warranty issues. I went on a test drive with Mo to show him what I was hearing. He heard it, brought it back to the shop, put it on the lift and took a closer look. He said it s my CV joint making the noise but that the car would be more than safe to drive back home and then some. Who does that anymore? Honesty, integrity; wow! So refreshing. Bentonvillites(I just made that up), you d be crazy to take your car/truck to anyone but here! Oh, and Mo owns the place!! Great people, serving people. Simply great stuff!!

Legacy Automotive team saved my family trip! Way better than all those big name companies that have to charge more to fill those corporate cheese pockets. These guys were personal, the owner chatted with us after pulling the wheel off himself to fix the tire.Bottom line these guys will be there for you!
