I had a horrible noise coming from my wheels while out of state. They were able to get the brakes and rotors replaced while I waited. I didn't think I would find someone to help. So glad they got the brakes replaced. My headlights have been yellow for sometime and they have headlight restoration with a lifetime warranty. I opted to have this performed. What a difference it has made. My headlights look so much better. I have attached photos to show the difference. Thanks for your help! I highly recommend them!

My car started to wobble pretty badly while driving, scared me enough that I pulled into Jiffy Lube. I didn't know if I could trust the technicians but I didn't feel safe taking my car on the highway without getting it checked out first. On arrival to finish, Neo and David were super professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They did a full inspection, test drove the vehicle and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. No charge and no pressure to do any other things like changing filters etc. They kept it concise like I asked and addressed my main concerns. I was able to drive away knowing my car was safe--for the moment-- and i can address the issue with a nearer Jiffy to my home location in the next few days. Jiffy Lube, give your guys a bonus! Their upstanding professionalism earns you customers, and they deserve it. I am definitely satisfied and grateful for the service.

One of the most kind and friendly customer service interactions I ve ever consistently had. Justin is great at what he does and I appreciate the care and hard work he does for me. Drove down from Texas to Arkansas an I wasn t expecting an oil change to break my car down few blocks down from jiffy shop don t take your car they will make everything worse experience ever

The staff was wonderful! My huge issue was that I was sitting for over 2 hours waiting on a part to be ordered and come in. That's outrageous! Again the staff was wonderful and I appreciate them!

Oil change only took 17 min, got to wait in my car, everyone was nice & explained things clearly. They even washed all my windows while I waited. Check their site for coupons. We ll definitely be back

I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and proficient these guys were. I drive a cargo van OTR and I m constantly struggling to find a shop with a high enough door to accommodate my van. This place could, but I d read several negative reviews on yelp and google so I called everyone else in the area first. When no one else could fit my huge van in their doors, so I had to come here. I figured it s just brakes and an oil change so I ll give em a whirl. I m so glad I did. After speaking with some team members, I discovered it is under new management with a mostly new team. I was impressed, and would definitely suggest them. Thank you Robert and your entire crew!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Dakota & Justin spent all weekend on my Wife's '07 Mazda 6 coolant system leaks. They worked overtime to get her car back in working order as quickly as possible, and gave me a GREAT deal on the parts & labor required to get it back in working order! I would like the owner of this place to contact me. My van has been at your shop since Friday afternoon and is STILL not fixed. I keep getting the runaround. Call the shop for my contact info- my van is still there and NOW they are telling me it will be ready tomorrow afternoon, which I have heard that for 3 days now. I came in to have the oil pan replaced and your team also said I needed a few gaskets replaced. 5 days later and still not done. No excuse for that whatsoever

Manager screaming and yelling, threatening physical violence and standing in front of my vehicle preventing me from leaving. Cussing and yelling, assaulting people is not how you run a bilusiness. It's a parking lot. O can park to reconfigure my door dashing app for 2 minutes. I come from general and upper management back ground. This man would not have a management job and it is not very good representation of your company. I will not ever, use jiffy lube for my car needs.

My service on Friday 1/6/24. I arrived at the Bentonville store at approximately 8:45 am. As I was driving to get in line for my service, I noticed that there where not the normal amount of employee's vehicles in the parking lot. As I was about to go inside to check to see if the store was open (it had been snowing most of the early morning) a bay door opened and I was instructed to bring my truck into the service area. The manager, Dakota C., met me and explained that, due to the snow conditions he had advised is crew to stay at home. Dakota informed me that he was going to preform the service on my truck and that it might take a little longer (there was one vehicle on a rack, my truck made it two and another vehicle pulled up to get in line). Dakota handled each driver with the most professional, service minded attitude in keeping each driver informed on the progress of each service. I was very impressed with Dakota as he kept a "Customer First" attitude. I will continue to bring my business back to Jiffy Lube Bentonville all because of this young man's service minded attitude. This is the first quick lube style shop I have been into in several years, and things have changed for the better! The waiting area was very nice, a lot like a hotel lobby. The staff were friendly and got my service done quickly.

Too pushy with over priced add ons. Wasted a lot of time investigating stuff I did not want. Changed my headlight settings, dirtied my floor and left passenger seat fully reclined.

Captain personality was pissed that I showed up 3 minutes before closing. I did offer to come back but was certain I would never would......don't send out the promos if you don't want them used, I can get the oil changed somewhere else not out of the way.

Recently I went in for an oil change on my 2018 Nissan. The staff showed me my air filter and cabin filter and they needed replacement but I told them I would do it myself to save some money. They told me that would be fine. No pushy response. I ordered both filters off of Amazon and was able to install the air filter after a little struggle. I tried to change the cabin filter but it was impossible. Nissan dropped the ball when they engineered where they placed the filter location. I called the manager and asked if I could come by and could they install it for me this one time. I told them I would let them install the filters in the future. The manager was very kind and said sure they would do it for me that I would not need to return the filter to Amazon. When I pulled up to the building this afternoon, I was greeted kindly and the manager came right out and installed the filter. He was very kind and helped me immediately. I love this Jiffy location and will always go there and refer my friends to go there also.Bill

Most thoughtful, professional, and nice Jiffy Lube ever. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. However, it is the gentlemen working here that make this place awesome! The work is quick, the rates honest, and if your vehicle needs further repair, the proof is shown to you before the work is ever started. I had a great experience here at this location. The store manager Dakota was professional and honest and it made my visit easier. I run a jiffy lube shop in SoCal and knew exactly how the process is supposed to be done. There was a couple things Dakota missed off the process but we are not all perfect. Kudos to the DM for hiring this guy. He s only been with the company for a month and couple weeks but feels like he s been doing this for years. Dakota is on the right path and I know he loves his job. Thank you Dakota and the team for a fast and efficient service!

We got our oil changed and the air filters, etc. When we were leaving, we noticed a loud sound coming from the A/C vents. We went back in and complained about it and the guy told us that he couldn't get all the leaves and debris out of our air filtration system but they would break up and it would stop in a little while of driving. Well, it didn't. So when my husband and I got home (he's a 100% disabled American veteran btw), we had to get under the dash and glove compartment to get back into the air filter which yes still had a couple of leaves in it BUT the main problem is that the air filter was put in improperly s and facing the wrong direction causing the loud grinding noise and also noticeably redfield air flow to the cabin and a drop in gas mileage. We were on a 300+ mile trip out of town. Also, they were supposed to check and fill our air in the tires and test the sensor. Well, they reset the the sensor but did not put air in any of the tires, making all of the tires pressures between 5-10 miles off the intended pressure and again greatly reducing fuel mileage. If only the gentleman who we asked about the problem before we'd left the store had just stopped to check out the job, things could have been great. Oh, on a positive note, the detail on the interior was really nice.

Stellar service, friendly atmosphere, and honest prices. Elias checked me in and educated me on what services he recommended, and why. This is the first mechanic shop where the staff took the time to explain each decision they made. This shop beats the major car dealerships I ve frequented before with long wait times I will not go elsewhere for car service now. I was checked in promptly for an oil change and brake replacement (without an appointment) and was out within the hour. Each attendant went above and beyond checking things like brake fluid levels, tire pressure, and even vacuuming out the cabin.
