These guys are nice. But I m at a dead end and they haven t been able to help.Matt and the team have been to my place many times to fix the balance springs in my windows which keep popping out. They ve kept coming over and replacing them, and I ve sensed their frustration. Imagine mine!Today I got offered for them to come by one more time, and that s it but I declined. Matt said it could be user error (my fault) otherwise he doesn t know why they keep breaking. Any suggestions would be appreciated!This window in the picture has been repaired multiple times by Bentonville Glass and it won t even stay open and the balance spring won t stay in.

Removal and installation went great. Eli was able to get the job completed quickly and professionally.4 stars because there was a little broken glass left over from the previous broken door. I would suggest they come out with a shop vac instead of just a broom.

I've had almost every car I owned done here for window tinting they do it a phenomenal job The staff is always super pleasant and they can always guide you in the right direction they don't try to oversell you.

I ve got my windows tinted in Bentonville twice at this location and had a great experience each time. The staff was friendly and explained the different shades of tint and had examples in the showroom on display. They were also able to answer questions several times over the phone. The tint held up really well on my first car for about 8-10 years and they just did a quality job on my newer car. Thank you !

Bentonville Glass has tinted three of my vehicles and all of them have not had a single issue. The older vehicle's tints still look brand new considering 7 years of abuse. Bentonville Glass also did a custom fix on a screen/window for my front door of my home. When I came and picked it up I thought they bought a new one. The door is at least 30 years old and looks brand new, I am impressed. The front desk is constantly so friendly and knowledgeable. Overall Bentonville Glass is #1 on the top of my list of auto and home glass work. You don't find companies with the type of service they provide anymore. I recommend Bentonville Glass and will not go anywhere else as long as I live in the Northwest area. Thank you Bentonville Glass for your one of a kind service and comfort. Google needs to add a few more stars on your rating, about 8 or 9 total at minimum.

Very good service for a reasonable price. I brought in my window for measurements and they ordered the replacement glass and got replaced in less than two weeks

Got the front windows tinted on my truck and it was affordable, fast, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Super happy with Bentonville Glass!

The installation of the glass was quick and looks nice. The only downside side was the cleanup. The window was dropped by accident, and the installer did "vacuum" but I found a lot of glass on the floor after he left that I had to clean up.

I have never been to this establishment therefore I don't have photos nor do I want any. I am done asking ridiculous questions about places I've not been and your questions regarding where I am staying are literally none of your business and are intrusive questions.

Was passing through, had a windshield chip. They worked me in @ a time I was scheduled to be in their area. Very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend them

They fixed two stars in my granddaughters windshield & you can barley see them now. Outstanding work & prompt in doing the work.

Good, quick service. Do your own research if you have radar cruise control and cameras like our Subaru. Put an eyebrow on our windshield, but had to remove it because eyesight would not work at night.

The nicest people helped me size and order a large bathroom mirror. It was very near end-of-business on a Friday. I guess I expected some eye rolls when I dashed in the door just before quitting time, but I was treated like a favorite customer. Attitude is make-or-break in customer service, and these folks nailed it.

Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment to repair an auto windshield. They took me right in and completed the job quickly and neatly. They are courteous, friendly, and do excellent work. I definitely recommend.

Got window tint on my 2015 Toyota Corolla 2 weeks ago. They took us on time and finished on time. The staff is helpful and friendly. Dustin Hughes worked on our car and was very personable and professional. Best pricing in the area. Great experience all around. Would recommend them to anyone. Just waiting to receive the warranty paperwork they promised.

We had framless shower glass installed for our new shower. The installers were great. On time and very courteous. However, whoever was ordering the panels had issues with our order. The first time the guys arrived, they discovered the size ordered was incorrect (but the original measurements they did, they verified as correct). The second time they arrived, they discovered that one panel was not re-ordered. So, it took three visits to get the glass installed. But, like I said, the installers were great, and it looks beautiful, but it was a bit of a hassle, and no calls or ETA's from the office on those two times we had to wait.

my parents have used bentonville glass twice now and will be looking for someone else in the future. the latest window replacement was somehow misunderstood by either the office or someone else. they needed two full windows (top & bottom panes) replaced because the windows were fogging in between glass and you couldn t see out of them. the wait to get the work done was longer than desired. when the man finally showed up, he only did one pane from each window. my mom questioned him and he said that s all that was ordered, although the guy who did the measuring, measured for both full windows to be replaced. the office couldn t figure out where they went wrong or what happened with the miscommunication. so, my mom had to wait again for more windows to be ordered and to get on the schedule. after the other two panes were finally replaced, my mom received a bill in the mail, although she had already given a check to the man who did the work. she called the office to find out why she was being billed and the office lady was very rude when my mom asked what happened to her check. my mom was told the check was probably left in the truck or on a clip board or something. EXTREMELY unprofessional. when paying hundreds of dollars for a service, it would be nice if the service provider could at least be responsible enough to keep track of the check.

Fast and Friendly service. I needed to replace some screens on my home and after considering a DIY project I decided to let a pro do the job, so I took in a broken screen sample and requested 3 new screens. They were very helpful and priced similar to doing the job myself. Perfect! Ordered the 3 screens and was surprised when the next day they called to say they were ready. Looked great, and they had repaired the broken screen as well. 4 screens for the price of 3. Highly recommended.

A great bunch of people! Very friendly and they know how to make you feel at home! Also, they offer the best glass for the best price! I must also say, I can't stand to hear voices when you're placed on hold (just not easy to listen to). But I was placed on hold here at Bentonville Glass and I must say, for the first time I very much enjoyed what I was hearing! A very nice and pleasant voice that actually made me want to hear more! Amazing!A great company all around!

Extremely unprofessional install.If I listed everything that went wrong this would be too lengthy of a review. But I ll ask a few questions: is it too much to expect to have your family, your pets, your hard wood floors, your interior wood trim, and your furniture protected when you have cracked tempered glass replaced? Too much for the installer to apologize for slamming a door as he went out which caused the other glass door to shatter inward into the house? Or when he was asked if he expected that to happen for him to be mostly unresponsive? Too much to expect a warning to protect people and pets in the area or to fully protect the floor, if he did slam the door on purpose? To expect a clean up of the glass before placing a ladder on the floor ( I literally dropped the broom and pan in my hands when I came back into the room and saw him do that)? After a call to the office to report what was happening, things went further downhill. Think twice before using this company.

Terrible experience. Took my car for tinting here and they ended up putting on it a way lighter film than I had requested after telling them what I wanted twice, once when I made the appointment and again when I dropped my car off. Then they proceeded to lie to my face saying that they put what I had requested, and to make matters worse, once I got in my car, it was filled with a terrible cigarret smoke. Worst experience I have had with a business in my 12 years living Northwest Arkansas. Avoid this business for window tinting and save yourself a big headache.

We called Bentonville Glass to have a door installed with short notice. They got our door ordered and arrived sooner than originally expect. Great customer service from door install to window tint. Highly recommend this company to others.

Bentonville glass is fantastic. I was in a financial bind and had to have a mirrored closet door replaced recently. I opted out of the installation to save on money and they installed it for me anyway as a courtesy. Very good people. It was even done 3 days early. 10 stars.

If you want to take 4 days away from work for their mistakes, have no offers of compensation, and have the people on the phone talk down to you as if you're magically changing the size of your shower like it's a rubiks cube... they're a solid choice.Ordered shower glass June 24th. Paid half down.They came out mid july for the install and the glass did not fit. Mismeasured, and not by inches, by feet. We confirmed it wasn't the cutting companies fault and it showed the incorrect dimensions on the bentonville glass paper work.A week later they came back and installed again. Another pane of glass was mismeasured.August 19th they finally finished the install with the right measurements.2 months and multiple days of waiting for people to show up between the hours of X and X... all because someone couldn't read a tape measure.

I chose bentonville glass because of its outstanding star rating on google. I wish my experience would have ended with 5 stars. The people were nice and scheduling was easy. However, whoever was inside my car during the repair was a smoker and my car now smells heavily of smoke. It was so strong, I believe they were actively smoking in my car. My daughter has asthma and we had to air out the car (in the 30 degree weather) before we could put her in. The chip in the windshield is also much more noticeable now. It was a small chip repair, how did it go so wrong.

They were professional, quickly gave me a quote and the timeline for when my door was to be finished.I was very impressed with everyone I came into contact with and I will highly recommend this company to everyone.
