I put $3 in the spot cleaning machine and it didn t even work then I tried to just use the vacuum side and it didn t work either!!! I went to wash my car off and it wouldn t work either! I think for now on I ll drive across town to hogs car wash at least every time I go there stuff works! Very unsatisfied with this car wash and I used to love it but it s definitely not what it used to be.

Dalton and the crew did a great job of detailing the inside and outside of my vehicle today. My car was a disaster and it only took them an hour and a half to get it sparkling clean. They also offer monthly unlimited plans! Hats off to them working in this scorching heat as well! Didn't properly wash my car and had no soap wash used to wash my car only plain water no soap at all

Horrible, I wouldnt give it any stars if i could.. Went to wash my vehicle and saw one stall was blocked, so I went to another. Only to find the brush missing from the scrub handle. So after paying to get the car washed, all I was able to do was rinse. Tried the wax, and it didn't work either. Looked for a manager or attendant on the property only to find no one! Will not be back to this poorly maintained car wash!!

Quarter machines were not just inoperable but missing the innards all together. I went there to get quarters because the innards from the laundry mat was also missing. There were no quarters to be had and I still have not gotten my laundry completed as a result. Might go check the other side of town and see if the strange anti-quarter event has spread or if it's okay to wash things at places that require change of a certain type or if they have to be dirty there as well. Come on people why can't we wash our clothes or vehicles, Pig pin? Is this your doing?. Hmm?

There are areas that could have been cleaner for the money spent but all in all, my truck looks good after it's bath.

Shouldn't even be one star. Hardly anything worked except just straight water. Doesn't take quarters. Honestly just save your money and time and go to the car wash by Hawgs. Got charged 10 bucks to wash my car off with water and it looked Ike the owner was there and watched.

Worst car wash ever dont waste ur time or money, the vacuums barely work, and half the settings on the car wash have no change the tire cleaner liquid should be a green or pink color and use less pressure but it doesn't change from the soap setting, most the other settings dont work not to mention the pressure is horrible there pretty sure a water house is stronger, the scrub brush puts more soap out right at handle then it does on brush so you get covered in soap instead of the vehicle, and there is no wax in it even tho they have a setting for it and this isn't just one trip going there this is over the course of the past 6 months it just keeps getting worse.

This is definitely the worst car wash I've ever been to and I go to multiple ones. I went through the automatic and all it did was spray a bunch of water. It only used the brushes one time and when it did it was way too close to my car and it was hitting it too hard. I got out after to see how good it did but it didn't do anything. I still had dirt and bugs all over my car. Good thing they have the manual one where you can do it yourself. I spent $1 on that and did way better than the automatic did.

Couldn't use cash, couldn't use the card machine, no attendant to help either. Would have loved to wash my car today, but stopping here was a waste of time.

Got my Jeep detailed here and when I got it back there was still trash inside the backs of the seats and old juice bottles under the seat. Worst car wash I ve ever been too. My first and last experience was awful. First, both change machines not working doesn t say out of service. I leave, go to gas station for change. Vacuum my car when I returned, barely got it clean. I go to self washer to wash my car, find out it only takes dollar bills or cards. It eats one of my dollars. I finally got to clean my car, when I go to rinse it off, DOESN'T WORK. So the soap is sitting on my car. I pull around to the other side to rinse my car, THAT one doesn t take dollars JUST debit card which I don t understand. I need to get the soap off my car so at this point I m forced to use my debit card, I swipe it, I rinse my car off with this useless power washer that by the time I was able to rinse my car, the soap has dried. I tried to stop it or get my money back and wash charged $10 off my card!!! At this point, I was over this place. I tried to call the number on door AND the phone # on google. NO ONE ANSWERED. I run a business as well and this was just horrible! I just spent $13 on a car wash and clean for absolutely nothing. Car is still very dirty. Do not recommend.

Every vacation I tried ($3a try) were horrible. I could barely feel it sucking. It wouldn't pick up the smallest pieces of dirt.

I got the 29 dollar monthly subscription. I love it so far. My only problem with the carwash is the driver side back brush seems to be loose (or broke) it doesn't clean the driver back side very well.

Card reader on vacuum didnt work... Spot free rinse was just a drizzle and no way to add additional time once started... So when you 3 bucks runs out and you just need another minute... You gotta swipe again! Good pressure though... And change machines everywhere but nothing takes quarters...

The actual automatic car washes were a total joke. However the employee working this morning more than made up for it. When we got out of the automaticcar wash, to look at our "clean" car we were very disappointed. The employee working noticed us pulling into the hand car wash side to wash the "clean" car and told us to pull into another stall and he would wash it! This guy went above and beyond to make sure we got our money's worth. We will be back because of this employees dedication to his job. We even tried to give him a tip and he refused. Thank you young man for making our experience a good one.

Worst carwash around. The automatic did not work but took my money, $10 lost. I went to one of the bays and spent another $10 to try and wash my vehicle. It took my money and did nothing also. A total of $20 lost. I called the number that is on the door and it went straight to voicemail. I have left several messages and the owner refuses to call back. This is a lack of care and responsibility on the owner to ensure that his business is working properly. When a business takes money and does not give what is expected in return, this is theft of services. DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH IF YOU WANT TO CLEAN YOUR CAR AND DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN. Use Hawg Wash on the North side of town, it is a lot better and the owner is always there during business hours.

Worst carwash I have ever used. Got the most expensive wash there was, doesn't even look like it was washed. Only had light film on 2018 Silverado. Won't be back. I would give a 0 if I could. UPDATE!!!! Owner was very cooperative when contacted. Gave me another car wash at his other location. It wasn't the best, but was pretty good for a robowash.

Didn't have any change their machine wasn't working we need to clean them then maybe they will work everything there is it's as if I have the right place I'm talking about

Used the automatic wash with the brushes... cost $10, didn't clean off half the bugs on the front and missed several on the windshield. Also, there are no dryers, so the car is full of water at the end and made it hard to see with the sun reflecting off all the water. Would only go back to see if the manual bays were any better.

Took wife's compact car a few months ago and the wheel sprayers didn't start until the rear wheels, 2 times the rollers in the rear hit the car so hard I thought the car behind me had it me and if there is a drying cycle it was broken. Took my mid-sized truck in today and it did exactly the same things, never coming back.

They changed the soap and it died my wife s hands blue! She had to scrub her hands with rubbing alcohol and acetone to get it off! She tried to contact them and received no response! If you re thinking of self washing your car here think again! Would comment no stars if I could. We have been coming here for years to wash our car and after this experience we will never ever go back!

This 'touchless' car wash did not even clean my car at all, the only thing looking at all wet was the drivers side window and windshield. I paid 10 dollars for the ultimate wash. I only give it 2 stars because at least the vaccum worked.

Nice carwash. Area is well kept and lit at night. Automatic carwash is very nice.

This was my go to carwash. I have probably spent hundreds over the years cleaning and washing my vehicles at their facilities. Today I showed up to clean out my car, had one small bag of Wal-Mart trash to throw away, and I was confronted by a man asking if I was going to wash or vacuum my car. I told him no not this time I don't have time. He told me to take my trash with me and that their bins were for paying customers only and they were trying to get rid of trash like me. Thanks!! I'll be sure to tell my friends bout your great policies. Rude.
