I have loved going here for all my car(s) needs but they are going down hill on there service lately. The mechanics don't seem to know what they are doing and often they are not available on the day of your appointment because they called in. They don't care to get your car fixed in a timely manner.

Great Service, they were patient and kept up to date on our new Ford Bronco Sport we ordered. They weren't look for the Quick Sale but the Right Sale, and that was perfect. Thanks Calib and Crew

Worst experience ever! Time consuming! Nothing for my trade in. Cash out right didn t work . Wholesale price was 15k they was ask 24995 . I made a cash offer declined ask if I had a trade then offered me 1k for my power stroke diesel 4x4 tires are worth that has aftermarket wheels 2,500 front bumper. Save your time go elsewhere! Remember car prices are dropping finance charges are up. The frenzy of just going out buying whatever paying whatever is over with.

Sold us a 2020 Ford explorer for 37000$ with used oil and bad air filters. Then when we came to get the oil change that it never got they just lied on the check up sheet. If you want your car to get good service do not go here

Took my truck in to get a new turbo. They decided it needed alot more, warranty denied the extra, cool. They put the new turbo in, cool.Truck went in with no coolant leaks and no weird sounds in the motor. Now I leave puddles everywhere I go and have a weird rattling sound. Mechanic even told me when i picked it up "sounds like a loose water pump."Avoid these people like the plague.

I have bought 2 mustang GT s from Mark Martin Ford and both are in great shape the salesman Caleb was very helpful and help me through the buy and also delivered it to me which was very helpful. I highly recommend Mark Martin Ford for all your car or truck needs. Thanks Again !

The only place to buy a new or used automobile in Batesville, Arkansas. Make sure you see Jimmy Rudd. If you need your vehicle serviced, you can't find a better person than Keith Kelso to deal with. I have never been disappointed in buying a vehicle there or getting it serviced there and I drive 700 to do this.

Great place!! Took my mom to have her oil changed in her car. We stopped to get food on the way there to eat in the car. When we pulled up to the dealership we realized that there were no forks to eat our salads. When mom went in to tell them we were there they not only got us in early but they found us some forks and napkins and had a great place for us to sit down and eat while we waited. There is also a super cool Mark Martin museum inside with several of cars and trophies and videos to watch! I am not even a NASCAR fan but it was very interesting!! They got done with the car quickly and the people were so nice. Best dealership maintenance experience I have ever had! Great job Mark Martin Ford!

I went to Mark Martin Ford to see his nascar museum, Kim the receptionist was very friendly and helpful the place was amazing, I recommend it for any nascar fan.

Always use them, they are great! However this time I had my tires balanced and they had to hurry and got my kick plate very dirty. I do realize they were rushed because I got it there at four o'clock and they close at five

I love my 2023 Maverick. Great truck, drives and rides good and everything works as it should. AWD gets good traction, holds the road great. Gets good gas milage, averaging about 26mpg. Beautiful truck, I have received lots of compliments. Love the HOT PEPPER RED color. ABS system works (when a dog ran out in the road in front of me.)Very proud of my truck.

Ask for Martin Johnson! Martin went through everything to get us the car we wanted, even though we couldn t find it anywhere else. He kept us updated every step of the way on shipping and delivery of the car and any other important information. He didn t try pushing any car on us we didn t want and paid attention to the features we were specific about.

My experience with Caleb at mark Martin was incredible. He did all the work for my purchase. All I needed to do was go in and sign. I cannot remember when I have ever had such great service. I love Mark Martin Ford !!!! Steven in the service department is the best. I hope I spelled his name right. He is knowledgeable courteous and honest. The building is always clean, people are always friendly. I come from Memphis to have my car serviced for whatever it needs. I sacrifice the gas and the 5 hours round trip. That's should tell you all you need to know...

Ryan Martin did an excellent job of helping us find the perfect vehicle for us. He was very patient and kind throughout the process. We never felt like he was too busy to make time for our questions or needs. If your looking for a new vehicle be sure and talk to Ryan first!

If you are a female shopping alone...DO NOT SHOP HERE! I was in need of a vehicle asap because mine was totaled in an accident... I test drove a few vehicles...RYAN MARTIN ( hope he's not related to Mark... because that would make my experience worse) was the sales person. There was a ford escape that I was hoping to get. I had done some research and found similar vehicles in Conway considerably less than price Ryan said they had it listed... and we did the whole sales mgr and they came back with their ROCK BOTTOM price....and it was still high... so I left....well I didn't think to check mark martin website...but I did when I got home and their online price was $3000 less than the price they told me AND the rock bottom price was more than they had listed online.Thanks but no thanks MARK MARTIN...definitely not female friendly.Update... the dealership called me numerous times to get me to change review (harassment? ). I was wrong their out the door price was less than the online price.... I asked Ryan Martin for a date/time stamp of the price change occurring on Saturday...and have not heard back from them since...
