Jeremy H. Is very helpful and always polite. He has helped several times getting the correct parts for my truck. And changed the battery today. He is professional and knows what he is doing. Highly recommend this store and Jeremy H.

I m a loyal customer, 3 generations. Dedicated to auto-zone. I am so unsatisfied and aggravated with the service I received as an instore customer in batesville, Ark. They literally stayed on the phone for 30 mins talking to a phone customer that probably wasn t going to purchase anything and neglected an instore customer that was trying to do business with them. Pls auto zone correct this or advanced is going to take over. I went two minutes down the road to an Advanced and the phone was ringing off the hook but there wasn t any long lines of customers that wasn t getting taken care of.

I ve been going here for years now, an I wanted to really thank Jeremy Hennings for everything he s ever done. He s always gone way above an beyond not just for me but a lot of other folks!!! If anyone deserves any type acknowledgment for their hard work, commitment and duty, it s him. He s outstanding worker. If not him Chris grant is also right there next to him.

Very lazy on getting back on setting up a job interview and once a interview is set and done they never let you know if they gonna hire or not called back and still no decision on the job very lazy to call anyone back so I went to apply somewhere else and got a job some other parts store sad when you put a in a application some other plac and they get you the job and over month still no word LAZY MANAGER

I was assisted by Maggie on 9/12/22 with the replacement of my car battery. It was an unexpected failure and I had no tools with me. Let me say this young woman not only did an excellent job with a wrench, she also is great with customer service. It was late, I was worn out, and she was so easy to work with. I usually don t go anywhere but napa or bumper to bumper, but they were closed. Maggie made my autozone experience pleasant and professional. I don t usually shop there, but if I am ever in a jam again, you bet I ll be back. And hopefully she will be working so I can thank her again for the kind and professional service.

I truly was disappointed by the staff members... I don't like leaving bad reviews but when I say I was disappointed I was really disappointed. I walked in to buy clips for my door panel. I walked in and truly felt unwelcomed by the stares of not only the customers but the staff members.. they didn't ask if I needed help with anything. I searched for a good 5 minutes before I asked for help the woman who "helped" me rudely pointed at a display and told me to look there, when I asked for further assistance she acted like she didn't care at all as a matter of fact when the phone rang she ran to answer it. Assuming that it was important I waited by the front it. A few minutes had passed and I felt so humiliated so I just left and as I was leaving she had the audacity to yell "well I hope you have a good day!." I wouldn't recommend going here unless you know what your looking for. Clearly the staff members have more important things to do than to assist customers with their needs.

I didn't have a long wait but would have been an unpleasant experience for me. I have used AutoZone for several years when Curtis Vance was the Manager on until Jeremy Hennings became Manager. Both men showed nothing but true professionalism at best. Always welling to help in any situation. I applause these men for their assistance in every respect. We need more of them in our community. Thank you!!

Went in for a part that the website said they had. I was very rudely told that they didn't have it, but could have it in two days. I went home, checked the website, saw it was still listed as in stock, ordered it for pickup, and it was ready in 30 minutes. Would have been a whole lot easier to sell me the part the first time.

The sales girl was unhelpful and didn't bother to look up or for the part , which was a fan belt, just needed a different size. She looked at it and said , Nope dont have it.We said goodbye. I hope to never go there for anything.

The employees at AutoZone are so nice and helpful. I am sorry I can not remember the name of the guy that went out of his way to help me find a solution to my car problem. Then went out and installed the bolts. I bought 6-6-22 at 17:14.Thank you so much.

Didn't have oil filter so ordered it said be there next day I went there they said it would be there late that night so I waited till next day too much gas to burn I recommend to others to find a different parts store

Best place to find parts. They can get parts not in stock faster than anyone and at a lower price than any other parts store. That's not just this store in general, its the company as a whole. Now obviously I can't speak for every AutoZone but the ones I have shopped at have had exceptional parts aquire ability than any of their competitors. I know a lot of people hate when they hire young uns but everyone has to start somewhere.

Ordered and paid for a passenger side mirror 2 times. Neither were correct. The 3rd trip I was spoken to very rudely about another mechanical issue.I walked out with a refund and stated I wouldn't be spoken to that way, or be returning to this store in the future.I called to speak the manager about it. Jeremey apparently thought it was amusing. I give up. Won't be back!!! Don't recommend them!

Great service today from... can't remember his name... maybe, Tony Bruce??? Anyway, I'm 4 hours away from home to see my mom who's in the hospital. I needed a new headlight so I could drive back home after dark. This nice young man took care of everything! He checked my car to see which bulb I needed and even installed it for me! He helped me during this very stressful time and I'm most grateful!

My go to place for parts for my Xterra other than Ebay or Amazon. If I need it today, they usually have it in stock if its a filter or gasket etc. Friendly staff with good product knowledge.

Everyone in there bentover backwards to help finding the problem with my battery even thow it was 36 degrees and pooring down freezing rain. Took about 30 minutes to find the problem. That are great people working at the Batesville Ar AutoZone
