For most part they help an get you the correct part but there have been plenty of times they sale parts that do not fit or belong to your vehicle but after having make another trip back they have always done grate to refund or exchange the part

Great place for parts!Order online and get it delivered or you can have it shipped to the store and pick it up yourself.Helpful and courteous folks.Free loan-a-tool program is wonderful. Put up a deposit, use the tool, return it and you get a 100% refund. If a tool is on the list and that store doesn't have one, they'll get one sent to the store to loan you.They offer free services like wiper installation, battery and alternator checking. Is that check engine light on? They'll tell you why...A large assortment of automotive tools, cleaners, fluids and add-on accessories.

We stopped in at o'reilly's just before closing. We had a small trailer that we were towing and the lights weren't working. We needed a set of magnet lights for temporary. I never bought those before so I was ensure. I walked into the store and asked if they had any. They said the trailer lights are all back there on that backwall. I grumbled this mission to my son because I really needed help but they were busy closing down shop. We were able to find what we needed on our own but weren't sure if it would work or not so we took it up to the counter and proceeded to open it. I told them I needed to know if it would work before I could purchase. Nathan, Stepped right up to the counter and helped amazing. Not only did he take the apparatus out of the package for us but he confirmed all of the parts and offered to take it out to my trailer to see if it would work. The right plug in so he offered to go back in the store and pick out the right plug in. He told us the price and asked us if we would like to purchase. We made the purchase and then he came out again and helped us until it was properly installed. Is 3 shouts out to Nathan!!! He was perfectly polite, Politely direct, and directly helpful.

We had to stop for an emergency belt switch over. The folks there were very helpful and kind during our experience.

Usually I can understand if there is a failure to communicate. I ordered, and paid, for a set of headlights, told Mary at the desk just have them delivered to the Motel 6 counter since I work there, and I will handle the rest. I was told they would be in at 7:30 am, so I figured it would kill two birds with one stone, I was told it was ok to do so. 1 pm rolls around, I call because I hadn't gotten a phone call or anything, so I check up. I was told 1) we don't call about something like that (the headlights), and 2) we don't deliver to non mechanic shops. Ok, fine, but I told whomever answered the phone that let folks know next time so this doesn't happen again. And the lady on the phone was rude about it, not apologetic over the miscommunication, etc. I guess I'll be taking any other business to AutoZone or Advanced Auto from now on.

Always great staff, they ve not got a system that saves your military ID info and you no longer have to go in and tell them or show your card. Only place I go these days for parts

Excellent service. Holiday weekend and they were open. They had the knowledge I needed to rig a temporary part or replace a whole part. They were able to find the part I needed in another town but I got back on the road and safely home with my family. Thank you to both stores

Employees we're very helpful finding the proper part for my truck, giving a price and an ETA for arrival. They also took time to run codes on my vehicle to determine the source of a mechanical problem requiring service. Such a positive and friendly attitude.

My son and I were eating at the Taco Bell across the street to come outside to find my car battery had died. So I thought to myself hey Oreilly's would help me with a jump. I didn't want to be rude so i bought a quart of oil. The nice woman with blonde hair checked me out. After I was checked out I asked who I thought was the manager dressed in street close standing behind the counter cutting up telling stories with another customer. I proceeded to ask him if he or one of his 5 employees could give me a jump and was told no. Then he just completed ignored me and kept on with his old glory days conversation with the only other customer in the store beside me in the whole store. I feet like it was the color of my skin is the reason why he didn't even care. I will not be shopping at this location ever again

They are 1/2 block from my home they are on 71 highway and the corner of column Lane. They have served me well, and they are reasonable all their prices. And when they sell you a lifetime part it means lifetime. I've only had to buy one set of brake shoes for my car all the rest are free because of the lifetime warranty. Can you beat that?

I stopped at O'Reillys yesterday to get a new wiper blade on the rear window of my car. I noticed they still had curbside delivery. I have trouble walking without a walker assistance so I called & they brought out my purchase & installed it for me. I appreciated their curbside service so much.

Would never buy parts here again needed altenater to get home from Thanksgiving holidays. Needed one socket to take it off they did not even offer the counter kid pointed me in the direction of the sockets on the shelf to buy. I told him I had 10 sets like this at home he said I now had 11. Never again for me. Customer service sucks. Wile I was changing my part I could saw them throwing something around in the store.

My car died about 2 blocks from O'Reilly's. I walked there and the employees were so incredibly helpful. Kyle, walked with me, bringing tools and testers. My wife and I both are disabled. We also had 2 dogs with us. It was extremely hot and miserable. My battery was bad. We walked back. I bought a battery. Then Kyle was kind enough to install my battery as well. I cannot say thank you enough.Kyle is an extremely kind young man.

Friendly staff but they sent us home with the wrong part. They were able to exchange it but it was still a 40 mile round trip to come replace it.

We had to come buy a new ball hitch because we broke down on the side of the interstate with our U-Haul trailer when our old hitch broke off. Caleb helped us get the right size hitch and install it correctly since we had a 10-hour drive ahead of us! Thank you Caleb!

Tried to leave a large deposit for a battery tester. Had a motorcycle broke down. Offered to leave $100 cash my driver's license and a credit card as security. Was turned down, the rent other tools..... Ended up having to buy a battery searched the town for any place but O'Reilly but there were no other parts stores open.
