Great service with a smile! Louie treated us great and went well above and beyond what was expected or required. Not to mention they have a great waiting area for while your car is being serviced with cold water for all. We will be back for sure, thank you!

Great service. Brought my Subaru in for oil change and rotation. I dropped if off and the guys inside where awesome. Good honest men who won t sell you what you don t need. Tough to find that now a days.

The service at Pep Boys was swift and professional. After previously visiting the dealership and another tire shop, neither of which had correctly identified the issue with my tires, I turned to Louie at Pep Boys. Louie pinpointed the problem and recommended the appropriate tires for my vehicle. Additionally, they thoroughly diagnosed my brakes and suspension, providing clear explanations of the necessary repairs. Remarkably, they managed to get all the required parts by the next morning, and my vehicle was ready for pickup in the afternoon. I can really feel the difference in how much better the car drives now.

It was easy to make an appointment online. The service was great, they took pictures and videos for me to see and to be able to make a good decision on the findings. Customer Service was top notch. I was there for brake issues.

Amazing service from knowledge mechanics! They were 100% honest about what was going on, the timeline, and the price. So many places like to add stuff in on you at the end but not here! Everyone that I talked to was polite and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this place - they earned a lifetime customer today!!

My tire installation at Pep Boys was great. Easy getting an appointment schedule. Completed as promised. Professional installation of 6 tires as noted during the walk-around inspection after completion. The vehicle was left clean, no notice of anything dirty or out of order! Great Job!

Pep Boys sent me pictures and a detailed email. I was informed of the progress frequently by Louie and all the work was done in a day as they were able to obtain all the parts locally. Consistently great service and customer care.

Scheduling the appointment was as easy as it gets, so does dropping it off. Aldo assisted in picking up and dropping off with professional behavior, it was pretty busy yet he was professional, controlled of situation and demonstrate quality service. Unfortunately, can not do 5 stars due that rims were returned dirty with some sort of substance used while installing the new tires. My car is clean inside and out, the courtesy of wiping off the rims would of been a nice compliment. Overall, great service and loving the product bought there.

On our way to California, we got a flat, and arrived at this location 10 minutes before close. Louie was very courteous and kind enough to fit us in to fix our flat tire. We really appreciate him getting us back on the road and his professionalism and customer service. Louie is an excellent employee.

Sunday afternoon of a three day weekend, 250 miles from home and a tire going flat. Louie and his crew took us on walk-in, analyzed and fixed the problems (there were several) in less than two hours. I m writing this from home; we made it back safe. My sincere thanks and compliments to the team in Yuma!

We showed up on Saturday clearly in a bit of a bind as our van was making some rattling noises and not running properly. Service was horrendous. Basically we were told nothing we can do for you man go next-door check out the Dodge dealership definitely would not recommend this establishment. I could even see the guy inside watch me walk to the wrong door and try to get in and not come over to help me it was just really not a welcoming or friendly place at all

Amazing customer service at this location. Not only were all the staff friendly and informative but they actually explained in detail how to prolong my vehicle s life. I m used to similar companies constantly pushing an upgrade where this location only focused on the issue with my vehicle and the information provided. Definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Well folks I waited until today to see how Pepboys was going to handle the damage they caused to my Aluminum wheels. Pics attachedWell.... to all who are considering or have scheduled service be careful.4 weeks ago I left my truck for rotating and balancing. I specified Sticky weights so no damage to the outside finish would occur. (It had existing sticky weights on it).I picked the truck up....low and behold they installed outside wheel weights.Livid....i left for a important meeting. I was not happy,The Manager called me because of my 1st Google review and explained there machine for sticky weight balance was out of use.....whatever!. I reluctantly brought my truck back to have them install the correct weights. I was notified the truck was done. Upon arriving I pulled up along side the truck......no way I said to my wife...These jokers not only removed the clip-on weights they installed by mistake but then put on more...totally scaring and gouging the wheels. Oh! AND essentially un-rotated the wheels. When I reached down to feel the area of damage I was rewarded with an aluminum sliver....I walked back in. Set the keys on the counter.....and said fix it!.I have damage well balanced wheels that still need rotating....I voted with my wife to not return to PEPBOYS YUMA.....i have a warranty that I can't use unless I drive out of town.So boys and girls..... give it a go if you like to gamble

Louie at pep boys in Yuma saved me. My car had a panel come loose and I couldn't drive it and he got me right in and fixed it. Great service!!!

They do not work on RV's (apparently "trucks" refers only to pickup trucks. Man at counter was polite and offered suggestion of where else to try.

I nearly cried as they told me I wouldn t be charged for the diagnostics on my check engine light. I m just passing thru and wanted to make sure I could continue driving and it turned out to be an error I ve had before which isn t major. They got me in on Easter Weekend when no other shops were open. Thank you thank you thank you!

Bad customer service. Very short, rude, not easy to talk to. Tried making me buy 4 new tires because they said the tires were "to low," had to ask three times.what that meant. Then they went on to say that's it was a liability for them to balance my tires because the tires were too low.

Excellent Service just WOW is there a word beyond excellent because this was the best experience I ve had when dealing with automotive services. Louie has great customer service, and is very courteous and professional. Truly went above and beyond anything I expected while also training another employee during my time there. If he isn t a team leader, he definitely should be one, he demonstrated great leadership and exceptional communication skills with his fellow employee and I. Louie also informed me of ways I can save, and different things I can do to take care of my car that I had no idea of.I also would like to give the Pep Boys team credit for the great work they did on my car. It hasn t driven this smooth since I first purchased it. I definitely had a great experience.

The service here has continued to get worse, I will not return. I made an appointment online for oil change and tire rotation. I did early drop off, wrote oil change & tire rotation on the paper with the keys. I called at 9 am to ensure they received the keys and proper paperwork. I picked up the vehicle at 1 pm and they only did the tire rotation. They said they forgot to do the oil change and everyone in the garage was a lunch so there was nothing they could do.They even scattered my wheel lock and extra lug nuts on the passenger side even though I had then in a plastic container.

The folks at Pep Boys quite literally saved me! I was totally screwed on a road trip but they were able to get me diagnosed, parts installed and car fully operational in less than 2 hours. ON A SATURDAY! Highly recommended auto shop

I was quoted $346 for 2 tires. When I came in they sold them to someone else, and charged me $580 for 2 of a different brand. I was taken advantage of due to my my needs and the urgency. I was told it would be done in a timely manner. It wasn't. I will NEVER visit pep boys again! If my tires blow, AAA is my first course of action. Zero stars would have been better.
