I have 4 vehicles I take to Big-O for tires and oil changes. Staff are always patient and helpful. They always make every visit pleasant. Although every Big-O member is great, I would like to single out Rodrigo at store 004006. He always greets me with a handshake and remembers conversations we have. A+ in customer service. Keep it up.

I recently visited Big O Tires and had a great experience with Rodrigo. He provided excellent service, giving me a quote for the required service and explaining everything in detail. Unfortunately, when I returned to drop off my vehicle as planned, Rodrigo was not available. However, Juan, another service advisor, assured me that he could take care of it in just an hour.True to his word, Juan handled the service efficiently and promptly. However, after getting my car back, I noticed a new issue - a seat belt light that was not present before. I approached Juan to discuss the problem, but I was disappointed with his dismissive response. He simply suggested that I try turning my car on again, which, unfortunately, did not resolve the issue.Since then, I have continued to experience the same problem. Despite this setback, I want to highlight that I have visited this establishment multiple times in the past and have always received excellent service. It's just unfortunate that this particular visit had its complications.Overall, I appreciate the great service provided by Rodrigo and the team at Big O Tires in the past. However, I hope that the issue with the seat belt light can be addressed and resolved appropriately.

Spoke to Juan Lopez on the phone about my RV with a rear dual leaking. He asked me some questions and said stop by first thing in the morning. I was there early and they got to it right away. Juan told me if it was something minor he would not charge me. I was immediately impressed and felt like he really cared about me as a customer. Turns out it was minor, tire was fine just leaking at the valve stem extension. They had it repaired quickly and I was on my way. They did not charge me for their service! These guys are providing a great customer experience.Very impressed especially in todays world. Thank you for what you do. When I need anything tire related I know who to call.

Was quoted $89 for a wheel alignment but first they needed to do an inspection. They gave me a $2400 price sheet of items required before they d do an alignment so nonetheless on a car from 07 with 277k miles I didn t get this work done plus they didn t do the alignment. I also didn t receive a quote on a new tire. This place should be called BIg NO tires or the Joke Factory. Avoid!

The staff is real friendly. I came in looking for new tires and was not making the right choice. One of the guys lead me in the right direction which saved me a whole rim. I would recommend these guys for your tire needs.

Great service . Tried two other spots - impossible to get a real person on the phone. Called big o Robert had me in within a hour and the metal spike was pulled and repaired. 5 stars. Ken Campbell River BC.

I had a screw in 2 of my tires and I was so nervous I was going to end up paying a ton for 2 new tires. But when I got to Big O Jay helped me figure out the best options for me and my situation. One tire was able to be patched and the other tire had to be replaced. The tire was out of stock but Jay got my spare put on for me, ordered from a distributor that shipped overnight and got me the best price for what I needed. The next day they called me to come in and have them put it on. Took maybe 20 min! Super fast.I'm definitely going to recommend them to anyone in need!Thanks Jay and Big O!

Nothing can explain these prices besides trying to take advantage of folks without mechanical experience. A tie rod end for $184,$165,$124,$90,$95...yet i only have 4 tie rods. Tie rods for this vehicle range from $15 to the best on the market being $40...big o likes to reply to these comments....please explain these part prices...are you makng them yourself out of gold? left as they tried to see if i had an interest puting a $1400 bill on a company credit card. To tigten three bolts and replace these tie rods was over $300 and 2.5hrs in labor. Took the truck home and bought the best tie rods already seated in bars (moog) for $300, bought a $10 pickle fork and had everything done in less than 30 minutes. Before i left i was told not to go to their competitors down the street as they would charge double. COVID inflation robbery seems to be alive and well at big o. The guys doing the labor rock its the guys behind the computers running these numbers who need a reality check.

They were supposed to do car alignment on my husband s car and they literally did nothing and then they wanted him to sign papers to give them over $2000 so we walked out of the building and they did absolutely nothing and then they wondered why we didn t want to sign the paper! If they don t do anything, DON T SIGN ANYTHING!!!!

Big O Tires in Yuma is hands down the best place to take my car! I've been a loyal customer for a while now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Tesla's wheels. They consistently provide top-notch service and take great care of both me and my vehicle. Their expertise and willingness to work on my Tesla sets them apart from the rest. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to take your car, Big O Tires is definitely the place to go!

I can't say I would recommend this place, they seem a little shady.I took my car in for an alignment and a tire rotation and they performed a complimentary inspection and found the engine air filter needed replacement. There's two problems with this. For one, the air filter is aftermarket and the only way to see it is if the front clip (bumper) is removed. Second, the filter is only 4 days old.I brought this up but the person at the front desk assured me that the filter was inspected and indeed needed replacement. I know it wasn't inspected because it takes about an hour to remove the front clip. I don't mind that the filter wasn't inspected because it is aftermarket, however, I am shocked they would lie about it in order to sell me a new one.

This location does not honor the coupons on their website. The oil change I needed cost $20 more than expected. Nor do they honor the specials posted on their own walls: you cannot get the "Monsoon Special" for $49.99, although it is prominently posted inside their store .

Smart techs but the prices and service desk could be better. I went in for an alignment and new tires, knowing something was wrong and walked out spending 3k with several trips back because of misinformed front desk reps. The work was good but the prices for parts (not tires) are very very expensive. I'm embarrassed when I tell people what I had done and how much it cost. What did 3k buy me? New tires, lower control arms with ball joint, and extreme buyers remorse. They were my only choice, they did great work, and they pulled through for me. I attached my receipt (top is folded for privacy reasons).

I would not recommend their services on Pacific. Took my car for an inspection. I knew it needed suspension work. Got a quote of $2800 ish. Told me they needed a deposit, when I asked how much they wanted the entire amount up front. Took somewhere else and got the same work done for $1500. Will not go back! In all my years I have never paid for the work upfront on car repairs!

Big O Tires on Pacific has been my first choice for maintenance since moving to Yuma in the summer of 2020. Front line staff members are friendly and knowledgeable, and the technicians always do great work.

Excellent customer service and maintenance performed here. I had a tire blow out around 6:40pm yesterday so I put a spare on for the night and headed home since it was only a 3 mile drive. This morning I went to my truck early in the morning to take it to their shop and my truck wouldn t start. I got a jump start and made my way to Big O Tires after calling to confirm if they had any tires in the size I needed. Upon entering the building I was greeted and attended to immediately. I got my battery replaced due to it being on it s way out after having them test it and show me the results on paper and also purchased and had two Big Foot AT II tires installed on my truck in a very timely manner, they kept me informed on what they were doing the whole time and the overall experience here was GREAT!

This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. We went to have an alignment but we needed more work done. He was honest and extremely helpful. The manager is doing an awesome job at this location. I highly recommend this place.

We were walk-in sort of ( we ordered tire day before)needed a tire transferred from a different location when we got there tire wasn't there yet. Transfer of tire was arranged immediately, and we were taken care of in a timely manner, considering that it was a busy day. Employees went out of their way to make us feel comfortable while we waited. Services needed were offered and explained clearly. We received prompt, friendly, and accurate service.

I called to make an appointment for Monday as they were scheduled to close today, Saturday. I explained my concern regarding my "low tire pressure" gage being on.I was told to bring it in right away and they would be happy to check it. I was close by and made it within 20 minutes of their closing hour.They checked all my tires and found all my tires were low on pressure. They filled all the tires to the proper level and returned my keys to me as I was waiting in their air-conditioned customer waiting area.When I asked how much, the service rep said "No charge". WOW that made my day.When I get ready to purchase my next set of tires you can bet I am going to be calling BIG-O!!THANK YOU from a female senior citizen!

This place will always get business from me. All the staff was friendly & super reliable. I got excellent prices for quality service. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. They surpassed all my expectations, I will gladly call them for any of my vehicle needs. Very much recommend! Thank you to Jay & Rodrigo for their excellent customer service!

I went in for an oil change appointment and asked if the tires could be checked. I appreciated the explanation of the status of the tires. (Still not real sure about tire wear.) I also appreciated that I was advised to replace only two tires, instead of the young man trying to up sell me to four tires. Thank you, thank you. Thanks also for the ride home and back to Big O to pick up my truck. Driver was extremely nice and great to talk with.

Got me in on time for my appointment. Seemed efficient and employees were friendly. Had tires balanced and alignment checked. If you buy tires from them they rotate no chsrge.

I had a great experience with this shop. I was getting ready to go on long trip and thought I might need new tires. The mechanic was honest and told me I would likely be alright with my tires for the trip. I decided to replace them anyway since I was already there. They did an inspection and saw my air filter was really dirty, they brought it out to show me rather than just telling me I should replace it which I appreciate. Other than the $22 air filter the inspection checked out, so I would say these guys are honest. I've had issues at other Big O tires in the past and I avoided them for a long time, but this shop is a good one.

I paid $915.30 for four tires. I have never paid that much for tires. I was later charged $22.87 for mount and dismount on a road hazard warranty replacement. I was again charged $22.87 for mount and dismount on a road hazard warranty replacement. I was told at that time tires look good. About two weeks later I returned because three of my tires were at the wear marks. I was told I needed three new tires and it would cost me over $300.00 under normal tread wear warranty. My tires were only about a year and half old and had about 24,000 miles on them. The tires I purchased had a 45,000 mile warranty on them. I was always under the impression that the tires carried a three year full free repair or replacement warranty and was never told anything different. I went to another tire shop and purchased four new tires, including mount and dismount, 45,000 mile warranty for $320.00. About one third of what I paid at Big O. I highly recommend that no one purchases tires from Big O tires.

Slow, don't have tires in stock. They won't take a credit card that doesn't have your name. Who checks cards these days. If you have the pin it's none of your business whose name is on it. I go to other locations not this one again.
