Eddie and the guys at CarStar did a phenomenal job transforming my 2017 work van into what looks to be a brand new vehicle. There were no details missed and I will admit to being very particular about body and paint work. Eddie and crew are the best!

I know now where to go to get things done right to my F-150, Juan in the Auto Body shop is in my opinion a top notch employee, excellent, and honest, fixed my truck, because of employees like him I will do business with Alexander from now on, when I need a new vehicle or anything else, I will call you first, fast excellent service. My drivers door needed adjustment I was hearing wind and road noises and now it s perfect again Thank you so much Kip

They had amazing customer service and the end product made my car look brand new! The only thing I wish is I had a better estimated date for completion(they were 10 days off from the estimated date). But the communication of the date changes were well timed and fair

I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. My front fender and bumper had damage. Both were restored back to original condition. On top of the vehicle damage repair they cleaned the interior and exterior of my vehicle. I was shocked when I picked up my truck. It look almost as good as it did when I originally purchased the truck seven years ago. Great job and thank you for the attention to detail!

This is an awesome business to deal with. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Damage to my 2001 Chev Impala was completed within the timeframe they provided and they kept me informed as to its progress. Even with the age of my car, the paint matched perfectly . The body work was done good, paint looked good. Took 5 weeks to get done though which kept getting pushed back every time I called. Once I was told the car was almost done just going for a electrical diagnosis I got slammed with another 9000$ because a wire harness was damaged. I was told I couldnt pick my car because it was a saftey hazard. I went to inspect my car and found a damaged ground strap that once I plugged in my lights and signals began to work fine. I was told it would be another 700 to calibrate my adaptive cruise control, and lane travel assist sensors. Took me 5 minutes once I got home to find another unplugged sensor. I do agree the wire harness needs repaired but dk where 9000$ came from when I was told it's a 4 hrs job and the harness is 2500$. Labor must be 1500$ an hour. Sucks cuz this is also where I have other vehicles for service and warranty. Guess I gotta go elsewhere with my business. Seems like an insurance Scam to me. I may have let them do it if it wasn't so close to total lossing my 21 camry lol. For a bumper and corner panel hit.

6/10/23 WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED, RUN FOR THE HILLS!! THEY LEFT MY CAR IN WORST CONDITION! First picture is the accident picture and the other how they left it! WORST PLACE EVER

The work they performed looks great so far. Their customer service on the other hand not so great. They never return their calls when they say they will call you back. They are not good at keeping you updated. My work took longer than expected, mostly because of a strike. Had they relayed this information and called back after they said they would i would rate them much higher. They lost 3 stars for poor communication. The young lady at the front desk was very nice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Not happy with results ..can see left over scuffing on door that you had to scuff prior to paint for blending..and leftover sticky stuff on my leather seat and other places that I cleaned .your detail prior to returning car to customer is poor...I give you 3 stars..it will be returned to correctServices: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I asked for my transmission to be checked due to the car bucking after being rear ended. Simply never happened. Everything else was done. Now I have my car back bucking. ????

I have to bring the truck back this Friday 4/14/23. You can see sanding marks in the paint, There is deep buffer marks in the paint on the upper rear bed, There is still a small dent where the repair is at and the plastic bed topper is incorrectly installed! I m not happy with it at all! And to top it off I will have to miss a camping trip due to the fact that the truck is going back for repairs. Again I m not happy!Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in a small collision with one of our winter visitors and was referred to Carstar by their insurance. Carstar was also the only collision center willing to take a look at my truck without an appointment. Juan, my service rep, took pictures and scheduled an appointment for drop off at a later time. I dropped my truck off and received back in good order in less than a month. Awesome service and work!Service: Body & Trim
