Worst customer service. They refuse to stand behind the tires. We got tires from them and they were nothing but problems. Only one manager will help if the other one isn't there. The skinny manager blamed us and told us we were bad drivers. He also told us that we had to much weight in the car and that was another problem. Since we have had nothing in the SUV but me and the kids... thank you for calling us fat. We are leaning towards they were the wrong tires for the car but it's better to blame the customer. My husband also read there were bad batches of the tires made and its sounding like we got those..... nope tell them they run into curbs all the time, only drive into potholes and put to much weight in the car. Apparently I was so busy and had no clue.We bought and changed tires ourself. Every problem was fixed. Would recommend NO ONE TO GO THERE. We have heard so many people having problems there. AAFES needs to cancel their contract.

Joe was really professional and was able to explain in detail to me what the purpose of my shocks were. I now understand that there is fluid in them that can leak out with time. Gabe was really awesome too and got my appointment set so I was in and out in a jiffy. Love this place and love the people here. Had priority items of the 60K mile service performed on my Subaru as I am breaking it into 3 evolutions. The manager was very helpful and explicit in explaining which services should be performed first.The service was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost, saving me money over the dealer cost.The manager did not try to upsell me any goods or services only mentioning the wear on my tires, which I already knew.I am trusting that all paid for services were done to a high quality as having read over other reviews one never knows. I don t get under the lid of my car to verify it or inspect.At this point, I will return to have the other 60K mile checklist items done soon.This service was performed at DM on 01-25-2022.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I took my car in for an alignment, turns out my car didn't even need one and was perfectly aligned to factory standards. But instead of informing me of that, they did an "alignment" anyways, making a .05 adjustment on one tire that didn't even need to be adjusted, and charging me $40 for it. When I got home, I was looking over the paper they gave to me showing what they aligned and realized what happened. Right on the very paper they gave me, they showed me my car was completely up to factory standards prior to them even touching it and that they practically scammed me. My car did not need an alignment and the "alignment" they gave me shouldnt even be considered one. The only reason I didn't give one star is because they were super quick to refund me when I called them about it. Be careful! Check to make sure they actually do the work they say they are going to do on your car and if you car even really needs it.

I won't be returning, they lied to me about the warranty for my tires over the phone, and then tried to sell me the wrong size tires. Back to discount tire for me. By the way since they are a contractor on post they still have sales tax like a normal place

Keith, Chris, and Garrett where extremely helpful in helping me understand the issues regarding my vehicle. They went above and beyond in explaining my available options and they recommended the best course of action, which saved me money as well. The professionalism displayed by Chris and Garrett has earned a life long customer as long as they are working at the DMAFB location. 5/5 I would recommend this location to handle all of your automotive needs.

Here is your first review in Arizona dear Precision Tune auto careThis is the second time I m going there for an oil change. First time everything was fine that is pretty much why they got a 2 star otherwise i would give them one star. It took them three hours to change oil of my car eventhough i had scheduled a reservation 2 days ago. I also asked them to rotate the tires but when I got my car back I realized that they didn t do the rotation. I know this for sure because i marked the tires in the front and the tires were still there on the front. I asked them to see if they forgot to change it but they kept telling me that did the rotation. This was unacceptable but i didn t have any other option than leave and write this review. There used be a firestone here and i never had a bad experience with them.I m hoping that they actually did change the oil.update on 11/19/2018Store manager called me this afternoon and offered to fix all the issues for me. I appreciate it and scheduled a new appointment. We will see how things will go this time around.update on 12/1/2018Store manager took care of all the problems and offered a free oil change for the next time. I'm changing my rating to four stars.

VISIT 1: I brought my vehicle in for a general check (fluids, belts etc) and told them I am going on a road trip to Kansas. They called and stated I need two new tires and front brakes. Ok. Done.Tire light stayed on.VISIT 2: Went back next morning and was told that the new tires were on 32 psi. He put air in them and some in the back tires and said the light should turn off by itself. It turned off for a few minutes and came right back on.Called next morning. I was asked if I drove through something. "Not that I am aware off and the light has been on since you changed the tires."VISIT 3: One front and one rear tire had over 40 psi. Should have been 36. Different mechanic ..fixed it.About 300 miles into the road trip the maintenance required light came on. Nice to find out that the vehicle needed an oilchange ... In the middle of nowhere.This was not the first time this shop has messed up but it was the last time for us. I gave 3* because in the beginning the work was ok. Last 6-8 months it seemed to get worse. Don't bring your vehicle here. If they cannot even get tire pressure right, imagine what happens with a bigger repairService: General repairs & maintenance

Everyone is amazing! Keith s time frames are spot on always. I had my ac done with them and it took them about an hour . The thing I like the most is that you don t feel pressured to get everything they recommend instead they suggest . Will be going back soon for some new fixes that I need done ! Fast and efficient .

Had a stuck oil bolt that I was trying to get loose myself. Eventually I had enough and brought my truck in. Garrett got the bolt off for me and helped me with the rest of my oil change. He was very friendly and professional. Would definitely reccomend this shop. Thanks Garrett!

Brought my wife's car in for new tires. They had what we wanted at a good price. Fast installation and back on the road in short order. Great customer servic.

Wish I could leave less stars. Went for an oil change. A couple weeks later, we checked the dipstick and it was low and black. Took it in to another place and the drip pan had never been removed (still factory, as it is a new vehicle). They had my car for hours and called me "after it was done." They even put the sticker up, which is such unbelievable dishonesty. I don't ever recommend using them. We went back and they did give a refund thankfully, but did not offer any explanations or real apology.

If you like good service and wonderful people who actually care about you, then go to this place for your car needs. All three of the guys that I've seen work there so far have always been the most hard working and nicest people I've had the pleasure of doing business with.

I took make car in to get just an oil change, emediatly after I picked up my truck that it was running like cra. I noticed that with another vehicle that I had them work on. If you need air in new tires or something extremely basic then this location can probably take care of you. Anything beyond the basics, I'd go elsewhere.

I would say I wouldn't go back to that place and I would recommend nobody go there either. The store manager Joseph A. Pond very unprofessional. Showed no concern didn't do anything to help. Was rude mocked me. I don't recommend anybody go to this place.
